### "Other softwares don't even come close to Zoho"

May 23, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience has been a good one. I needed a program that I could jump on, send a link and access a computer remotely without needed excess drivers and other random things installing in the background, just a few buttons and I'm connected. I tried using other programs but they seem like they were made in the 80s compared to this.

Pros

I have a small business, and Zoho Assist helps me so much. The value for money is amazing, since I use the free account I'm able to not only connect remotely but I can have a few computers on unattended access so I can help whenever. We have multiple branches and being able to jump on and assist is a Godsend. It's so easy to use, I have people who are not computer savvy able to use it and it just works. The connection is stable, never having any connection issues at all.

Cons

Honestly, nothing. I don't like that it's always asking me to pay for it, but I think they finally got me today and I'm going to upgrade to the $18 plan as one pro user, and no unattended access except the free ones.

### "Easy to Use, Reliable Remote Support Tool"

May 26, 2026

5.0

Overall, Zoho Assist provides a dependable and user-friendly remote support solution. It strikes a good balance between simplicity and functionality, making it suitable for both IT professionals and less technical users. The platform allows quick access to remote machines, supports efficient troubleshooting, and reduces the time needed to resolve issues. It has become a reliable tool for day-to-day support tasks, especially in environments where ease of access and minimal setup are key.

Pros

Zoho Assist is extremely easy to use, both for the technician and the end user. The setup process is quick, and joining a remote session is straightforward with minimal steps, which is ideal when supporting non‑technical users. The interface is clear and well organised, making it simple to navigate between sessions, file transfers, and system tools. Performance is reliable, with stable connections and good screen responsiveness. It also integrates well with other Zoho products, which helps streamline workflows.

Cons

There are very few downsides overall, but at times the interface can feel slightly basic compared to some higher-end alternatives. Some advanced features are not as intuitive to locate initially, and there can occasionally be minor latency depending on the network connection. However, these issues are relatively minor and do not impact day-to-day use.

### "Verification Process Needs Improvement"

July 2, 2026

1.0

Overall experience was not good. I would not recommend this service to my colleagues. The response times are unacceptable for a critical service like IT.

Pros

Once I was able to get verified the service is working great! The remote access unattended feature works as expected.

Cons

My client was out of support for 5 days while I waited for verification. I called daily and sent multiple email to their verification team. The verification process needs improvement there are gaps in the process which me and my client experienced. That caused the business operations to significantly slow down and impact their customers. I was also charged for those days I was unable to use the service. The chat and communication feature was no help.

### "Reliable Remote Support with Zoho Assist for Small Business"

April 17, 2026

4.0

Overall, my experience with Zoho Assist has been very positive. It provides a reliable and cost-effective solution for delivering remote support, which is essential for running a small IT-focused business. Despite a few minor drawbacks, it offers strong functionality and ease of use, making it a valuable tool for supporting clients and maintaining efficient operations.

Pros

What I like most about Zoho Assist for my small business is how simple and effective it is for providing remote support to my clients. It allows me to quickly connect to client machines, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems without needing to be on-site, which saves both time and money. The interface is straightforward, and the ability to start sessions quickly makes it easy to deliver responsive support. It’s a practical tool that helps me maintain a professional and efficient support experience for my clients.

Cons

What I dislike is that there can occasionally be minor performance hiccups or limitations depending on the client’s network connection, which can impact the smoothness of a session. Some advanced features are also locked behind higher-tier plans, which can be a consideration for a small business trying to keep costs down. While it generally works well, there are moments where it doesn’t feel as polished as some larger, more established remote support platforms.

### "Good review"

July 6, 2026

4.0

Overall, my experience with Zoho Assist has been very positive. It is a reliable and user-friendly remote support solution that makes it easy to connect to and troubleshoot devices quickly. The platform offers useful features such as unattended access, file transfer, remote reboot, and multi-monitor support, helping IT teams resolve issues efficiently while minimizing downtime. It has become a valuable tool for providing fast and secure remote assistance.

Pros

What I liked most about Zoho Assist is its ease of use, reliable remote connection, and fast setup. It allows IT support teams to troubleshoot user devices quickly without requiring complex configuration. Features such as unattended access, file transfer, multi-monitor support, session recording, and reboot/reconnect make remote support efficient and secure. The web-based interface is intuitive, and the overall performance is stable, helping reduce downtime and improve support response times.

Cons

While Zoho Assist is a strong remote support solution, there are a few areas that could be improved. Occasionally, connection quality may decrease on slower internet connections, and some advanced features are limited to higher-tier plans. The user interface could also be more streamlined for first-time users, and file transfers can sometimes be slower when working with very large files.

Alternatives considered

[TeamViewer ONE](https://www.capterra.com/p/194565/TeamViewer/)

Reason for choosing Zoho Assist

I chose Zoho Assist because it provides an excellent balance of features, ease of use, reliability, and cost. The setup process is simple, the remote sessions are stable, and it includes essential capabilities such as unattended access, file transfer, remote reboot, session recording, and multi-monitor support. Compared to other remote support solutions, Zoho Assist offers competitive pricing without compromising on security or functionality, making it a practical choice for our IT support needs.

