### "Excelente software de assistência remota"

February 25, 2026

### "Good Remote Software"

March 26, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Zoho Assist has been extremely positive. It’s a reliable, professional-grade remote support tool that consistently delivers when I need it most. Whether I’m helping a customer troubleshoot an issue or accessing a system remotely for maintenance, the process is smooth and efficient from start to finish. What stands out is how dependable it is—connections are stable, sessions are quick to launch, and I rarely run into technical hiccups. It also presents well to customers, which is important for maintaining a professional image during support sessions. Overall, Zoho Assist has made remote support faster, easier, and more streamlined, allowing me to focus more on solving problems and less on dealing with the software itself.

Pros

Zoho Assist has been an absolute game-changer for remote support. What I liked most is how easy it is to connect to a client’s computer—no complicated setup, just a quick session link and you're in. The interface is clean and intuitive, which makes it simple to use even during high-pressure support situations. The performance is solid, with fast connections and minimal lag, even when working on more demanding tasks. I also really appreciate the unattended access feature—it allows me to manage systems without needing the customer present, which is huge for efficiency. Another standout is the reliability. Sessions stay stable, file transfers are smooth, and I’ve never had to worry about losing connection mid-job. Overall, Zoho Assist saves time, looks professional to clients, and makes remote support feel effortless.

Cons

The software is good. If I did have a con it would be the fact that they nickle and dime you on the add ons.

### "Affordable and Reliable Remote Support Tool for Small MSPs"

February 4, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience has been positive. As someone running a small IT services business, I needed something reliable that didn’t break the budget, and Zoho Assist fits that role well. It’s easy to onboard clients, connections have been stable, and it gives me enough professional features like session recording and scripting without feeling overwhelming. It works well for both on-demand support and managing unattended systems.

Pros

Zoho Assist has been a solid remote support tool for my small MSP because it’s straightforward to deploy and doesn’t feel overly complicated like some enterprise platforms. I like that I can manage unattended devices, reboot systems remotely, and still keep sessions simple for clients who aren’t very technical. The pricing is also very reasonable compared to other tools, especially for solo technicians or smaller IT businesses trying to grow without huge overhead.

Cons

The interface can feel a little split between “Remote Support” and “Unattended Access,” which was confusing at first when trying to understand licensing and features. Some advanced automation or deeper MSP integrations require a bit of setup, and the documentation could be clearer for new users who are transitioning from other remote support tools.

Alternatives considered

Reason for choosing Zoho Assist

I also looked at Splashtop, but Zoho Assist made more sense for my business because of the pricing and flexibility for a small MSP. It gave me unattended access, session recording, and branding features without requiring a large upfront investment or complicated licensing. I liked that I could start small as a solo technician and still have room to grow into more automation and integrations later.

### "Ferramenta sólida e eficiente para suporte remoto"

January 16, 2026

4.0

### "Zoho for begginers"

May 19, 2026

4.0

Overall Verdict: A Dependable Workhorse with Exceptional Value My overall experience with Zoho Assist has been highly positive, cementing its place as a reliable, go-to tool for cloud-based remote support and unattended endpoint management. While it might not have the hyper-fluid screen-mirroring frame rates of some specialized, heavy-duty desktop applications, it more than makes up for it in sheer utility, ease of deployment, and cross-platform flexibility. For an IT professional, helpdesk agent, or managed service provider (MSP), it acts as a dependable workhorse that gets the job done without overcomplicating the workflow or draining the budget.

Pros

What I like most about Zoho Assist is its exceptional balance of simplicity and cross-platform flexibility at an incredibly competitive price point. For IT professionals, MSPs, or helpdesk teams, it strips away the bloated installation processes of legacy remote-support software, making on-demand troubleshooting entirely frictionless.

Cons

While Zoho Assist is an excellent, cost-effective tool for remote support, it isn't without its flaws. When deploying it at scale or using it for intensive troubleshooting, certain limitations and performance bottlenecks become noticeable.

