Pros: Relatively easy to setup and great post support. I like the way it is able to scale whether for a small or a multi department (complex) business

Cons: Customer Portal needs some cosmetic upgrades: Theme variety would be great. Also useful to have Contacts with more available fields on the Customer Portal

Comments: Overall I'm extremely satisfied with service and plan a long relationship with vtiger.

Pros: *Non-Stop customization (The standard work flows were good, but the new EXPRESSION options are PHENOMENAL!) *Excellent and able customer service team *Representatives available via phone, chat, or email *Excellent help and tutorial documents *Phone System integration *API Integration (Utilizing our billing / Ticket System / Router infrastructure to manage a clients account)

Cons: *We would prefer a test site before we make options or customization go live. Currently the only option is to start a free trial or host my own internal site while testing. *To much customization (I would like to see more examples of traditional setups and how you envision items to work besides us making our own SOP that works for us. )

Comments: For the price I don't think vTiger can be beat in terms of bang for buck because of all the features and functionality in the product.

Pros: Ease of use, customization, workflow management, email integration and campaigns. It's a solid CRM which offers more functionality than other far more expensive CRM's out there.

Cons: The developers take too long to fix bugs and introduce important feature updates. Certain features aren't very well implemented which means that you have to work around them.

Pros: I like the fact that there are management modules for multiple domains outside of sales. Project management, Customer Support, Marketing, all within one system.

Cons: Some of the modules do not work well with each other so the workflows are always as smooth as they can be. Whenever this is the case I let Vtiger support know and they usually generate an update to fix the issue.

A quality CRM with his challenges, however good value for your dollar.

Comments: We have been using vtiger for more than a year now and although we had many challenges in the beginning because of language issues as this is an india-based CRM. This is not a good or bad thing just something to be aware of! I will say I have noticed the team that now answers the phone understands our concerns much better. However as a user of this CRM and working with their staff I have come to realize I must be patient and very carefully explain the challenges we are having so they can be fixed. If you have the patience to work with the V tiger team they seem always willing to help. Although I have been frustrated number of times my overall rating described Within. I would and have recommended vtiger as a quality CRM. I do always mention that you must be patient when I'm referring somebody. They are up and coming and have lots to do however the price at which the CRM is available is Affordable and reasonable based on what you were getting and where they are going. Use them and enjoy them as a CRM provider just be sure to be patient.

Pros: it does many things, has many modules many of which I still don't use, I look forward to using them!

Cons: Language barrier, training is poor because they already know their CRM & talk to us like we know it

Pros: Vtiger is easy to use, it has optimized my selling process, the support team is very efective. very recommended.

Comments: Strongly recommend to other business partners. Value for money with great functionality and intuitive user friendly interface.

Pros: Fantastic user interface, Great functionality and integrations with google calendar are the highlights of this product. We have been able to get great sales insights after embracing Vtiger CRM. Sandeep has done a fantastic job and gone to great distance to ensure effective implementation and after sales support for HackerEarth. We appreciate and applaud his commitment to walk the extra mile to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

Cons: Response time sometimes is slow. The product is fine, but sometimes there are issues related to page loading and other small stuff.

Comments: The customer is exeptional and they are very helpful when you are in a situation.

Pros: Very organized and easy to manage for my business and my customers. I use the system for my whole business.

Cons: When the updates are done, there is not enough testing done to insure that everything is functional.

Comments: I would say a decent wordpress plugin should be developed. I did try cforms, which seems to be the best, but it would be great if there was one that integrated with ninja forms

Pros: I was having a lot of difficulty in getting the web forms working. But the vTiger support is excellent, I dealt with Pratim, and he was extremely helpfull and patient. Well done

Cons: The integration into word-press, although appearing simple, is a little tricky, and possible there are some validation errors happening with certain wordpress themes.

Comments: vTiger's customer support is exceptional. I'd like to receive notification when the latest version of vTiger is available. Overall, I'm more than happy with my experience, to-date, with vTiger.

Pros: Organization of client information populated in one easy-to-use format. Reporting capabilities. Every level of management in our firm is comfortable with the overall capabilities offered by vTiger.

Cons: Tutorials could be easier to find. Definitions for modules and conditions in detail would be helpful

The only crm i have seen that i can call a complete package as per any company needs

Comments: I was supported agent at a kickstart meeting. He is just excellent in understanding and guided me with ease of understanding. Thank you for keeping such people on your team.

Pros: The crm is flexible and with lots of features and dashboards information is very well presented. The custom modules have been an added value for us..

