### "Auditions through Ticket Peak"

Ticket Peak is very easy to learn and understand. It is very user friendly, both in the initial set-up, as well as in customer usage.

Pros

We started using the Auditions feature in Ticket Peak earlier this year. This feature has allowed potential actors to more easily schedule times for auditions. This feature also allows actors to indicate roles they would like to audition for .

Cons

Some of the features in Ticket Peak's Audition link did not match our requirements. Ticket Peak worked with us to adjust the link to fit our needs more easily.

Excellent. Appreciate the initial assistance and support from \[sensitive content hidden\], as well as all of my dealings with \[sensitive content hidden\] and others with TicketPeak. Responsive, professional, and very accommodating to work with!

Pros

Ticketpeak's platform provides our small nonprofit arts organization the tools we need to sell tickets and list classes and events. It has more features than apply to our operation at this time, but it is easy to work with in comparison to other platforms. We are very pleased with the great customer service whenever there have been questions or any issues. They are very responsive to customer input and suggestions, and prompt in responding to calls or emails.

Cons

While some of my experience may be related to my own user skills at times, I wish the display and print/font size for reports could be improved upon or easier to manipulate. Also would find limitations on image sizes that can be uploaded to be a bit more flexible.

Reason for choosing TicketPeak

We do not need all of the bells, whistles, and special features that many platforms offer. Many were also cost prohibitive for our 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We're a small venue and needed a product that met the basic needs and provided for some potential additional features depending on our future needs. It needed to have reasonable fees and be affordable. TicketPeak was the best option for us at the time, and I appreciated the reviews and comments I found while researching.

This is a long story. Brown Paper Tickets was our ticket platform for many years. They had a major financial downfall and some lawsuits. It took almost a year for us to be compensated for monies owed. Customer service which had been outstanding was reduced to nonexistent. Though they recovered from the situation, there is nothing they could offer or do to persuade us to re-establish a business relationship with this company. Even if there were zero fees, we would not return to Brown Paper Tickets.

Pros

Though perhaps not the most feature-rich option, TicketPeak is so easy to use that our all-volunteer box office staff can learn to use it in no time. And the rates are low so we don't have to worry so much about the bottom line.

Cons

There are enough options and enough reports to handle our basic operations, but a large organization may need something more robust.

The best support, making changes for my specific needs is simple, and I am able to have one-on-one conversations with the people making things happen. This program is competitively priced, and simple to use.

Pros

The interface is SO MUCH EASIER for my box office. Simple, clean, and efficient. My customers even think it's easier.

Cons

Finding reports, and utilizing the program to it's full potential is a challenge at first. Lots of re-learning.

Overshadowed has been thrilled with the service and functionality of the TicketPeak platform. TicketPeak's staff was very helpful when we were first implementing the Box Office system, and have made several changes in their system to accommodate some of our specific needs. The TicketPeak system has allowed Overshadowed Theater to continue to grow our customer base, to the point where we have had to expand our seating area to accommodate larger audiences because we kept selling out all of our performances!

Pros

The cost. Compared to other Box Office/Ticketing software on the market, the features and functionality offered by TicketPeak, far outweigh the fees charged by TicketPeak for the use of the system. The Support. TicketPeak is always quick to respond to any of my questions for assistance or issue resolution. The Ease of Use. TicketPeak is quick and easy to get new events up and available online. Once the foundation of Seating Charts and Locations has been setup, new events can be up and running online by filling out 1 page of data, then clicking the "Hidden/Public" link and I'm done!

Cons

Ticket Reminder Communication. The Communication Feature is nice to remind purchasers of upcoming events they have purchased. Still, the Email Body does not allow Dynamic information (or I haven't noticed this ability), so I have to create a new Communication for each Event, and the Email Body is not personalized with the Buyer's Name or which Event Date/Time they purchased.

We've had a fantastic experience using Ticketpeak! One of our favorite features is the free audition registration—it's made organizing and managing auditions incredibly simple and efficient. It’s been great so far! I’ve recommended it to as many fellow teachers as I can. It is well worth the minimal cost.

Pros

It is so easy to use and customize for our needs! We have been able to present a variety of productions and classes, from musicals to summer camps and cabarets and even a haunted house!

Cons

I would like it to be a bit more customizable visually. When the use logs in, it would be great to be able to see a more colorful page.

