### "The Ease of Zoho Assist Is Phenomenal"

April 15, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Zoho Assist has been very positive. It is easy to use, gives solid remote access functionality, and is a practical tool for customer support when you need to troubleshoot problems quickly. It offers good value for money, especially for businesses that want a reliable remote support option without overpaying. While there may be occasional connection issues or minor bugs, the platform is strong overall and continues to improve with software updates. For day-to-day remote assistance, it has been a dependable and worthwhile tool.

Pros

What I liked most about Zoho Assist was how easy it is to use. It is quick to set up, simple to navigate, and makes remote access straightforward without unnecessary complexity. From a value-for-money perspective, it does the job well without feeling overpriced. It is also helpful for customer support because you can jump in quickly, see the issue firsthand, and resolve things faster than trying to talk someone through it over the phone or email.

Cons

What I liked least was that connection quality can sometimes depend heavily on the user's device or internet connection, leading to occasional connection issues or lag. I have also come across small bugs or interface quirks that feel a little clunky, especially compared with more polished premium tools. Software updates are generally fine, but sometimes improvements to usability and stability would make the experience even better.

### "Reliable Remote Support with Zoho Assist for Small Business"

April 17, 2026

4.0

Overall, my experience with Zoho Assist has been very positive. It provides a reliable and cost-effective solution for delivering remote support, which is essential for running a small IT-focused business. Despite a few minor drawbacks, it offers strong functionality and ease of use, making it a valuable tool for supporting clients and maintaining efficient operations.

Pros

What I like most about Zoho Assist for my small business is how simple and effective it is for providing remote support to my clients. It allows me to quickly connect to client machines, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems without needing to be on-site, which saves both time and money. The interface is straightforward, and the ability to start sessions quickly makes it easy to deliver responsive support. It’s a practical tool that helps me maintain a professional and efficient support experience for my clients.

Cons

What I dislike is that there can occasionally be minor performance hiccups or limitations depending on the client’s network connection, which can impact the smoothness of a session. Some advanced features are also locked behind higher-tier plans, which can be a consideration for a small business trying to keep costs down. While it generally works well, there are moments where it doesn’t feel as polished as some larger, more established remote support platforms.

### "Well, it has the potential to be excellent, but it needs improvement."

February 20, 2026

3.0

Well, it has the potential to be excellent, but it needs improvement. I hope the service improves in these areas, thereby overcoming these issues.

Pros

In terms of cost-effectiveness, the site offers several features at a low cost, allowing you to add multiple domains under a single subscription.

Cons

The experience was good in terms of cost-effectiveness. However, there are many issues in the initial steps. I enter the password and it’s not recognized; I enable authentication for one user, and it asks for authentication from others I haven’t even set up yet. There are problems logging in, forcing me to keep switching between apps until it works. Basic settings are confusing to find.

### "It is my favourite remote access solution"

March 31, 2026

5.0

love it!!!! I have used multiple applications - Bomgar, Teamviewer, Anyviewer, AnyDesk, ScreenConnect - and this one is my favourite. Bomgar is 2nd. If I was given an option to use any on my list and someone was paying for it, I would still choose Zoho. The pricing options and customizations make it a no brainer.

Pros

Zoho was very easy to use, and ease to install. It links with Spiceworks Help Desk which is great bc I can track tickets by device. Saves so much time being able to remote access. I usedthe option that allows me to group devices like I was used to when I used BeyondTrust Bomgar. It is a great tool without any need for customer support to guide you through setup. It also offers MFA which is a great option for users needing a secure remote access option. Lastly, value!!! It is very valuable as a government agency that has a fixed budget. I have been and will continue to recommend this product

Cons

The option of technician vs unattended assistance was confusing in the beginning. I had to use the trial to understand the difference. I wish it was made clearer in the pricing.

### "Easy to Use, Reliable Remote Support Tool"

May 26, 2026

5.0

Overall, Zoho Assist provides a dependable and user-friendly remote support solution. It strikes a good balance between simplicity and functionality, making it suitable for both IT professionals and less technical users. The platform allows quick access to remote machines, supports efficient troubleshooting, and reduces the time needed to resolve issues. It has become a reliable tool for day-to-day support tasks, especially in environments where ease of access and minimal setup are key.

Pros

Zoho Assist is extremely easy to use, both for the technician and the end user. The setup process is quick, and joining a remote session is straightforward with minimal steps, which is ideal when supporting non‑technical users. The interface is clear and well organised, making it simple to navigate between sessions, file transfers, and system tools. Performance is reliable, with stable connections and good screen responsiveness. It also integrates well with other Zoho products, which helps streamline workflows.

