### "A platform that grows with you! "

Years ago, when Ticket Tailor first moved from a monthly subscription model to a per-ticket fee structure, I’ll admit I didn’t understand it. I was concerned that my customers might end up paying more, and that worried me. But in practice, it hasn’t worked out that way at all. Our customers consistently comment that the pricing feels very reasonable compared to other ticketing platforms. And over the years, the new features and improvements they’ve added have more than justified any minor fee changes. I’ve now been using Ticket Tailor for over seven years, and I’ve been consistently happy with the platform and the support behind it.

Pros

I’ve watched Ticket Tailor grow over the years, and I continue to be impressed by how responsive they are to their customers. They consistently work to introduce new features in ways that are thoughtful, efficient, and genuinely useful.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of anything I do not like. It makes me feel good to know if I did think of something, they likely would help fix it. They are that responsive in my experience.

From the first, I've found Ticket Tailor easy to use, very speedy and efficient customer service and a great platform for selling my retreat and event tickets.

Pros

Great value for money and excellent customer service. They answer questions quickly and efficiently and the prices are very competitive.

Cons

Haven't found anything yet and they are always improving. It would be nice to be able to copy events from one box office to another but that's the only niggle and I'm sure they are working on it!

A brilliant experience and no complaints at all from either myself of the team. Love the UI. Love the ticket order reporting. Love how we can embed this into our platform to sell tickets.

Pros

The UI is perfect and so easy to use to not only find tickets but producing reports. The onboarding process was really good, the support is amazing and prompt, and we loved that we can do the marketing and send people to our tickets page and people can buy with ease. Thousands of people have used it and we never get any complaints. It's a safe and secure platform for our customers to use and the price for credits is great value for money. If we ever have a question, the TT team are quick with email communication or even quicker with the live chat.

Cons

The only thing is that if TT offered an email marketing service to customers to help promote our events, this would make it 100% for us. At present, it's a 99% but we respect this is not what TT offer.

Our overall experience has been great and we will continue to use it. If an update could happen and we can add a basket option in to the ordering process that would be wonderful.

Pros

The ease of creating and drafting events. Parents feel it is easy to use and navigate. Its great to send email broadcasts for specific events and value for money.

Cons

our client base has said about only being able to book 1 ticket per transaction. we have had alot of issues with debit cards not being accepted so concerns about security and take a long time to check out. Clients and members have found it frustrating when not able to use the specific card for ordering and have to order via instant transfer instead so a double check out for them.

Excellent value for money. Great customer service support too, both from AI and a real person when needed.

Pros

Really comprehensive ticketing system, combined with an easy to use website for your business. Excellent value for money with discounts for charities / not for profits, and the option to buy credits in advance for a reduced price.

Cons

Nothing! Have been with them for years and enjoyed watching the platform grow with regular new features being added. I've tried several other platforms in the past and Ticket Tailor is by far the best.

We have used them for years as our ticketing partner for course booking and have never looked back. The pricing is fair and the system meets our need perfectly!

Pros

Simple setup and flexability to modify occurences easily and having different tickets levels makes everything easier to mange

Cons

We use zapier to process notifiactions about orders, but they have updated to version 2 of their trigger and it has caused a few glitches such as pricing in pence to workaround, wasnt too update our ZAP though

Great company, responsive to queries. Onboarding sessions were well ran by knowledgeable staff. We have multiple events being advertise at any one time so having them all in one place has been fantastic. Having them saved tonduplicate for future events also saves time when planning.

Pros

Easy to use and has been a great addition to our business in that it is much easier for guests to book out of hours which is increasing sales. Qr codes are great and alow our guests to book at the time they see a poster. The prices are a little high so factoring this in at the event planning is important. Ive had quick responsive communication whenever I have had a problem or query.

Cons

There isnt an app to manage tickets and bookings. No marketing by ticket tailor. Does not work well where there are meal options for events.

Overall I’m happy! All my events run well though this platform. Fast cash flow which is great for a small business like mine. It’s easy to communicate with this company.

Pros

I love the ease to set up events and run the events. It’s great value for money I know where I stand with finances, insights & presentation of info. Integrations are easy too. I’m happy!

Cons

Increasing decreasing numbers on tickets is abit clunky. We cannot do refunds through ticket tailor. So numbers aren’t amended for a refund being done.

Excellent and trouble free. Great customer support who resolve issues quickly. They have resolved any issues without a problem.