Cons: Some good commercial plugins are not available in the hosted version. We look forward to some more features related to automation of jobs.

Pros: Lots of features and options that can allow collaboration between different job functions and business areas.
The ability to customize everything is at the same time the best and worst feature of the system.

Cons: User interface is not intuitive. It took forever to get everyone up to speed and even longer for people to really start using the system.
We don't use half of the available functions because setting things up is so time consuming, and we don't have a dedicated programmer or IT person to troubleshoot when things are working the way they should.
We spent so much money in paid tech support and add-ons that I think we would have been much better off shelling out a little more for a better CRM and having to do less to customize it.
If you have too many chron workflows running at the same time it really slows things down.

Pros: You can set it up for a huge company or an small one. It has tons of customizable features you can play with to set it exactly for what you need. The implementation can take a lot of time, but it is there. How every client/person is accounted for, with every action in their history is really useful. The Use of you own Email is also a great feature. Importing inventories in Bulk is also a huge help. Price is not bad considering all you get.

Cons: It takes forever to customize. And lots of literature to read just to do one thing. It is worth it once is going. But also with use it get bigger the system does not "flush" old data, so backups need to be supervised so you can manually flush or delete useless or old info/data. I personally would search for another app before agreeing on using this one. But if the company is big probably this is the one to use.

Overall: Price is affordable, and value is a lot once you get it going.

Excellent value for money, lots of functionalities, all the tools to automate all your company processes

Comments: Great CRM... a no brainer implementation for any organization.

Pros: Lots of functionalities, automation of processes via workflows, many modules, fully customizable, the customer support is simply excellent (from live chat on the fly, to one-to-one skype calls with screen sharing and hands-on support)

Cons: the tool allows for the integration of processes for all areas and (best of all) automatization of functions to make all process flow... the issue: number of workflows may be limited and the custom options are not enough.

Nice software for the price however lacking in ease of use.

Pros: It is extremely affordable. I like that certain forms can be modified to accommodate varying needs. It's nice that it integrates with our time keeping software.

Cons: I do not like the interface. I do not like that I cannot email quotes or proposals to clients within the software. I do no like the was it displays payments.

Great product for micro and large businesses. Excellent Support from Vtiger.

Pros: The flexibility to add Modules and fields and change the name of fields. As I use this daily for managing my clients in the office and on the road the email functionality and the Mobile App are very very useful. Vtiger respond quickly to requests AND have over the years actually implemented ideas I have put forward.

Cons: Out of the box, the 15-day trial allows the user to see Everything that the product can do...This is fine if the user has some CRM experience however if the user is new to CRM then it is quite overwhelming...That said their Help system is very user-friendly and the new user can get the CRM going quickly. Or the User can get assistance from the Vtiger Partner Network.

Comments: Would highly recommend this product.

Pros: We needed a system that would help us to track our customer service issues. Vtiger allowed us to customize the tickets created in order to identify the key issues. Reporting was also customizable and really allowed us to analyze the data. Helped to improve our customer support significantly and allowed us to be more proactive on issues.

Cons: May need to get IT involved in some of the customization depending on how advance you want to get with the available features.

Pros: Product Scope, Easy to Use, Friedly, 3rd part features, Very good Workflow feature, and others. In fact one of the best cost benefit CRM in the world.

Cons: Implementing and configuring it is more difficult than not Open CRM's. Considering the user experience we need to use Power BI or another BI to complement the existing dashboards.

Pros: Is very easy to install and in the first step y for free

Cons: The online version perhaps a little spensive

Overall: We are using Vtiger Crm two year, we knowed it in our hosting , intall it for free.

We never used CRM, but now we have a lot of information about our business process, customer, etc.. is very important that you can work in all different devices and (mobile, tablet, pc)

Is very flexible with user, super-user, etc...

Cons: Overwhelming at times, possibly tries to be too much to everyone as opposed to being focused on a couple of specific areas

Overall: My company has been using vTiger for the past 2 years. To give a little background, we are a 25 person company that provides IT Security Services to clients. Within those 25 employees, we have sales reps, marketing reps, and auditors who provide the services to our clients. We use vTiger for our CRM as well as our project management tool for our active engagements with clients.