Cons

There are very few downsides overall, but at times the interface can feel slightly basic compared to some higher-end alternatives. Some advanced features are not as intuitive to locate initially, and there can occasionally be minor latency depending on the network connection. However, these issues are relatively minor and do not impact day-to-day use.

### "Great product overall"

April 14, 2026

Zoho Assist has become an essential part of our remote support workflow. We use it across all our clients, and it consistently delivers fast, reliable connectivity. The toolset is practical and well thought out, giving us everything we need to troubleshoot efficiently. The portal is clean, intuitive, and easy for out technicians and use. Overall, it’s a dependable remote support solution that just works.

Pros

Fast connectivity. Easy to use portal. Good for grouping and managing clients. Cross platform support. Price beats most others without losing features

### "Other softwares don't even come close to Zoho"

May 23, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience has been a good one. I needed a program that I could jump on, send a link and access a computer remotely without needed excess drivers and other random things installing in the background, just a few buttons and I'm connected. I tried using other programs but they seem like they were made in the 80s compared to this.

Pros

I have a small business, and Zoho Assist helps me so much. The value for money is amazing, since I use the free account I'm able to not only connect remotely but I can have a few computers on unattended access so I can help whenever. We have multiple branches and being able to jump on and assist is a Godsend. It's so easy to use, I have people who are not computer savvy able to use it and it just works. The connection is stable, never having any connection issues at all.

Cons

Honestly, nothing. I don't like that it's always asking me to pay for it, but I think they finally got me today and I'm going to upgrade to the $18 plan as one pro user, and no unattended access except the free ones.

### "Pretty solid solution for small tech companies "

May 7, 2026

5.0

Overall its been a great experience. I was a bit on edge with the cost for the service but its been pretty solid compared to connect wise.

Pros

Pretty smooth transition with branding. The remote feature is smooth on the web portal, desktop agent and iphone app. Customer support is spot on with quick response when issues are reported. Pretty simple to use once you get use to the management page.

Cons

Not much on the end point reporting side at this time but i imagine its in the works. I've experienced 1 bad connection issue but that was cleared up after reporting to support.

### "Great Support/Remote Access Tool"

May 22, 2026

5.0

Zoho Assist allows me to connect to multiple computers simultaneously. It also allows employees to remotely connect to their computers from home

Pros

What I like most is that it's an affordable tool that allows for multiple users to have an essential function.

Cons

This is more of a nitpick. As good as the service is, it doesn't run quite as smooth as a vpn/firewall setup. The savings is worth the tradeoff, though.

### "Reliable Remote Support"

December 9, 2025

4.0

Zoho Assist has been a dependable tool for our IT department. We support hundreds of users across several clinics, and being able to remotely assist staff quickly is essential. Zoho Assist has helped us reduce ticket resolution times, provide faster support, and keep our operations running smoothly. The platform is stable, simple to use, and fits well into our workflow.

Pros

Zoho Assist has been reliable and easy to use for our internal IT team supporting multiple clinic locations. The remote connection loads quickly, even at sites with limited bandwidth, and the interface is straightforward for technicians. File transfer, multi-monitor support, and unattended access all work smoothly and help us resolve issues faster. It integrates well into our workflow and saves time during busy clinic hours.

Zoho Assist has overall been a fantastic service and we look forward to further integrating the service with our API.

Pros

Zoho Assist is an excellent service for our needs. The cost value is great and onboarding our team has been easy. We save time and money being able to remotely support our devices in the field.

Cons

Occasionally, we will experience issues with connecting to devices. Sometimes one user can connect while another in the same building will be stuck on the connection in progress screen. This is rare though.

### "Zoho before the "NO-NO" application"

October 27, 2025

5.0

I had situations where I could not upkeep an internet connection. Anydesk would keep failing and drop connection causing me to reconnect every time. Zoho helped with the situation right there after and I could keep up the connection and change the Firewall settings and allow internet to an offsite office. keeping connection on LTE WIFI and configuring LAN. it helped a ton, and I was needed to fly to the client. all of this and at the same price I paid for other software with less capability.

Pros

the Remote Support is simple and easy to follow. replaced our other software that only had single usage and Zoho support 2 concurrent connections. Which is very helpful When I need to be on a Server and a client at once.

### "Zoho Assist impressed me and will surely impress you."

December 16, 2025

5.0

After using TeamViewer and later Anydesk for many years it was a pleasant surprise to find a feature rich, reliable, easy to use and affordable alternative in Zoho Assist. I am very happy for making the switch.

Pros

I love the management and control of technicians and devices they have access to. The remote access features and ease of use is another of my favourite things.

Cons

### "Top notch remote support software."

April 7, 2025

5.0

Overall, I am very happy with Zoho. We started out just installing this on remote PCs for support but after seeing how easy and valuable it is, we ended up installing in our entire environment to be able to provide the quickest support and response time. The desktop agent is very lightweight and does not cause problems for our users either. We would definitely recommend Zoho Assist to anyone needing an array of reliable remote support tools.

