Plus the fact it's free until your first ticket has been sold and the flexibility to amend you contract whenever you like. Setting it up with Stripe was super easy as well. This made budgeting much easier and of course profits higher ! The simple set up was a god send taking very little time to add the sales area to our website and facebook account. 11/10! The next day, I put a link in my Facebook page, with a special tag, and now I can see where I sell more tickets on-line, our web site, or FB. We researched a number of other companies but Ticket Tailor was by far the cheapest. We pay a monthly fee and minimal cost on each purchase. It is also simple to use and very intuitive. It can be linked to Facebook, which makes purchasing easier, and an app downloaded to your mobile allows you to check people in directly by scanning their bar code. It then shows you they have arrived and who is still to come. It is also possible to print off a hardcopy in alphabetical order so it couldn't be simpler. We have been very impressed and we are very glad we chose Ticket Tailor. Cons The only issue is that as a company we pay the cost of the service as opposed to the customer. Pros The system is easy to use and all major needs are catered for. The pricing is also perfect for a small members club. The most important point is that the customer support is truly first class! Cons Difficult to think of anything. If I were to be picky it is that when you scan someone into the app you have to then touch on the name to check them in. Previously we had used Eventbrite which functionaly is fine but the fees can add up, escpecially when you're a small charity. Ticket Tailor offered the same if not better functionality which its "Box Office" features and automatic map integration in addition to its easy integration within our WordPress website. Pros It's affordablility for a small charity, simple minimal interface and functionality. Cons Perahaps the ability to provide more styling options on the box office and event pages.
