En general una muy buena experiencia, tanto a nosotros como tecnicos, como con nuestros clientes, superior a otras soluciones de asistencia ya que unido a zoho desk, nos permite tener la informacion a la mano de todas nuestras atenciones.

Pros

Facilidad de uso, los clientes no tienes inconvenientes para conectarse, se puede personalizar la forma de conectarse a los equipos desatendidos. En general a sido una muy buena solucion para la asistencia remota.

Cons

No he tenido mayores dificultadades, quizas que solo se puedan tomar 4 sesiones con cada usuario.

I've been using the unattended mode for a couple of years and before that the free session version. Overall it is simple to use and has a nice set of tools.

Pros

Stable, easy to deploy. nice set of remote tools (cmd, powershell, file transfer, services, local users, etc.) in addition to an awesome remote control interface all from a web based interface. There is also a software install if you don't want to use a web interface. It's basically the same, so I'm not sure why you wouldn't just use the web interface.

Cons

The web interface where it lists the devices needs some simple things added. Such as sortable columns. Currently you can only sort on the device name column. It would also be nice to be able add additional columns such as os build, model, serial number etc.

Excellent, clean user interface. Excellent for file transfer, software debugging and updates. The voice feature is a welcome addition

Pros

Simple interface, No resident program required, a small temporary program is installed to initiate the remote session and gets removed once the session is concluded—no worries about the availability of a particular software at the user end.

Cons

The chat window is rather small and needs the flexibility to adjust the window size for convenient chat with users. It should also have a facility to send the URL link to mobiles and emails. Sometimes emails get delayed due to network issues and you do not get it on time.

Very good! My job involves making important deadlines on a regular basis, and this program gives me the flexibility to work a lot of hours outside regular office hours to do so.

Pros

The fact that it let me work seamlessly from home for the past five years when I needed to. I don't need to rely on someone being near my work computer to reboot or anything.

Cons

The "one auth" thing is a pain, really, but I understand that the security is important.

Mac and pc work great. Better than go to assist . Easy unattended access to pc or mac

slightly more complicated to zoom to a resolution than other products but still workable

I've used it at work and now personally. I think it is a great product and provides a lot of value when I need to assist my family

Pros

It is very easy to setup and get started. Within minutes I was able to start helping members of my family.

Cons

Adding new PCs could be a bit more intuitive. It felt like there were a couple of options. Having an easy button on the main dashboard would help

Overall it seams easy to use and the pricing for the service looks really reasonable. I would definitely recommend trying the free trial and decided for yourselves.

Pros

Easy to use as all tools are in one easy place to choose from and you don't have to install any software for attended sessions.

Cons

Drag and drop is not supported for file transfers in the main session and require you to enter file transfer mode.

Pros

Value for Money. Platform is user friendly and easy to navigate. Remote access and connection is always stable.

Cons

I have not come across any negative thing concerning the service. It ticks all the blocks for our needs.

I have not had any issues with Zoho Assist and it has saved me considerable time in supporting multiple remote server sites.

Pros

I like that I can have as required supporr session or have clie t installed to access servers at any time without user interaction.

Cons

Getting the unattended installer to a client if I am not onsite, is bit of a pain as the user at the site can not get the installer directly.

Good customer service. Love the reports you can pull for remote access. The 2 options of remote is nice too.

Pros

The reports and being able to see when someone logs in and for how long. But also the ease of being able to remote in!

Cons

I dont have anything to complain about right now. I have spoken with customer service when I had troubles and they guided me.

Cheap in price compared to competitors. I originally came from TeamViewer and cannot be more happier for making the move. Remote connections are quick and stable. A good value for your time and money.

The cheaper plan allowed for more technicians. Otherwise no other issues.

Once I have connected with my customer, it's easy to help them with their issue. I can even remain connected on the session if they need to restart their computer.

Cons

It's hard to initially get the customer connected to the call. Sometimes they don't have admin capabilities, and they need to download and install a program to connect to the session.

This application allows for both traditional remote access for helpdesk type activities along with the unattended makes this a very robust tool at a resonable cost

Pros

I really like the unattended access that allows my access without have the users to download an agent... really helps with some challenging remote users

Cons

Really nothing at all. With the ability to create groups of users and assigning access to only specific machines really helps

Works well for both on-demand support and unattended access. - Supports Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS, which is great for diverse environments. - File transfer, chat during sessions, screen sharing, reboot-and-reconnect — all work smoothly. - No need for end users to install heavy software — just a link via email or chat gets the session going.

Cons

Some features are nested within menus, so it might take a few sessions to get familiar.