### "Great Support/Remote Access Tool"

May 22, 2026

5.0

Zoho Assist allows me to connect to multiple computers simultaneously. It also allows employees to remotely connect to their computers from home

Pros

What I like most is that it's an affordable tool that allows for multiple users to have an essential function.

Cons

This is more of a nitpick. As good as the service is, it doesn't run quite as smooth as a vpn/firewall setup. The savings is worth the tradeoff, though.

### "Zoho Assist review."

July 1, 2026

5.0

For $10 a month, you get an excellent remote assistance product with similar tools as much more expensive software. Easy to use, with all the features required for the job. Fast and competent support. When an issue with credential elevation arose, it was resolved immediately.

Pros

Good value for money. Excellent customer support. Easy to use. Connection to devices with minimal effort. Web-based interface. Chat included. No connection Issues under normal network conditions.

Cons

So far, chat responsiveness is the main issue. It is slow and weak at recognising non-standard characters.

Very good. It's exactly what my IT team needed; it's robust and very reliable. Furthermore, the tools it offers make daily operations much easier.

Pros

Cons

### "The Ease of Zoho Assist Is Phenomenal"

April 15, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Zoho Assist has been very positive. It is easy to use, gives solid remote access functionality, and is a practical tool for customer support when you need to troubleshoot problems quickly. It offers good value for money, especially for businesses that want a reliable remote support option without overpaying. While there may be occasional connection issues or minor bugs, the platform is strong overall and continues to improve with software updates. For day-to-day remote assistance, it has been a dependable and worthwhile tool.

Pros

What I liked most about Zoho Assist was how easy it is to use. It is quick to set up, simple to navigate, and makes remote access straightforward without unnecessary complexity. From a value-for-money perspective, it does the job well without feeling overpriced. It is also helpful for customer support because you can jump in quickly, see the issue firsthand, and resolve things faster than trying to talk someone through it over the phone or email.

Cons

What I liked least was that connection quality can sometimes depend heavily on the user's device or internet connection, leading to occasional connection issues or lag. I have also come across small bugs or interface quirks that feel a little clunky, especially compared with more polished premium tools. Software updates are generally fine, but sometimes improvements to usability and stability would make the experience even better.

### "A Reliable Remote Support Ally for Nearly a Decade"

August 7, 2025

5.0

I’ve been using Zoho Assist for almost 10 years, and it has been a consistently reliable tool in my remote support toolbox. Over the years, I’ve witnessed how it has steadily improved; not only in performance but also in usability and available features. It's now more practical and powerful than ever. Even when other popular tools fail, Zoho Assist has come through for me, proving to be a true lifesaver in critical moments. It’s affordable, dependable, and well-suited for both small and large-scale remote support environments. Very user-friendly: I’d say 95% of the interface is intuitive and smooth to use. Only affected when internet connection drops which in my case is due to rural network limitations, not the platform itself.

Pros

Zoho Assist is packed with useful features like file transfer, chat, audio, clipboard sharing, and excellent video quality. It works reliably even in rural areas with limited bandwidth, which is a gamechanger. The unattended access feature, once set up, is incredibly helpful for ongoing support tasks. I especially appreciate the responsiveness of their customer support and how easy it is to onboard new technicians once they are familiar with the interface.

Cons

Setting up new devices in unattended mode can be slightly confusing at first, especially when trying to organize multiple devices into teams. However, with a bit of practice, this becomes much easier and totally worth it considering the functionality it provides.

### "Reliable Remote Support"

December 9, 2025

4.0

Zoho Assist has been a dependable tool for our IT department. We support hundreds of users across several clinics, and being able to remotely assist staff quickly is essential. Zoho Assist has helped us reduce ticket resolution times, provide faster support, and keep our operations running smoothly. The platform is stable, simple to use, and fits well into our workflow.

Pros

Zoho Assist has been reliable and easy to use for our internal IT team supporting multiple clinic locations. The remote connection loads quickly, even at sites with limited bandwidth, and the interface is straightforward for technicians. File transfer, multi-monitor support, and unattended access all work smoothly and help us resolve issues faster. It integrates well into our workflow and saves time during busy clinic hours.

Cons

Occasionally, sessions can take a moment to initialize depending on the workstation, and the browser-based launches sometimes require a refresh.

### "I really like Zoho Assist."

January 23, 2026

5.0

The testing phase and purchase process was very straightforward. It was very easy to learn how to use and try out the product. The price for remote maintenance software for individual customers is much more realistic compared to other products. I can recommend it with a clear conscience.

Pros

Remote customer support is quick and easy to set up. The connection is established quickly and availability is good.