### "The Best Unattended Access Tool I’ve Used So Far"

December 18, 2025

5.0

My experience with Zoho Assist has been excellent!. It is the unattended access solution I have liked the most among all the tools I have tried, and I have tested several different options

Pros

What I like most about Software Assist is its ease of use and accessibility. The platform allows me to have all the equipment I need to provide service to clearly organized and always available, which makes day-to-day operations much more efficient.

### "Zoho Assist, best Remote Support Application"

December 16, 2025

I am happy as it was less than half the price I was paying to Anydesk. Yes I need to guide users but it is one time process and doesn't take long.

Pros

It is very fast and dont lag. I like the unattended access part. Setup was seamless and works very fast. It also maintain log and calculate total time, every time I connect to my customers. I can setup billing based on the hours I supported customers.

Cons

Customer needs to install Zoho assistance in order to connect. Also it asks user permission, so I need to guide user over the phone. In Anydesk, it is straight forward just tell the number and done

### "A Reliable Remote Support Ally for Nearly a Decade"

August 7, 2025

5.0

I’ve been using Zoho Assist for almost 10 years, and it has been a consistently reliable tool in my remote support toolbox. Over the years, I’ve witnessed how it has steadily improved; not only in performance but also in usability and available features. It's now more practical and powerful than ever. Even when other popular tools fail, Zoho Assist has come through for me, proving to be a true lifesaver in critical moments. It’s affordable, dependable, and well-suited for both small and large-scale remote support environments. Very user-friendly: I’d say 95% of the interface is intuitive and smooth to use. Only affected when internet connection drops which in my case is due to rural network limitations, not the platform itself.

Pros

Zoho Assist is packed with useful features like file transfer, chat, audio, clipboard sharing, and excellent video quality. It works reliably even in rural areas with limited bandwidth, which is a gamechanger. The unattended access feature, once set up, is incredibly helpful for ongoing support tasks. I especially appreciate the responsiveness of their customer support and how easy it is to onboard new technicians once they are familiar with the interface.

Cons

Setting up new devices in unattended mode can be slightly confusing at first, especially when trying to organize multiple devices into teams. However, with a bit of practice, this becomes much easier and totally worth it considering the functionality it provides.

### "Zoho Assist - no one else can beat it!"

July 18, 2025

5.0

I have been thoroughly impressed by Zoho Assist’s seamless remote-access capabilities. From the moment I initiated my first session, I experienced lightning-fast connections and an intuitive interface that made navigating between multiple computers effortless. Whether providing IT support to colleagues across different locations or accessing critical files on a distant workstation, Zoho Assist delivered unparalleled responsiveness and stability. Its streamlined setup process meant less time troubleshooting and more time resolving issues—boosting both my productivity and overall client satisfaction. Beyond its speed, Zoho Assist offers a suite of advanced features that elevate remote collaboration to a new standard of professionalism. Secure file transfers, unattended access, and comprehensive session reporting ensure that every support interaction is not only efficient but also fully auditable. The platform’s robust encryption protocols and customizable security settings give me absolute confidence when handling sensitive data or conducting high-stakes troubleshooting. In all my years of using remote-support tools, Zoho Assist stands out for its combination of performance, reliability, and feature richness—making it an indispensable asset for any organization seeking top-tier remote access solutions.

Pros

\- Lightning fast computer access - Unattended Access - Technical Support Remote - Troubleshooting and Remote Assistance - Streamlined Rollout - Advanced User Controls - Similar to Bomgar - Advanced Access to Wake Up, Power On, etc....

Cons

No cons at all! Even the price is affordable and over the last 2 years I have had no access issues or delays in connecting.

### "Great solution for SMBs!"

May 19, 2026

5.0

Positive, very happy overall. It solved several issues for my organization with regards to ongoing remote access and one-time remote support, along with machine compliance and inventory.

