"Versatile and scalable "

**Overall:** Hugely positive and I prefer this CRM to others I have used which tend to be a lot more expensive the Vtiger.

**Pros:** The ability to customise the CRM to your business requirements.

**Cons:** Connecting modules together can be tricky for beginners.