Pros

Straightforward and flexible, Ticket Tailor doesn't just let you sell tickets, it lets you set up memberships, promo codes, products and vouchers. There is no booking fee, you buy ahead a number of tickets and you can define your own booking fee or transaction charge. Overall cost effective, simple to use and powerful.

Cons

Nothing of note, Ticket tailor ticks all the boxes. Perhaps if you prefer a system that funds itself buy applying a booking fee then TT is not for you.

Positive. I always receive responses when needed. There are lots of resources that support my buisiness.

Pros

The value for the money. In researching registration platforms for my small business, finding one that was reasonably priced was a top priority

Cons

The cost for add ons. Having a tight budget, these costs add up. It would be helpful to have some sort of discount. Also a less confusing process to access the money I earn from referrals. The cost to get the few dollars does not make it worth the hassle.

Fantastic...I would recommend them over and over. Great price-point, responsive 24/7/365 service, and event-day tech that has worked flawlessly for several years.

Pros

Easy to use, affordable, and as plug-and-play as it gets. The real bonus for us has been the fantastic customer service -- timely, pleasant, thorough, spot-on!

Cons

We ran into a challenge with signing on new users, with challenges with links and codes for those logging on for the first time. The work-around wasn't as quick as I would have liked, but the team was pleasant in answering all questions...and it did work.

It’s an easy system to navigate the way it’s set up is simple and easy to use. Payment is prompt which is very good.

Cons

Could be cheaper on fees. I find the fee is a little to high and with events costing so much it would be better if less

We have used the platform for years and have enjoyed it. They continue to develop and release new features, without trying to increase what they charge us. As a small nonprofit, the pay as you go feature is a must have and wonderful way to unlock premium products.

Pros

This platform is really easy to use. It offers low cost, pay as you go plans that compete with other major ticketing platforms. It offers premium features at a low cost. It connects seamlessly into our website. The communication with their team for assistance is quick and easy and we get to real people.

Cons

Ticket tailor does not get the traffic naturally of something like an Eventbrite competitor where people may also find local events.

Super easy and intuitive to set up. Way better user interface than others, better fee structure. The best!

Pros

I've gone through several platforms and Ticket Tailor is the best. I love the credits, as it saves me money due to the large volume of tickets I sell. Customer support is top-notch. Event ticketing goes smoothly for my customers. Their email broadcast feature helps me send announcements to my buyers. And it integrates into my big for marketing. I'm sticking with them for sure!

Cons

The only cons are that since I use Google to log in, it kicks me out of the platform more frequently than I'd like. Not a huge hassle, but annoying. I wish they had a separate section for artists/presents where I could put a pic and bio for my talent. It's easy to just add it to the copy, but that would be nice.

Ticket tailor is easy to use. I find that the cost to use ticket tailor is simple and not overly expensive with no hidden cost.

Pros

I like the fact i can purchase ticket credits to cut down my cost. The ability to design my box office is also a nice feature.

Cons

I wish it integrated with more apps that we use like airtable, twillo and mobiniti. The ability to communicate with past ticket buyers to let them know about ipcoming events would be nice too.

Very, very happy with my experience. Would highly recommend it for anything from small events to large companies as it seems to have everything, and plenty of extra things which I do not even use.

Pros

It is very user friendly and easy to get your head around. The chat bot and access to help is brilliant too, if you have questions. The pricing is great and affordable for small companies and businesses. I use it now for every event I host, and I have had no problems at all.

Cons

Hard to think of something for this, as I have not really run into any problems which have not been able to be solved by the helpful staff. And I have yet to find something I would like to be able to do, which you cannot do. So no complaints.

Pros

Simple pricing structure which is fantastic around fees for ticket buyers too. The full process of setting up an event and selling tickets is really simple and the internal dashboard is really useful to get a snapshot overview on all of my events and ticket sales. The ability to add 'Add-ons' and upsells is really fantastic too.

Cons

Learning curve was a TINY bit challenging due to all of the different features and functions within the platform, but once you get it, it's really easy to set up and use.

I've really liked it. It's user friendly, helpful for my customers, overall cost-effective, and I've had really good experiences with customer service. I appreciate the way you all do business.

Pros

It's ease of use. I'm able to get an event posted and ready to sell in minutes. That, plus being able to put a widget on my website makes it super easy to keep folks focused on my work, while also giving them an easeful checkout experience.

Cons

I'd love to be able to afford to put the widget on my webpage without the branding, but it's just too costly - between the TT fees and cc fees, it's just too much for me.