Pros

Zoho assist has been a huge life saver in allowing my team to easily join sessions with our employees and get issues resolved. Unattended access has allowed for quick resolution when users may have an issue installing or can't access their email to receive a link easily. The tools built into the application are robust and the activity monitoring and history has been helpful as well. As a director, another great feature is the ability for multiple technicians to join a support session. If a team member is having trouble fixing a particular issue, I can hop on and do some real time training and show them how to resolve an issue.

Cons

Not much. One enhancement that would be nice is the ability to see the last user signed on in the unattended portal (it just has the current user logged in now) as we occasionally have users who can't sign in. We can look up their info by PC name in our inventory so it's not a major thing but would save a little time for the team.

### "Good Remote Software"

March 26, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Zoho Assist has been extremely positive. It’s a reliable, professional-grade remote support tool that consistently delivers when I need it most. Whether I’m helping a customer troubleshoot an issue or accessing a system remotely for maintenance, the process is smooth and efficient from start to finish. What stands out is how dependable it is—connections are stable, sessions are quick to launch, and I rarely run into technical hiccups. It also presents well to customers, which is important for maintaining a professional image during support sessions. Overall, Zoho Assist has made remote support faster, easier, and more streamlined, allowing me to focus more on solving problems and less on dealing with the software itself.

Pros

Zoho Assist has been an absolute game-changer for remote support. What I liked most is how easy it is to connect to a client’s computer—no complicated setup, just a quick session link and you're in. The interface is clean and intuitive, which makes it simple to use even during high-pressure support situations. The performance is solid, with fast connections and minimal lag, even when working on more demanding tasks. I also really appreciate the unattended access feature—it allows me to manage systems without needing the customer present, which is huge for efficiency. Another standout is the reliability. Sessions stay stable, file transfers are smooth, and I’ve never had to worry about losing connection mid-job. Overall, Zoho Assist saves time, looks professional to clients, and makes remote support feel effortless.

Cons

The software is good. If I did have a con it would be the fact that they nickle and dime you on the add ons.

Zoho Assist has been a solid tool for my day-to-day operations. It’s helped me provide faster support, reduce downtime, and stay more responsive to clients. The ease of use and stability make it something I can depend on consistently.

Pros

I also found the interface simple and user-friendly, and the security features give confidence while handling remote sessions.

Cons

At times, the remote session performance can be slightly inconsistent on low-bandwidth networks. The mobile app experience could be improved for smoother navigation and better control. Additionally, some advanced features feel limited compared to other remote support tools, and occasional session disconnects can interrupt ongoing work.

### "Zoho Assist for affordable remote support"

May 19, 2026

4.0

When work-at-home was required in 2020, we were able to quickly implement effective remote support for all users with Zoho Assist. We have definitely received value for our investment since then.

Pros

Zoho has provided reliable remote support at an affordable price since we migrated from primarily on-prem desktop systems to laptops in 2020 & 2021.

Cons

At rare intervals a workstation with Zoho Assist installed becomes inaccessible from the console - usually after sitting on a shelf of "spares" for a long time.

### "Great Connection Tool"

September 30, 2025

4.0

Its Been Great! Ive Used Zoho for a long time and with each update it does get faster and better. And It Still Retains the ease of use.

Pros

It is simple to use and simple to set up. We use is as a backup connection method and it saves us time of having to go onsite for remote access.

Cons

Its Laggy and sometimes it doesn't want to connect until the computer restarts. It also requires a pretty fast internet connection to look good.

### "Very good product, licensing should be simpler"

February 5, 2026

4.0

Ease to use, easy to integrate in to the Zoho Ecosystem, which step by step I'am been adopting. Complements the other Zoho products offerings.

Pros

Mostly it's the ease and integration with our Zoho Desk which in turn is very transparently integrated with our Zoho Books.

Cons

Licensing should be use for remote or unattended support, indistinctively. We need not to buy two different sets of licenses.

### "Zoho Assist is a "Must Have" for the virtual office workspace."

August 28, 2025

5.0

I think that Zoho Assist is a great tool, especially if you're using other Zoho products. It is a very convenient, if not essential, resource for a remote office environment like ours because of the sharing and collaboration capacity it affords members of our team who are spread across 7 states.

Pros

I like that the Zoho suite of products is comprehensive enough to handle various types of organizations. I also like the level of customization available. Zoho Assist is very user friendly once it is set up.

Cons

The customization and set up is a little intense for someone who isn't IT or technologically astute. Sometimes it feels a little like a programmer would have a more intuitive experience with the set up and "back end" features.