Cons

### "Zoho before the "NO-NO" application"

October 27, 2025

5.0

I had situations where I could not upkeep an internet connection. Anydesk would keep failing and drop connection causing me to reconnect every time. Zoho helped with the situation right there after and I could keep up the connection and change the Firewall settings and allow internet to an offsite office. keeping connection on LTE WIFI and configuring LAN. it helped a ton, and I was needed to fly to the client. all of this and at the same price I paid for other software with less capability.

Pros

the Remote Support is simple and easy to follow. replaced our other software that only had single usage and Zoho support 2 concurrent connections. Which is very helpful When I need to be on a Server and a client at once.

### "Zoho interaction is more than fantastic."

August 28, 2025

5.0

The platform is easy to navigate, even for those with no prior tech experience. Some features enable us to access remote devices without user intervention, making things easier. Also, the customer support is fast and friendly.

Pros

It's intuitive and user-friendly, even for those who aren’t tech-savvy. Have an excellent unattended access that allows technicians to access remote machines without needing someone on the other end. Another benefit of the system is its value. it doesn't cost a fortune compared with other companies.

Cons

Have some connection issues and lag. If a user has a dual-screen setup, it doesn't always allow the remote session to be moved to the preferred screen, causing frustration for the technician.

After using TeamViewer and later Anydesk for many years it was a pleasant surprise to find a feature rich, reliable, easy to use and affordable alternative in Zoho Assist. I am very happy for making the switch.

Pros

### "Good Remote Software"

March 26, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Zoho Assist has been extremely positive. It’s a reliable, professional-grade remote support tool that consistently delivers when I need it most. Whether I’m helping a customer troubleshoot an issue or accessing a system remotely for maintenance, the process is smooth and efficient from start to finish. What stands out is how dependable it is—connections are stable, sessions are quick to launch, and I rarely run into technical hiccups. It also presents well to customers, which is important for maintaining a professional image during support sessions. Overall, Zoho Assist has made remote support faster, easier, and more streamlined, allowing me to focus more on solving problems and less on dealing with the software itself.

Pros

Zoho Assist has been an absolute game-changer for remote support. What I liked most is how easy it is to connect to a client’s computer—no complicated setup, just a quick session link and you're in. The interface is clean and intuitive, which makes it simple to use even during high-pressure support situations. The performance is solid, with fast connections and minimal lag, even when working on more demanding tasks. I also really appreciate the unattended access feature—it allows me to manage systems without needing the customer present, which is huge for efficiency. Another standout is the reliability. Sessions stay stable, file transfers are smooth, and I’ve never had to worry about losing connection mid-job. Overall, Zoho Assist saves time, looks professional to clients, and makes remote support feel effortless.

Cons

The software is good. If I did have a con it would be the fact that they nickle and dime you on the add ons.

### "Reliable Remote Support Platform for MSPs and IT Service Providers"

June 3, 2026

5.0

Our overall experience with Zoho Assist has been very positive. We use it as part of our remote support workflow for Matrix Computing Technology and have successfully implemented a custom-branded support portal, unattended access, and client remote support services. The platform has proven reliable, easy to deploy, and cost-effective for supporting business clients. It provides the core features we need without the complexity and expense of some competing solutions.

Pros

Zoho Assist has been a reliable remote support platform for our managed IT services business. The setup was straightforward, and the custom domain and branding options allowed us to create a professional support experience for our clients. Remote sessions are stable, unattended access works well, and the client portal is easy for end users to navigate. The pricing is also very competitive compared to other remote support solutions.

Cons

Some advanced customization options can take time to locate, and initial branding setup required a bit of trial and error. A few administrative settings are spread across different areas of the portal, which can make configuration slightly less intuitive for new users.

### "A refreshingly simple UI backed by rock-solid stability"

June 5, 2026

5.0

My overall experience has been fantastic. Remote support can easily become stressful if the software plays up, but ZohoAssist gives me genuine peace of mind. Knowing that I can rely on a stable, smooth connection with an intuitive layout makes my workflow completely seamless... It’s a great piece of software that respects your time and doesn't overcomplicate things.

Pros

The two things that completely won me over are its uncluttered, simple UI and its rock-solid stability. Setting up a remote access session is incredibly straightforward for both me and my clients, there is zero steep learning curve or confusing menus to wade through. Once connected, the stability is brilliant. I haven't had to deal with random dropouts or frustrating lag, which is a massive relief when you're trying to fix a technical issue under pressure. It just works.

Cons

Honestly, because I'm so satisfied with its daily performance, it's hard to find a major flaw. If I had to pick something, navigating into some of the deeper, advanced admin configurations can occasionally feel a little hidden away. However, it's a minor hurdle that doesn't impact the core remote support experience at all.

### "Zoho has great remote computer capabilities."

May 21, 2026

5.0

Overall my experience with Zoho is mostly in the remote support side, I have relied on Zoho for successfully connecting remotely to clients hundreds of times.

Pros

Their pricing is very good, we have found that compared to competitors Zoho's prices per technician and devices are very reasonable.

Cons

It is hard to identify a least liked feature, I will say that a feature I would like that I have not found to be able to do is have 2 technicians being active on 1 machine at the same time.
