The must complete CRM in the market

Pros

The extension of functionalities and personalizations for the management of all the fields of your company that Vtiger have is incredible, from the moment you capture client until the closing of the sale or project, has all kinds of modules from invoicing until the handling of the product as such with which it is going to work, the price-benefit ratio is really incrible is the best CRM with which e worked

Cons

As I said it has an infinite variety of customizations available and maybe when you set it up it becomes a bit tedious and the technical support is a bit slow

Cost ease of use and functionality...easy to set up and use and it cost about 10% of what we were using

there really isn't anything we don't like about it

Pros

It is a good memo tool for daily work. It stores communication wit the customer and reminds me by smart phone.

Cons

sometimes is a server very slow. Also the mail application should have more functions (like MS office).

We have been using vtiger for more than a year now and although we had many challenges in the beginning because of language issues as this is an india-based CRM. This is not a good or bad thing just something to be aware of! I will say I have noticed the team that now answers the phone understands our concerns much better. However as a user of this CRM and working with their staff I have come to realize I must be patient and very carefully explain the challenges we are having so they can be fixed. If you have the patience to work with the V tiger team they seem always willing to help. Although I have been frustrated number of times my overall rating described Within. I would and have recommended vtiger as a quality CRM. I do always mention that you must be patient when I'm referring somebody. They are up and coming and have lots to do however the price at which the CRM is available is Affordable and reasonable based on what you were getting and where they are going. Use them and enjoy them as a CRM provider just be sure to be patient.

Pros

it does many things, has many modules many of which I still don't use, I look forward to using them!

Cons

Language barrier, training is poor because they already know their CRM & talk to us like we know it

Better understanding fo client needs and a more indepth knowledge of the stages in where an oportunity sits, i find very useful the cases module it help us to keep track of incidents regarding our customers.

\*- Easy to Use, intuitive and not much traininig needed. \*- Easy to customize to your needs. \*- Alot of very interesting modules. \*- Dashboards and mail integration is one of my favorite modules.

Cons

\*- Bad Support. \*- Updates sometimes messes with your configurations. \*- Search module can improve alot.

It has been wonderful to use this CRM interface which keeps the track of all my customer assets and register all my daily activities . Helps in reviewing and visibility of my credentials for the higher management.

Pros

Ease of use. Apt. user interface. All capabilities visible. Calendar events wonderful with all activities recorded in sequence. Tracking of all the cases and its history. Data center for all the organization and its customer contact storage sequence.

Cons

Customer Portal capabilities is minimal.

It is good however I feel that the system could do with an overhaul. The graphics are not crisp and dashboard is old fashioned.

Pros

It has a lot of features that are quite good for business use

Cons

Slow, navigation is cumbersome. Not easy to get to areas from links. Eg. To get to an account from opportunities takes 3 or 4 clicks

I have been using Vtiger for over six month. It is the best low cost CRM at the pricepoint. It is efficient and fairly easy to use once it's setup. The customer support team is very helpful, CRM's have a way of becoming complicated and they are happy to help you configure easily. Overall its a great experience. Things that can improve - 1) Mobile app dashboards are not as flexible as the web app. Since we are on the move we would like to view certain info or have ready access to our lists. The app functions very slow, keeps you wondering if it will crash. 2) Email campaign and templates can get better. Although an integration with Mailchimp is available. Having better designs and user experience on existing templates would help. One of the major reasons why we are limiting our use on the mail campaign on vtiger and continue with a thirdparty provider.

Pros

Prices are good. User friendly. Easy setup.

Cons

Mobile App not very great. Should improve mail templates and experience.

Very strong customer service. Integrates with just about anything for free using Zapier.

Pros

Very strong customer service, gets back to me in very short time. Customer support agent helped me with custom requests no other CRM providers would even discuss.

Cons

I was concerned that vTiger did not integrate out of the box with many other softwares that I use. But then I found that using Zapier I was able to resolve this for free and even got richer functionality.

The crm is flexible and with lots of features and dashboards information is very well presented. The custom modules have been an added value for us..

Cons

Some good commercial plugins are not available in the hosted version. We look forward to some more features related to automation of jobs.

generally easy to use. individually graphics and good widgets for dashboard. support always ready to help.

Cons

1\. After implementation some features are not changeable anymore. When we create new contact it doesn't overtake the whole address block from organization. 2. sometimes it needs to many clicks to save an update 3. we have problems to implement Vtiger "Add-ins" in Citrix 4. When I added email to a contact it is not possible to delete it anymore

N number of contacts can be stored, and can be retrieved for business follow up's, which convert contact's into a meaningful prospect/Lead. Organisation Lets us to add multiple activities into account such as Key handshake's, current sales stage; being quite interactive within our internal team.

I would say my experience with vTiger is an 8/10, it is a good software regardless of its faults.

Pros

I like that you have the ability to add different sections to the software in order to customize it to your companies needs. This has been helpful for many departments in my company.

Cons

This software is limited in some of what it can do as for automatic deduction of inventory and sometimes it has issues with loading quickly.
