Pros

Easy to update clients when visiting , can easily see last activity with the particular client and any items that need to be actioned

Cons

Having to go in and out of dashboard to access existing clients or new pipeline cluents

I am unfamiliar with PHP and administering PHP software so it took me a while to catch on to how to do things.

Great support team, always there to assist. Have a good understanding of protocols and procedures

Pros

User interface is very easy to use, customisation is relatively simple Workflows are easy to follow/setup.

Cons

Some higher level integrations are not possible at this time Payment integrations etc. Deeper customisation of the customer portal would be an advantage. To integrate PSPs into the portal. Customise the "quick tabs" etc.

Ease of use and the flexibility to tailor it to the company's needs. Quick Support. Good reporting possibilities

Cons

I haven't come across any so far apart the Outlook plug in doesn't work always very well and recently it doesn't work anymore if you have a high resolution screen

I can suggest this CRM as a real small business solution. I am very satisfied with the technical support and with the community also. Try and use it. It is so simple.

Pros

\- Easy to use and understand - Easy to use in the advanced marketing model: existing costumers versus leads (prospects for the future business) - One click store from the Leads table into the Contacts/Accounts Tables - B2B and B2C business support - Automated workflows for different areas - Different languages support with full UTF-8 support

Cons

\- Missing sequential autoresponder function (it is only future plan yet)

Pros

I liked the way it offers to integrate with other systems and the Dashboard. In this case, a customer wanted some more visibility on the Sales and Marketing teams. More specific, how was the yield on a leads database. I didn't need to reinvent anything. Just throw data to vTiger via API and give the managers some vTiger acoounts and i was set. 8/10

Cons

It's difficult to think in weaknesses in vTiger. Maybe the permission system for updating resources via API: you need to be in a specific group and you can't customize it, for one.

Over all it is good. And i will mark to give for vtiger CRM 9.5/10.

Pros

It is using very user friendly. Everyone understand easily. Easy to track records compare to other CRM. Fast installation and fast access throw web browser. Easy access throw online. Simply configure and plugins are more to use.

Cons

Themes are not favorable to use. Advance tax calculation future not included. Some of the future not available.

Good tool for smaller budgets that don't require immediate support/resolution, can continue to be productive despite limited features and supporting apps.

Pros

Vtiger delivers on providing the basic functionality needed for introduction into CRM usage for your business.

Cons

Doesn't offer a robust set of complimentary add-on apps, and functionality can be at times buggy.

Hard to install and manage on your own. Many of the more useful features are paid plugins. But still worth it.

I would say a decent wordpress plugin should be developed. I did try cforms, which seems to be the best, but it would be great if there was one that integrated with ninja forms

Pros

I was having a lot of difficulty in getting the web forms working. But the vTiger support is excellent, I dealt with Pratim, and he was extremely helpfull and patient. Well done

Cons

The integration into word-press, although appearing simple, is a little tricky, and possible there are some validation errors happening with certain wordpress themes.

The most peculiar thing to say is .....slowness. When uploading some pics or files I can go washing my car, cooking my favorite pasta or bring the dog out for a walk. Many features are unused, unuseful and redundant! It could be improved and personalized but I'm so disappointed in time wasted upon it that I can't effort the changes.

Pros

The fact they thought about everything and how simple things are to manage once you get to know how the system works, my company has 3 branches in 3 different continent and the feeling is that we are all in the same office.

Cons

Wouldnt know what to say but if i had to say something it will be that i would like to be able to add by myself IP restrictions but anyway they do upon request on chat which take 5minutes