Pros

We have used TicketPeak as our ticketing vendor for over nine years. As we've grown, they have grown with us. When we have a new need, they either show us how to use their system in a new way, or will accommodate their system to meet our needs. The product is very functional and their support is exceptional! Highly recommend them!

Cons

Any cons I might have had were either something I didn't know how to do, or were addressed with their tech department and fixed to accommodate my needs.

We use Ticketpeak in a unique way. We are a not for profit Women's golf organization. We use ticketpeak for our members to signup for our many events. We can put a limit on tickets and offer different categories such as Green Fees and Green Fees with cart. We are all volunteers so being that it is easy to setup and not take alot of time to manage is a plus.

Pros

Easy to setup and integrate. At anytime, we know how many people have signed up for each event.

Cons

I think it would be nice to be able to label some of your own form boxes

This made the job of our box office volunteer much easier. It was a great simplification of the process. We especially like not having to handle credit card information and being able to look up seating for those who forgot their tickets.

Pros

Ticketpeak provided summaries of purchases and sent checks in a timely manner. They are always available and helpful if you have questions or concerns.

Cons

It would be nice if the software allow more flexibility in customizing your sites. It would be great to add pictures of your venue and add "themes" to your ticket ordering page. You can currently customize the tickets somewhat, but the ordering page is relatively bland .

Pros

The fees are low, and the customer service is GREAT! Ticketpeak has continuously answered my questions and has even made changes to programming and formatting based on our needs.

Cons

I wish there was an app for TicketPeak that was easier to use on a mobile device. Or make the site itself more mobile friendly.

User friendly system for our customers purchasing and families registering their kids for classes.

Pros

The ease of setting up events. The ease of managing and editing events. I also like having the reports to print out before each show so that we can verify ticket purchases.

Cons

We have had some feedback that the workshop button and the audition button in the top right corner are hard to locate unless you are given the heads up when you are taken to the events page.

Cons

Graphic design of the site. Learning curve for set-up was a bit steep for me . Needs clearer instructions for customer buying Flex Passes.

Quick and easy

Pros

Very easy to set up and link to our website. The cost per transaction is comparable and even lower than similar vendors we looked at. There is more available than what we needed but we hope to use in the future.

Top notch. A young company that has created a solution that is reasonably priced and works well. The owner is even involved and willing to help.

Pros

The product is very flexible allowing us to create ticketing solutions for our unique venue. As important, price is reasonable and customer service is fabulous.

Cons

Limited functionality for our unique business involving reserved camping. We effectively have to set it up like another "section" for seats but it works.

Pros

What I like most about TicketPeak is that I can sell tickets for upcoming workshops through the app. I find this software easy to use.

Cons

The only thing that I can think of is that this App is not as expanded like Eventbrite, everything else is good.

We previously sold tickets in person and over the phone. TicketPeak has streamlined this process so much and freed up precious time. The customer service is great! Whenever I have a question, or something I am trying to figure out, I can simply contact your customer support. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is amazing and always cheerfully answers any of my questions, or fixes any of my problems. Overall this was a wonderful addition to our school events.

Pros

Our school uses this software for the sale of several types of events, from general admission to drama/musical assigned seating. This software makes it very easy for our customers to purchase tickets. We place the link on our school website for easy accessibility. The variety of reports makes it easy to track customer information and sales. You can easily export information for easy use.

Cons

There are several areas to add information. When added the information goes to different locations. From what customers see on the order site, to what is seen on the order confirmation page, to what is printed on the tickets. It is a bit tricky to know what goes where. It can be a bit of trial and error to get it all set up the way we want it. We use this for multiple events, but it is not something we use every week, so it can sometimes take a bit to get it set up the way we want it. With that said, it is still worth the set up struggles, as the rest works seamlessly.

Reason for choosing TicketPeak

TicketPeak seemed to be the simplest software to use as well as the most cost effective.

It’s been fantastic. All of the team members we’ve had the pleasure of contacting have handled any issues quickly and to complete satisfaction.

Pros

Easy to use once things are setup. It’s a learning process and once it’s accomplished it’s very simple to keep going. Completed events automatically disappear from public view.

Cons

It’s sometimes difficult to remember how to do infrequent tasks such as issuing a refund.
