Pros Straight forward, simple to use - I have used it for almost 40 years. BUT! Cons Mac Version will not work on newer 64-bit machines. Must keep an older Mac to run MultiLedger. Up until the last few years we have had nothing but a good relationship with using the product. NOT SO ANYMORE. They can't seem to get their act together for the update and we must keep older versions of Mac around just to run the software. It is stupid that we are forced to do this. We are looking for other software now because the relationship we have had with Checkmark for over 20 years is no longer worth trying to salvage. i am sure there are plenty of other users in the same situation and Checkmark seems no to care. Pros We no longer feel the software is worth the trouble. Cons For the last several years they have been promising users they would come out with a 64 bit updateso we can use on faster Macs. As of today 7/24/23 no update is available and the only thing they will say is sometime this year. That is the same thing they said last year. Cons The software does not work with 10.15 OS No warning came from them and now it does not work. Called and they said they are working on it. Been over a week and no fix. Just think of the mess I am in now. Now they will not answer your calls for support. Very Sad.