Pros

Intuitive, easy to for both the tech and the remote user, and budget friendly. Connection is stable and lag free. If you are a small-medium size business, this is a great remote support tool. When partnered with Zoho Desk, management and ticketing is simple.

Cons

Interface could use some updating, but it is mostly a cosmetic Con. Also, it would be nice to be able to launch a session directly through Zoho Desk, along with the associated ticket times (machine interaction times). Currently, you would have to manually enter the Assist session notes and technician times into the ticket in Zoho Desk.

### "Other softwares don't even come close to Zoho"

May 23, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience has been a good one. I needed a program that I could jump on, send a link and access a computer remotely without needed excess drivers and other random things installing in the background, just a few buttons and I'm connected. I tried using other programs but they seem like they were made in the 80s compared to this.

Pros

I have a small business, and Zoho Assist helps me so much. The value for money is amazing, since I use the free account I'm able to not only connect remotely but I can have a few computers on unattended access so I can help whenever. We have multiple branches and being able to jump on and assist is a Godsend. It's so easy to use, I have people who are not computer savvy able to use it and it just works. The connection is stable, never having any connection issues at all.

Cons

Honestly, nothing. I don't like that it's always asking me to pay for it, but I think they finally got me today and I'm going to upgrade to the $18 plan as one pro user, and no unattended access except the free ones.

### "Most amazing remote software"

May 5, 2026

5.0

Overall, the experience people report with Zoho Assist tends to land in the “solid but not perfect” category—it does its core job well, with a few trade-offs depending on your needs. The general feel: Most users describe it as reliable, simple, and cost-effective, especially for day-to-day remote support. Many IT teams say it becomes their “go-to” tool because it’s easy to deploy and works quickly once set up.

Pros

Ease of use It’s straightforward to set up and run, even for non-technical users. Starting a remote session usually just takes a link or a small download, which makes it practical for quick support situations. Unattended access A big plus is the ability to connect to devices without someone on the other end. That’s especially useful for IT teams managing servers or employee machines after hours. Cross-platform support It works across Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile devices, so you’re not locked into one ecosystem. Browser-based access You can run sessions directly from a browser without installing heavy software, which keeps things flexible and lightweight.

Cons

Performance & connection issues This is probably the biggest drawback. Users frequently mention lag, dropped sessions, or unstable connections, especially on weaker networks or across regions. Reconnecting after a drop can interrupt workflows Slower than competitors like TeamViewer in high-latency situations From Reddit, one user described “constant lag… remote screen so delayed it became unreadable.”

### "Zoho Assist best remote management"

January 9, 2026

We started using Zoho Assist and found it so good that we purchased several other Zoho management applications to give us a full management suite.

Pros

The testing phase and purchase process was very straightforward. It was very easy to learn how to use and try out the product. The price for remote maintenance software for individual customers is much more realistic compared to other products. I can recommend it with a clear conscience.

Pros

### "excelente servicio"

March 17, 2026

5.0

### "Zoho before the "NO-NO" application"

I had situations where I could not upkeep an internet connection. Anydesk would keep failing and drop connection causing me to reconnect every time. Zoho helped with the situation right there after and I could keep up the connection and change the Firewall settings and allow internet to an offsite office. keeping connection on LTE WIFI and configuring LAN. it helped a ton, and I was needed to fly to the client. all of this and at the same price I paid for other software with less capability.

### "Efficient Remote Access for Daily Operations"

March 31, 2026

5.0

Zoho Assist has been a solid tool for my day-to-day operations. It’s helped me provide faster support, reduce downtime, and stay more responsive to clients. The ease of use and stability make it something I can depend on consistently.

Pros

Honestly, what I like most about Zoho Assist is how easy it makes everything. I can connect to a client’s computer in seconds and handle things on the spot without back-and-forth. It’s smooth, no headaches, and saves me a ton of time when I’m managing multiple dealerships.

Cons

One downside is that the end user still needs to download and run an executable to start the session, which can add an extra step and sometimes slow things down.