On the CRM side, I find vTiger to be okay. Not great, not terrible, just okay. Some of these reasons include a lack of intuitiveness to the system and the alert system is not good. The biggest sticking point for me is the alert system. When I set a task to follow up with a client or prospect, I want to get a reminder, not an email. I get hundreds of emails per day to the point where I shut my email down or it will consume my entire day. Thus, when vTiger sends me an email telling me to follow up with someone, I may not get it till the following day. While not a big deal, I would prefer an alert (pop-up notification) in the system at the day and time I scheduled it. I know that I could go into the tasks area and see what is due each day, but I am busy and need something in my face to remind me, not something I need to search for. Also, I don't find the system to be incredibly intuitive overall but honestly, this might be how my company has the system configured.

On the positive side, the system is highly configurable to meet the needs of your business and whatever you need which is great. The only caution that I would have is that you can over customize the system which can become a challenge later down the road.

Overall I would recommend vTiger but you have to know what you are getting into and if you can handle the limitations with the product!

Comments: The customer support is amazing and always super knowledgeable. They really go the extra mile. The application in its entirety is quite impressed and continues to grow.

Pros: Near unlimited capabilities with what you can make it do and track for your business

Cons: The site can be a little slow sometimes bogging you down with all the information it is storing.

Recommendations to other buyers: it is a one stop shop for all your needs. I believe the sales and support insights are the most attractive.

Pros: vTiger Functionality: Being able to create modules from scratch with correlating workflows. With a basic understanding and the help of the amazing support staff I have been able to do almost anything my business has needed and further my knowledge base. This has worked for my company which is a mix of service and sales.
The technical support provided via the Live Chant is excellent. They are always so helpful and patient. Even when the additional research was needed on their end to help me they always get back to me in a timely manner.

Cons: I think the software does an excellent job and most of the needs are solved by an available ad on. Most things I have disliked through the year with working with the CRM were from lack of knowledge. Once educated the system meets all needs thus far.
If anything I would say the contact module, I wish when opening cases only contacts tied to the merchant dba would appear and just not anyone with a related name. I am currently digging into this further.

Overall: My experience with the support staff has been unmeasurable. They are extremely patient and work with me to meet my business needs. They also take the time to explain issues to me so I can increase my knowledge base.

Comments: The most peculiar thing to say is .....slowness. When uploading some pics or files I can go washing my car, cooking my favorite pasta or bring the dog out for a walk.
Many features are unused, unuseful and redundant! It could be improved and personalized but I'm so disappointed in time wasted upon it that I can't effort the changes.

Pros: Prices are good. User friendly. Easy setup.

Cons: Mobile App not very great. Should improve mail templates and experience.

Overall: I have been using Vtiger for over six month. It is the best low cost CRM at the pricepoint. It is efficient and fairly easy to use once it's setup. The customer support team is very helpful, CRM's have a way of becoming complicated and they are happy to help you configure easily.

Overall its a great experience.

Things that can improve -

1) Mobile app dashboards are not as flexible as the web app. Since we are on the move we would like to view certain info or have ready access to our lists. The app functions very slow, keeps you wondering if it will crash.

2) Email campaign and templates can get better. Although an integration with Mailchimp is available. Having better designs and user experience on existing templates would help.

One of the major reasons why we are limiting our use on the mail campaign on vtiger and continue with a thirdparty provider.

Overall: I use it for a few years and I can say that it is a complete, easy to use. The free download version already has modules for the standard usage. With the support of companies that develop solutions on vtiger it is possible to adapt the product to their professional needs of all levels. I enjoyed the opportunity to create lead generation modules interacting with social media (facebook, twitter, google +, etc), that guarantee to increase your business opportunities. With the setting of the policy correct workflow is guaranteed and serves the objectives to be achieved. Installing it in the cloud, you can access the data at any time, increasing efficiency and decreasing the time

Recommendations to other buyers: The advice is to try it, has nothing less than more popular and expensive products

Comments: Using Community edition and overall it has been great. Needed a few tweaks to make some of the basic functionality work with our business in Canada. Had to adjust the way Quotes/Invoices/PO's/Sales orders calculate tax to work by province. Out of the box would have worked but involved typing in the tax which leaves a lot of room for errors.

Ongoing development of the community edition is great with newer versions coming our fairly regularly and with decent (paid) support or availability for migrating to the latest versions.

Extensive marketplace for additional modules and features. Seems to be a good steady development of extensions from third party's.

One of the very few open source CRM's that had inventory management. Its very basic but a basic need for tracking inventory count is often essential. a more extensive inventory module would be nice in the future. but for simple needs and single warehouse solutions it works.

