Pros

Not sure...nothing presently- do not know or understand how to implement.the name.nothing presently i like about the product.

Cons

The inability to effectively communicate with your staff. Understanding the dialog and language is VERY DIFFICULT. Couple with the fact that your techs move too fast on the different platforms

Have been using Vtiger since about 6-7 months now. Overall, it's a good app with wide functionality. Takes a little while getting to know the features etc and on how to fully utilize all its features.
