Our overall experience with for Littleastonbury 2026 has been excellent from start to finish. As a volunteer-led charity festival moving to online ticket sales for the first time, we needed a platform that was reliable, easy to manage and affordable — and Ticket Tailor exceeded expectations. The setup process was straightforward, the integration with our website worked seamlessly, and the whole customer journey felt professional and smooth. The platform handled high demand brilliantly during our phased ticket releases, and the flexibility around waiting lists, ticket limits and reporting made organising the event far easier for our team. What also stood out was the transparency of pricing and the helpful support whenever we needed guidance. Ticket Tailor helped us modernise our ticketing process while keeping things simple and fair for our community. We would happily recommend them to other festivals and events.

We used for Littleastonbury 2026 and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better ticketing partner. This was our first year moving from a traditional ballot system to fully online ticket sales, with huge demand and multiple phased releases — and Ticket Tailor handled it brilliantly. The platform was simple to set up, easy for customers to use, and flexible enough for us to manage limited releases, waiting lists and ticket caps without unnecessary stress. What really stood out was the reliability. Our releases sold out incredibly quickly and the system coped extremely well under pressure. We also loved how transparent and fair the pricing structure is compared to other ticketing providers, which is hugely important for a volunteer-led charity festival like ours. What didn’t I like about for Littleastonbury 2026? Honestly… not much. If I had to be picky, it’s probably that ticket releases sold out so quickly because the platform worked too well! We barely had time to catch our breath before another release was gone. As organisers of a busy charity festival with huge demand, we needed something reliable, easy to use, flexible and affordable — and Ticket Tailor delivered on all of it. The setup was straightforward, website integration was smooth, and the customer experience was excellent from start to finish. It took a huge amount of stress out of managing online ticket sales for the first time, and that’s invaluable for a volunteer-led event like Littleastonbury. Would absolutely recommend.

It immediately gave us stronger structure around ticketing, security, and access control. Overall, it’s been a reliable and scalable upgrade for our operation.

is straightforward to use and doesn’t overcomplicate ticketing. Setup is fast, the interface is intuitive, and pricing is transparent without excessive per-ticket fees. It integrates well with existing workflows, gives us control over branding and customer data, and reliably handles both small and high-volume events without issues.

Cons

Some advanced features require workarounds or third-party tools, and reporting could be more customizable for deeper operational analysis. Native automation and more granular permissions would be helpful as operations scale.

### " Simplified admin with the help of Ticket Tailor"

has enabled me to work with more tutors and expand my business, I like the ability to send personalised reminder and thank you emails, I'm also enjoying the support feature which always figures out ususual tweaks I like to make and helps me use lots of the ticket features e.g different catergories of ticket which has enabled me to offer workshops to a wider audience.

Pros

I run a craft studio with multiple tutors who manage their own ticket sales, we all use Tickettailor and it is great that I am able to have access to all their accounts so I can oversee all the bookings, it has therefore reduced lots of the admin as I can easily see how many people are booked onto their events so I can ensure the studio is ready for them, It also means I can help them promote events with low sign ups etc...

Cons

I do find that I have to click multiple times to find some useful basic information, for instance if I want to quickly check a customers email address it takes about 5 clicks and the process isn't that intuitive. I had high hopes for the app for this kind of thing but I ended up deleting it as it lagged so much.

Easy chilled and helpful. We have been working with them as our main ticket site for over 6 years now and they have been so easy to work with and essentially leave us to it to do what we need to do.

Pros

The independence to sell and set up tickets with our own structures. The site gives you that freedom which in turn gives you more flexibility to earn a better mark up on your overall ticket sales.

Cons

I’d love to be able to create weekly ticket update emails to send to agents that request weekly sales updates. That would be a HUGE help if that is built into the back end that we can coordinate.

OPTION WASNT THERE. WE SWITCHED FROM USING TICKETWEB AND MUSIC GLUE COMBINED. In this day and age.. the margin for profit as a touring venue is so narrow. Being able to add the booking fee on that any ticket site requires but it’s something we get instead literally changed the cash flow and profits for our business. It was a no brainer to do it.

Love everything about . I have been using them for quite a few years and wouldn't ever think about changing to another platform. I recommend it to everyone I know and use it for all my jobs that need ticket sales.

Pros

I love the pricing! This was the original reason why I swapped my ticket sales platform to !

Cons

The only issue I find with is adjusting the price of tickets for a certain day - it is a little cumbersome if you have a weekend-long show and you want one of the days to be a different price than the others. There is a way to do it! Just takes a bit to set up.