Pros: easy to customize easy to find help changing it

Cons: not complete needs more work in the business parts of inventory

Overall: we had to change taxes tables and pay some simple things like a pdf printing feature, It worked great just missed some basics we had to develop. good news is, any change we want to make we could find or find someone to make it happen. in future as continue to use it we think its going to continue to be great

Comments: We used vtiger CRM for about 4 years when our company first started. We found it had all the features we needed, however, after growing, we needed a CRM with added functionality of real-time work orders for our crews in the field and had to switch to another CRM provider.

Overall: Using Vtiger 6.5 Opensource to revamp our entire CRM ticketing system. The software is super easy to use with a few added (paid) extensions the customization is very easy and can be modified nicely for anything you want. More advanced features are available at a cost but are great.

Few features i would like to see added in the future to create a more robust all in one software but overall would recommend it for anyone in need of a simple to semi complex crm. Not the prettiest UI but functions great.

Seems to have a pretty active community of developers as well as a supportive community to troubleshoot any issues.

Not all crm's have an out of the box inventory tracking built in. this was the big seller for me. again some more out of the box features could be added to this for a more robust solution.

Overall after testing a few crm's, vtiger had its limitations but its simple to use, easily customized, lots of available extensions, and inventory tracking is what won me over.

Comments: We use vTiger in our manufacturing B2B company. We have two offices (Australia/USA) and local and remote workers. vTiger gives all of us access to the information we need at anytime, even when we don't have an internet connection (thanks to the iPhone/iPad app). The web interface is generally very easy to use and the speed is quite good, even on a slow connection. There is a heap of features we don't need or use, and a couple of areas where it would nice to get new features that meet our needs, but given the price we can live with these.

Pros: Cloud based, access from anywhere. Central database with all the details we need for dealing with Companies, Contacts, mailouts, tech support and training. Powerful automation options (eg. automatically send out a follow up e-mail one week after sending a quotation). Easy to learn. Great Tech support. Always get an answer to an email within the same day, and usually within 1-2 hours. They will go the extra mile to help you sort out an issue. We recently wanted some customisation of a PDF template for our quotes and they spent many hours sorting through what we wanted and did the changes for us. You get a lot more than you pay for. Don't let the low price (compared to most other hosted CRM packages) fool you, vTiger does 90% of what the others do, for far less money.

Cons: The search could be better. It always finds what you are looking for, but the order the results appear is strange. If you search for a person called "Smith" it might show Mr Jones first (who happens to live in Smith St), then show Mr Smith next. This means that sometimes you have to manually search through the 30-40 items listed to find the one you want.

Recommendations to other buyers: You can also get the 'freeware' version and host it yourself, which we tried at the beginning. Don't bother, the online hosted version is well priced and has continual updates with new features.

Comments: Vtiger workflow's basically direct the company. From sales funnel to email marketing, invoicing, forecasting and project mapping. Not only this, but it is also possible to create custom modules and fields to tailor it to my business as much as possible.

Pros: Solid product and flexibility

Cons: Can't create marketing lists from Custom Modules

Recommendations to other buyers: Try to think what you would ideally need, then work with worflows and custom fields and make it happen.

Comments: I spent differents weeks before to decide which CRM was the best for my small company. At the end I decided for VTiger because no need an system integrator to adapt it to the company needs (no add costs) and integrate in only one program an CRM (marketing and sales), a support suite, an inventory suite (price book, invoice, payements, etc.) and a projects suite. Last but not least and it make the difference, VTiger have a very good help desk support! Every time that I use the live chat, I'm sure that in one minute you will be attended from an CRM expert that can solve your problem instantly and in a very kind way.

Pros: simple to use and modify, have a good GUI, an Outlook 365 plugin that working properly, no need an system integrator to adapt it, good price role, a very good help desk support and a very low time to start to use

Cons: do not have a Windows Phone App

Comments: Vtiger is quite flexible for a company like us. It can mostly satisfy what our sales team needs for daily operation. However, I am looking forward to the developer to allow self-build module can also use some functions that only linked to original build-in modules.

Comments: We have been searching fro a while to find an affordable CRM Software that would be able to provide the features that Salesforce had offered. After trying out several different CRM's, we decided to go with vtiger's CRM Software. Not only is it affordable, easy to use and customizable, the customer support is outstanding. I am so happy that we found the CRM Software! It has helped me keep track of my clients and keep organized and on track with all of my projects and tasks! I love it!

Pros: Easy to use. Competes with Sales Force. Customizable. Great price. Exceptional customer service.

Cons: So far I have not complaints!

