We have seen an increase in efficiency since we started using Vtiger CRM and highly recommend it!

As of now, I have not encountered any negative consequences.

Improved Live up to date inventory tracking , larger outreach using the email blasts and easy to use CRM makes managing and syncing other programs a breeze

Pros

I like the functionality and options available for customization, the user friendly platform and the quick response to an issue via customer service.

Cons

At times, the program can be slow to respond or not respond at all, causing a duplicate request or a long pause, resulting in slower individual productivity

Pros

I like most that it was a fairly open platform that allowed companies to tailor their reports how they saw fit.

Cons

What I liked least about the software was the fact that it did not sync with our accounting software, specifically Quickbooks.

We use Vtiger CRM to manage new business development, mostly through it's Email Campaign module. The software has many, many features but getting your workflow lined-up can be complex and challenging. We'd like to see more "templated" workflows, better user documentation including "getting started" documentation and swifter customer support when significant problems are discovered.

Not bad at all, not great either. Just working to become more of an expert on it. For the daily use of it for business, I suppose it is doing it's job.

Pros

I think it is pretty accessible for the most part, so that helps.

Cons

I don't find it to have all of the necessary things that I am accustomed to. I have used Hubspot in the past with favorable results and feel that having the ability - although very expensive - being able to have access to everything in one place makes it nice. Hubspot is very user friendly as well. I find myself having to look up how to do things or ask in the help section.

For the price I don't think vTiger can be beat in terms of bang for buck because of all the features and functionality in the product.

Pros

Ease of use, customization, workflow management, email integration and campaigns. It's a solid CRM which offers more functionality than other far more expensive CRM's out there.

Cons

The developers take too long to fix bugs and introduce important feature updates. Certain features aren't very well implemented which means that you have to work around them.

Relatively easy to setup and great post support. I like the way it is able to scale whether for a small or a multi department (complex) business

Cons

Customer Portal needs some cosmetic upgrades: Theme variety would be great. Also useful to have Contacts with more available fields on the Customer Portal

That you don't have Spanish support and that we cannot merge two existing accounts. The last that ai cannot invoice through Vtiger.

I have being designing/customizing this software since almost 4 years now as per our company's requirements. Love the customer service as they always have solutions to any queries and always give importance to reviews or feedback provided

Pros

I love the way it can be customized and is easy to use. The design keeps updating with many new features which are so awesome in the current price bracket when compared to other softwares. Many other softwares do not give the option of customizing it even at thrice the price of vtiger

Cons

Nothing much really. Because even new ideas are taken in to consideration by the team for future updates

A great combination for pricing and features.

Pros

VTiger is a traditional CRM but with a full fledge Email marketing product all in one package. It is simple to use for the front line employees yet it is customizable in the back end to do pretty much what you want to do. With workflows, you can automate pretty much anything.

Cons

I want workflows to do more things. I would like to be able to group together workflows together, Group/sort lists ETC.
