It is easy to use, responds well with the subject of searches and I consider that the tool works fully with what you need. You can even generate statistics that for our work is perfect, since we use it in an insurer.

Cons

I think it would be the perfect tool if we could generate the information of the tool to a file in excel since that would help to send our producers their statistics.

Price is affordable, and value is a lot once you get it going.

Pros

You can set it up for a huge company or an small one. It has tons of customizable features you can play with to set it exactly for what you need. The implementation can take a lot of time, but it is there. How every client/person is accounted for, with every action in their history is really useful. The Use of you own Email is also a great feature. Importing inventories in Bulk is also a huge help. Price is not bad considering all you get.

Cons

It takes forever to customize. And lots of literature to read just to do one thing. It is worth it once is going. But also with use it get bigger the system does not "flush" old data, so backups need to be supervised so you can manually flush or delete useless or old info/data. I personally would search for another app before agreeing on using this one. But if the company is big probably this is the one to use.

Overall I'm extremely satisfied with service and plan a long relationship with vtiger.

Pros

\*Non-Stop customization (The standard work flows were good, but the new EXPRESSION options are PHENOMENAL!) \*Excellent and able customer service team \*Representatives available via phone, chat, or email \*Excellent help and tutorial documents \*Phone System integration \*API Integration (Utilizing our billing / Ticket System / Router infrastructure to manage a clients account)

Cons

\*We would prefer a test site before we make options or customization go live. Currently the only option is to start a free trial or host my own internal site while testing. \*To much customization (I would like to see more examples of traditional setups and how you envision items to work besides us making our own SOP that works for us. )

Overall it has been a huge success with my team and the vtiger support team helps me quickly when needed.

Pros

The learning curve for vtiger is tremendous. My Sales Reps can easily learn it when they are new and it sticks. The modules are also to easy to use and puts all the info I need as the Sales leader to direct my team.

Cons

The mobile app business card feature is terrible!

Pros

I like the fact that there are management modules for multiple domains outside of sales. Project management, Customer Support, Marketing, all within one system.

Cons

Some of the modules do not work well with each other so the workflows are always as smooth as they can be. Whenever this is the case I let Vtiger support know and they usually generate an update to fix the issue.

This is a very affordable program that does the job. It's easy to add new customers and to keep up with tasks. My most used feature is the calendar - it's very helpful that there's both a shared calendar and a personal calendar.

Cons

I'm not a fan of the user interface. It always looks like it's still loading. They could do a better job of organizing the dashboard.

We organize everything with vtiger. From the customer inquiry to the offers, order and invoice. We also organize the entire purchase of goods via vtiger. Finally we do the financial accounting in a different solution.

Pros

vtiger is the best choice for a small to medium-sized company. The range of functions and possibilities is enormous. The system can also be easily adapted by less experienced people and integrated into existing business processes. The workflow function is extensive and gives a considerable additional benefit in the daily work.

Cons

vtiger has weaknesses when it comes to designing communication by normal mail. Templates can be created for all order documents, but when it comes to a simple letter, the processing is very cumbersome. In itself, vtiger is not suitable for normal mail.

Would highly recommend this product.

Pros

We needed a system that would help us to track our customer service issues. Vtiger allowed us to customize the tickets created in order to identify the key issues. Reporting was also customizable and really allowed us to analyze the data. Helped to improve our customer support significantly and allowed us to be more proactive on issues.

Cons

May need to get IT involved in some of the customization depending on how advance you want to get with the available features.
