"Auditions through Ticket Peak"

**Overall:** Ticket Peak is very easy to learn and understand. It is very user friendly, both in the initial set-up, as well as in customer usage.

**Pros:** We started using the Auditions feature in Ticket Peak earlier this year. This feature has allowed potential actors to more easily schedule times for auditions. This feature also allows actors to indicate roles they would like to audition for .

**Cons:** Some of the features in Ticket Peak's Audition link did not match our requirements. Ticket Peak worked with us to adjust the link to fit our needs more easily.

"Recommended by a friend and we stayed for the service and features"

**Overall:** It’s been fantastic. All of the team members we’ve had the pleasure of contacting have handled any issues quickly and to complete satisfaction.

**Pros:** Easy to use once things are setup. It’s a learning process and once it’s accomplished it’s very simple to keep going. Completed events automatically disappear from public view.

**Cons:** It’s sometimes difficult to remember how to do infrequent tasks such as issuing a refund.