Pros

is very user friendly on the front and back ends! We LOVE it for our performing arts center and arts education studio! The customer service is second to none which is probably our favorite feature. We believe very strongly in climate action and sustainability efforts -- we are happy to use a ticketing platform that give back! Ticket Tailor has a very reasonable fee structure as well as non profit rates! The are always adding new features and accept suggestions.

Cons

We are very excited for the soft launch of the multi-ticket feature! For quite a few years, you could not add two separate events to the same checkout cart. We are beta testing the multi-checkout feature for our summer theatre camp and we are thrilled! We would love for to expand to a full CRM so that we could house our donation and ticketing in this platform. Now that we are nonprofit, we we need to maintain ticket holders and donors in a CRM.

Highly affordable with transparent pricing, great event management functionality for the small- to medium-size events that I run, and top-tier responsiveness from their support staff. Any time I have had a question, I can always find the information in their documentation or get a rapid response via chat; any time there has been a bug with the platform, it has been acknowledged and fixed rapidly.

Cons

A few parts of the event administration UI are a little bit unintuitive and might take some exploration or practice to get used to. Managing occurrence overrides is one example where things could be a bit clearer.

I'm very happy with at present, and look forward to seeing what new features they add to the service.

Pros

It's easy to set up and use, plus you can get access to your ticket sales pretty much straight away, which makes cash flow for event expenditure much easier to manage.

Cons

Some of the features are slightly hidden in menus, such as the ability to add users to the ticket scanning app. Also, I would pay for the ability to add ticket data from other outlets for a set monthly fee as opposed to paying per line of csv data uploaded

Positive. We have been using them for several years now and have created 3 different seating charts with ease. They are responsive when you tell them about missing features.

Pros

Ease of use and ability to create seating charts easily. Great support when you have issues. Fees are reasonable and easy to manage

Cons

Missing a few features that we'd like, like on our floor map, we have seats that can be selected, but it does not allow the user to click the GA section to grab tix. It is a bit confusing for buyers, so we had to add notes to the map so buyers know what to do. Report generation could be streamlined and we are waiting for an option to be able to save a specific report. Now we have to recreate the fields every time we run it.

It has been great. I have been using it for over 3 years & for over 40 events & I don't see any reason to switch.

Pros

It is truly the cheapest & most customizable ticketing platform that I have found (& I have tried most of the popular ones)

Cons

While it is customizable, there are still some improvements for the UI. For example, we can add custom HTML, but not custom stylesheets, so the layout can get wonky on mobile.

Overall, my experience with has been very positive. The platform is reliable, easy to navigate, and gives organisers a lot of flexibility and control over their events. What I liked most about was how simple and user-friendly the platform is. Setting up events, managing ticket sales, and tracking attendees all felt straightforward without unnecessary complexity. There honestly wasn’t much I disliked about using . The platform has been straightforward, reliable, and easy to manage from start to finish. Compared with other ticketing systems, it feels less complicated and more focused on what event organisers actually need. If I had to mention anything, there are always small features or integrations that could be expanded over time, but nothing that has negatively impacted my experience or caused any real issues. Overall, it has done exactly what I needed it to do without unnecessary complexity, which is probably one of the reasons I’ve enjoyed using it so much in the first place.

From the first, I've found easy to use, very speedy and efficient customer service and a great platform for selling my retreat and event tickets.

Pros

Great value for money and excellent customer service. They answer questions quickly and efficiently and the prices are very competitive.

Cons

Haven't found anything yet and they are always improving. It would be nice to be able to copy events from one box office to another but that's the only niggle and I'm sure they are working on it!

The ease of use - it's very intuitive and once you grasp the basics it's easy to set up show ticketing. There seems to be very little (if any) downtime and our customers data is secure and easy to manage

Cons

There are a couple of things that seem quite obvious for a ticketing website that it doesn't do - such as easy box office report export for reporting to rights holders etc, but they say it's on the way.

great value for money, amazing help and support from , very responsive help team, saved us a lot of time and made a huge difference to how we track revenue and attendees.

Pros

was great value for money for our community group and the help and support we got has been amazing, especially when learning to do new things. The help team have been quick to respond and come up with great ways of doing things. Our ticketing is so much simpler to handle and we can keep track of revenue, attendees etc. We are volunteers so it has saved us lots of time. Any hiccups along the way have been sorted by the help team. We have had no issues with security and all our attendees find it easy and safe to use.

Nothing really. It's been fantastic ! I honestly can't think of anything bad to say about . We love it !

Our overall experience has been great and we will continue to use it. If an update could happen and we can add a basket option in to the ordering process that would be wonderful.

