IdWeb customer support is fantastic and the staff are wonderful to work with. Their support and help is exceptional and their follow-up is remarkable. Using IdSurvey is easy and meets our expectations. Pros IdSurvey's programming is user friendly making it easy to use and set up even complex surveys. The interface for both Admin and CATI looks good and makes data collection easy for the operators. Using mixed mode methods of data collection works extremely well in IdSurvey. Customer support is excellent. Cons It would be good to be able to edit surveys directly into IdSurvey rather than having to export to the data first. This would help when surveys are still in field and validations are noted rather than waiting until the data collection is completed and a final datafile is exported and changed having to be made then.
