I thought maybe I would need to check out something more "heavy" for our needs. But after I took the trial on the free plan, this tool surprised me. It looks simple, but is very powerful. The most awesome feature is their unique email for every opening - so all applications will automatically come in by openings. Recruiterbox was completely free to use for two postings. Whatever our hiring intensity, recruiterbox has saved us a lot of time and removed the pain of opening email attachments and manual tracking of candidates in spreadsheets. We were looking for a fully functional, simple to use, logical and clean recruiting solution. We definitely found it. Every time I have had a question, the Customer Service rep on the other end of the Chat Support feature is there to help and does so quickly and efficiently. I can't recommend them highly enough. As a tenured recruiter in the IT industry, I have used MANY different applicant tracking systems in my career. The visual layout of the software allows for simple reading and comprehensive understanding in a way that other ATS systems lack. Cons I have used ATS in the past that allow for direct job publishing to major job boards from within the ATS. That is a feature that could be integrated to Recruiterbox to make it even better, though not necessarily something that I don't like about it. Review Source SC Susie C. The client has never had an ATS and they are blown away by the efficiency and functionality of the product. I love that all of the information related to the candidate is in one place and can be accessed by the hiring managers. It integrates with websites and displays so much information just in the dashboard alone. Definitely recommended for large companies.
