Strongly recommend to other business partners. Value for money with great functionality and intuitive user friendly interface.

Pros

Fantastic user interface, Great functionality and integrations with google calendar are the highlights of this product. We have been able to get great sales insights after embracing Vtiger CRM. Sandeep has done a fantastic job and gone to great distance to ensure effective implementation and after sales support for HackerEarth. We appreciate and applaud his commitment to walk the extra mile to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

Cons

Response time sometimes is slow. The product is fine, but sometimes there are issues related to page loading and other small stuff.

Pros

It is extremely affordable. I like that certain forms can be modified to accommodate varying needs. It's nice that it integrates with our time keeping software.

Cons

I do not like the interface. I do not like that I cannot email quotes or proposals to clients within the software. I do no like the was it displays payments.

This program has helped me settle into my new job by giving me a means to learn about the company I work for as well as the products they sell and processes they follow.

Pros

I like how the different sections are arranged in the menu. It's easy to understand and navigate and find what tools you need.

Cons

What I like the least is that this software is based on an internet explorer. I think that a stand alone piece of software would feel more secure and reliable, and would probably perform better as well.

Pros

With Vtiger it is easy to start slow and turn on modules as needed. This thing could run your entire business if you let it.

Cons

We experience less than great integration with on-premise exchange 2010. Manually tagging emails takes a lot of time.

We used vtiger CRM for about 4 years when our company first started. We found it had all the features we needed, however, after growing, we needed a CRM with added functionality of real-time work orders for our crews in the field and had to switch to another CRM provider.

Pros

Easy to feed it and very customizable filters to get the info that you need. Simple Interfaz and fast menus.

Cons

If you need specific plugins you will need some support. Open source can have personalized moduls installed, but its hard to do it by your own.

it is nice, but coul be more userfriendly to make faster steps in creation opportunity or touchpoints and other details. I would also prefer to see much more information on one dashboard (for example contact details with every touchpoints together, with opportunity on one site)

nice dashboard, pretty fast, changeable, nice colors

Cons

creation of leads, sometimes doesn't work with outlook, data doesn't upload 24/h and it is not possible to see them in outlook app

Since connecting with customer reps and the other support team via the telephone support line - I've been blown away at the level of technical support your team can provide. Prior to the phone line, we would use the chat line - but that was not very effective due to time lags. Now I'm very satisfied with the level of support and the product.

Pros

The workflow triggers and ability to customise The filter views and ability to customise how the data gets viewed The report views and ability to customise

Cons

Without Vtiger support - it's difficult to figure out the more complex workflows. But the support team have been phenomenal in helping troubleshoot where required.

The only easy thing there is to do is a Search for a Customers info. Beyond that - its painful.

Pros

Easy to create a Proforma Invoice and enter the details of a new customer

Cons

Reports pulled are not accurate - unreliable so we have to take up our accountants time to see the product sold vs. revenue. Its not connected to our inventory system (and can't be). I have used other CRMS' This is not value for the money.

The interface was clean and modern looking, and the onboarding segment was helpful in giving you a quick rundown of the CRM, and where you can go to find help.

Cons

Way too much is going on here. I've never seen so many buttons and choices when it comes to creating a new contact. Simple and easy to use is what we want to see today, but this is neither of those.

Using Community edition and overall it has been great. Needed a few tweaks to make some of the basic functionality work with our business in Canada. Had to adjust the way Quotes/Invoices/PO's/Sales orders calculate tax to work by province. Out of the box would have worked but involved typing in the tax which leaves a lot of room for errors. Ongoing development of the community edition is great with newer versions coming our fairly regularly and with decent (paid) support or availability for migrating to the latest versions. Extensive marketplace for additional modules and features. Seems to be a good steady development of extensions from third party's. One of the very few open source CRM's that had inventory management. Its very basic but a basic need for tracking inventory count is often essential. a more extensive inventory module would be nice in the future. but for simple needs and single warehouse solutions it works.

If you are having a large company with more than 10 people, and don't want to pay for a CRM system, I would recommend using vTiger.

Pros

It has many features any CRM needs to have. I personally worked with this software for two months and believe it has many good feature. Plus, it is free to use! So if your budget is limited, you can think of vTiger as a good alternative.

Cons

For amateurs, it might be difficult to install and work with this software. As in my mind and in comparison to other platforms, the UX/UI of vTiger needs a significant improvement.