Comments: We keep finding new depths to the V Tiger system as we develop use of it in our system and as a result are using it far more than we anticipated. The support from V tiger has been nothing less than superb and we could not have made the use of it that we now are without that support First class company and first class product

Pros: Adaptability and support

Cons: very little at all, One bad shortcoming is that we have to save documents locally and then upload,rather than being able to save directly into V Tiger - this is time consuming and seems totally illogical. For invoicing, you also need to have a spreadsheet structure as opposed to having to enter each line of the invoice individualyy and do all of the maths manually

Comments: We are big FAN of your product now as it is solving all the problems with ease. Everyone in our team is using it with comfort and it can be updated very easily because of the mobile App. Special mention of your Analyst as She is very helpful and she sorted our Inventory Module which was a big task and that's working very well for us now.. I guess this is a perfect product for us.. few tweaking and customization is still going on but whatever we are working on. its working absolutely fine Thanks Team and Vtiger

Pros: The Software is very easy to use and can be customized as per our requirement. We were looking for something which we can customized as and when we require. And our search ended here. Now I am so impressed with the applicability of the software that I am looking forward for Real-Estate module too and would request you to help out there too.

Cons: Just adding some dynamic fields for more control on entries can be like a cherry on the cake otherwise it seems superb so cheers to the Team.

Comments: Its been a roller coaster since start but the team at VTiger was always able to make the ride worth it. No matter what sort of curve balls I threw at them regarding my company requirements, they always made a good score with it. Special recommendation for my account manager, Shifa, you are a total gem :) And the team working behind it all, guys you work in a pretty awesome way :)

Pros: Customer support available even on holidays to sort my problems and to be precise always answering all sorts of questions. All type of suggestions from me were taken positively by the development team. Even during free trial they provided impeccable help, they handle their customers way better. That's what matters right, priority to customers rather than the invoices.

Cons: Not cons as such. Just waiting for some of their new features that they have kept for their future updates.

Comments: Depending on your needs the Vtiger CRM might be the best CRM for you. I needed a CRM where I would be able to change fields, add fields, create my own templates for printing, add functions and checklists for my daily work. I also had one specific demand - I wanted one CRM but for 3 companies. I'm an entrepreneur so at present I'm involved in 3 companies and closely working with other entrepreneurs and we share customers. But we want to send quotes, sell orders and other information from different companies to each customer but have alla customers in one CRM. Vtiger solved this.

Pros: Very adoptable. Depending on which version you choose you will have different modules and the possibility to add modules of your own or deactivate modules you don't need. All records from the different modules can be printed out and you can change the templates. Vtiger is complex and can be adopted to all your needs but then you need someone within the organisation that would love to get into the system and make the changes. The vtiger support are great to. I have been able to create a CRM that works for me, all my companies and partners and help us give create customer service and of course keep up with leads, projects, email campaigns and todos.

Cons: Well Vtiger might not be the CRM for companies that only need to have a simple register of clients companies and leads. Since there are so many great modules you really have to set a aside time to get to know the system so if you don't have time or only need a few limited functions you maybe should not choose vtiger.

Pros: The fact they thought about everything and how simple things are to manage once you get to know how the system works, my company has 3 branches in 3 different continent and the feeling is that we are all in the same office.

Cons: Wouldnt know what to say but if i had to say something it will be that i would like to be able to add by myself IP restrictions but anyway they do upon request on chat which take 5minutes

Recommendations to other buyers: Take your take and schedule an appointment of a guy from their team, they explain it really well and all get clear

Pros: Easy to learn and operate interface. Friendly and responsive customer support officers.

Cons: No escalation in Trouble Tickets. We are asking Vtiger for last 5 years about this feature.

Recommendations to other buyers: OTRS for Trouble Tickets. I have used SugarCRM but its expensive and most likely suits medium size organisations.

Pros: - Easy to use and understand
- Easy to use in the advanced marketing model: existing costumers versus leads (prospects for the future business)
- One click store from the Leads table into the Contacts/Accounts Tables
- B2B and B2C business support
- Automated workflows for different areas
- Different languages support with full UTF-8 support

Cons: - Missing sequential autoresponder function (it is only future plan yet)

Overall: I can suggest this CRM as a real small business solution. I am very satisfied with the technical support and with the community also.
Try and use it. It is so simple.

Pros: It is using very user friendly.
Everyone understand easily.
Easy to track records compare to other CRM.
Fast installation and fast access throw web browser.

Simply configure and plugins are more to use.

Cons: Themes are not favorable to use.
Advance tax calculation future not included.
Some of the future not available.

Overall: Over all it is good. And i will mark to give for vtiger CRM 9.5/10.