Pros

The ease of creating and drafting events. Parents feel it is easy to use and navigate. Its great to send email broadcasts for specific events and value for money.

Cons

our client base has said about only being able to book 1 ticket per transaction. we have had alot of issues with debit cards not being accepted so concerns about security and take a long time to check out. Clients and members have found it frustrating when not able to use the specific card for ordering and have to order via instant transfer instead so a double check out for them.

We have used them for years as our ticketing partner for course booking and have never looked back. The pricing is fair and the system meets our need perfectly!

Pros

Simple setup and flexability to modify occurences easily and having different tickets levels makes everything easier to mange

Cons

We use zapier to process notifiactions about orders, but they have updated to version 2 of their trigger and it has caused a few glitches such as pricing in pence to workaround, wasnt too update our ZAP though

### "Ticket Tailor trumps all other ticketing platforms"

Excellent, efficient and user friendly. Never lets me down and provides a huge range of function's so I can personalise my sales page.

Pros

The platform is so easy to use, and if I've ever needed help there is a huge library of helpful hints, tips and video explanations to support me and failing that there's a chat bot who can connect you to a real human to support when you need it. I found the fees to be lower than other platforms I tried and they are always adding new features and improving functions so it never bugs out or fails to perform. The platform emails me every time I receive a sale so I can stay on top of my tickets and don't have to keep logging into know where I am at. I've never encountered any issues with security or data breaches and I trust the platform to run my ticket sales without a worry or concern. There is even two step authentication when logging in which always brings that extra piece of mind when I know it holds all of my customers details and my banking info.

Cons

Nothing, I love using and would not change to another provider. I've used several others before this and nothing works as well.

Great company, responsive to queries. Onboarding sessions were well ran by knowledgeable staff. We have multiple events being advertise at any one time so having them all in one place has been fantastic. Having them saved tonduplicate for future events also saves time when planning.

Pros

Easy to use and has been a great addition to our business in that it is much easier for guests to book out of hours which is increasing sales. Qr codes are great and alow our guests to book at the time they see a poster. The prices are a little high so factoring this in at the event planning is important. Ive had quick responsive communication whenever I have had a problem or query.

Cons

There isnt an app to manage tickets and bookings. No marketing by . Does not work well where there are meal options for events.

Excellent and trouble free. Great customer support who resolve issues quickly. They have resolved any issues without a problem.

Pros

Straightforward and flexible, doesn't just let you sell tickets, it lets you set up memberships, promo codes, products and vouchers. There is no booking fee, you buy ahead a number of tickets and you can define your own booking fee or transaction charge. Overall cost effective, simple to use and powerful.

Cons

Nothing of note, ticks all the boxes. Perhaps if you prefer a system that funds itself buy applying a booking fee then TT is not for you.

### "Very contented customer"

I've used for about 50 events over the past few years. I really like the way they operate, and have found their customer service to be particularly outstanding. Not that I've needed to use it much, because things tend to run smoothly, and they aren't constantly tweaking things just for the sake of change.

Pros

The platform is pretty easy to use. As intuitive as it's probably possible to make it while still giving up lots of granular control. Also very affordable for smaller events.

Cons

My complaints are pretty minor. The animations on the log in page gives me a headache, and I wish it was possible to write short customised messages about individual events on the events page.

### "Lowest fees in the industry "

Pros

has the lowest fees and an easy to use, functional product. The product has everything you need to sell tickets from an app to landing pages.

Cons

is not as well known as other ticketing websites, so unfortunately they do not have a search engine of other events. Event discovery through the platform is limited.

### "Great Customer Service"

Very good. Easy to use. Good integration with payment methods. The fact that free events have no charges is great. As a charity we also get preferential charges. Getting this set up was painless.

Pros

The customer support is excellent! The chat function works really quickly and they have been able to resolve all my issues so far.

Cons

The alt text to describe images for those with visual sensory impairments. Sometimes it isn't enough room.

### "Experience Managing over 27 locations with Ticket Tailor"

Pleasant. There is a learning curve but this platform is packed with features. I came from Work Press, Event Espresso, and Woo Commerce.

Pros

I like that all locations are centralize in one dashboard. I like the flexibility of overrides, vouchers, and that customer's have the ability to reschedule their tickets

Cons

I wish I could alphabetize them and not simply add new location to the bottom. I wish promo codes would not be tied to event types so I have to go back into each location and authorized every time I change an event. I wish we could internally (inside TT) or externally (client side) reschedule tickets that have no retail value, like a gift certificate that was redeemed. Instead you must void and create a whole new order.
