Overall, the experience is 100% great. Money matters are handled with well. The customer service via chat is effective and very responsive.

Pros

Ticket Tailor has all the options required for an event organiser. All features are well tested and simple set up allows organisers to set the box office and tickets instantly

Cons

Inability to Cancel a line of tickets. I had to hide the ticket line, rather than ability to delete the line

Fantastic...I would recommend them over and over. Great price-point, responsive 24/7/365 service, and event-day tech that has worked flawlessly for several years.

Pros

Easy to use, affordable, and as plug-and-play as it gets. The real bonus for us has been the fantastic customer service -- timely, pleasant, thorough, spot-on!

Cons

We ran into a challenge with signing on new users, with challenges with links and codes for those logging on for the first time. The work-around wasn't as quick as I would have liked, but the team was pleasant in answering all questions...and it did work.

Pros

We have worked with Ticket Tailor for the last few years for ticketing for muliple regional festivals. The system is really easy to use, its good value for money and working with Ticket Tailor has helped us increase sales and grow our events. The ticket gate check in app is really helpful too.

Cons

None really to be honest. We would prefer more assistance directly rather than just through web chats or online articles however we have now learnt the system and don't need as much support.

Our overall experience has been nothing but fantastic. I have been extremely impressed with all of the features that are offered.

Pros

The software has so many advanced options available to the show organizer. Their staff is beyond helpful and changing over from our old ticketing system to Ticket Tailor was easier than expected.

Cons

It will take some time to learn all of the nuances of their software, however, it's worth it. They really isn't anything but this so far can't do. If you can think it, the software does it.

Great communication and easy learning curve for beginners. Customizing my own box office has been simple too.

Pros

Easy to use and quick to learn. I love that there is a ticket check in app that makes keeping track of attendance a breeze. The Pay as you Go rate is very convenient if you don't have a lot of sales. If you do have a high volume of sales, buying credits ahead of time makes this a valuable tool.

Cons

The buy credits feature increased the minimum required to buy. Now I have to spend $75 where I used to be able to spend less to pre-buy credits.

It’s a great, simple to use platform to sell tickets to my customers. There are lots of different functions and add ons for email communications, and sales. The live chat function is brilliant

Cons

I find it a little expensive but I’ve not properly compared it to other ticket platforms. It’s simple to use, maybe your paying for convenience and simplicity

Overall, I've been very happy. I've been using it for 3 years with great success. My clients find the registration process seamless.

Pros

It's very user friendly and I am able to monitor the event registrations with ease. I find the event page looks professional and I like the map of the location provided to the attendees. The fees are competitive and very reasonable.

Cons

Many people have said that when I message them and make an announcement through Ticket Tailor that they do not get my messages. I'm not sure if it is going to their spam.

My overall experience with Ticket Tailor has been excellent. We use it for live performances, dance events, and large theater productions, and it has made the ticketing process simple for both our team and our customers. The setup is fast, the checkout experience is smooth, and customer support has been responsive whenever needed. I plan on continuing to use Ticket Tailor for future events because it offers great value, flexibility, and ease of use compared to many other platforms I’ve tried.

Pros

Ticket Tailor has been extremely user friendly and easy to set up, even for complex live events with different ticket tiers and promo codes. I really like how clean the interface is and how simple it is to customize event pages, track sales, and manage attendees. The fees are also much more reasonable compared to other ticketing platforms, which makes a big difference for independent event producers. Integration with Facebook Pixel and marketing tools has also been very helpful for running ads and tracking conversions.

Cons

Overall, my experience has been very positive. The only thing I would improve is having more advanced built-in analytics and reporting tools directly inside the dashboard. It would also be helpful to have deeper integrations with some CRM and email marketing platforms without needing third-party tools. Aside from that, the platform works very smoothly and has been reliable for our events.

Overall, fantastic experience, I've used it for years! It's a little less intuitive than other platforms with better UX, but once you learn it, they take care of you and the price is great.

Pros

Best pricing out there. I've scoured the internet for ticketing services and it's the best price by far, especially for a small business like us. (Others like Eventbrite have gotten insanely excessive.) Also, I've used their chat feature to ask for help several times and they are super quick to respond and my questions are always resolved or answered within minutes. My events have multiple days and time slots and I LOVE that they have an easy feature for building those in quickly. I also like that you can prepay for credits and save a bit of money.

Cons

I wish SO badly that their event landing page design feature was more robust. It's pretty barebones, so I've always ended up designing my landing pages elsewhere (on my Squarespace website) and using the Ticket Tailor plugin instead. Also, flex pricing is not currently a feature (where it's the same type of ticket, but varies based on high demand time or days).

Ticket Tailor has been brilliant for my business, and I have recommended it to many other businesses too. Very fair, easy to use, and an easy doorlist on the app.

Pros

The cost of Ticket Tailor compared to other event sites is amazing. I love the fact you buy the tickets, and then it doesn't matter what you're charging for your event. It's not a percentage taken, its a set fee.

Cons

I haven't found anything yet that I didn't like about it. Maybe the fact it doesn't cover as much advertising as much as sites like Eventbrite, but that said, it is still enough and great value for money.

We've been using Ticket Tailor for over a year now, and have been very impressed with their service. It's affordable, easy to use and their support team are not only very responsive, but also willing to implement feature requests, to increase the capabilities of what is already an incredibly useful system. Our event admin has been made much easier, our customers welcome the professional and streamlined booking experience, and checking people into our origami events is made easy, with a smartphone app, or barcode scanner.

Pros

Ticket Tailor is easy to set up, and good value for money. The support team are incredibly responsive, fixing bugs where necessary, providing helpful guidance and also welcome feature requests, passing them on to the development team. Email broadcasts also allow us to easily send updates relating to the event to all attendees.

Cons

It's not as feature rich as some other ticketing platforms, but I believe this a good thing, as it makes the platform more straightforward, and easier to use.

Pros

It’s easy to use and cost-effective. Whether you were a beginner or experienced seller, it has features that will help you reach your market and sell tickets

I wish it had a central directory that would help drive sales to your business like other tickets sites, for example Eventbrite

Super easy and intuitive to set up. Way better user interface than others, better fee structure. The best!

Pros

I've gone through several platforms and Ticket Tailor is the best. I love the credits, as it saves me money due to the large volume of tickets I sell. Customer support is top-notch. Event ticketing goes smoothly for my customers. Their email broadcast feature helps me send announcements to my buyers. And it integrates into my big for marketing. I'm sticking with them for sure!

Cons

The only cons are that since I use Google to log in, it kicks me out of the platform more frequently than I'd like. Not a huge hassle, but annoying. I wish they had a separate section for artists/presents where I could put a pic and bio for my talent. It's easy to just add it to the copy, but that would be nice.

Very, very happy with my experience. Would highly recommend it for anything from small events to large companies as it seems to have everything, and plenty of extra things which I do not even use.

Pros

It is very user friendly and easy to get your head around. The chat bot and access to help is brilliant too, if you have questions. The pricing is great and affordable for small companies and businesses. I use it now for every event I host, and I have had no problems at all.

Cons

Hard to think of something for this, as I have not really run into any problems which have not been able to be solved by the helpful staff. And I have yet to find something I would like to be able to do, which you cannot do. So no complaints.

Excellent. Much better and more detailed and cheaper than Eventbrite. We left Eventbrite as they began charging monthly fees, even for those running only free events.

Pros

Easy to use and understand. Many different options for forms, confirmation emails, ticketing. Best of all the fees are low, which really works for us as our tickets are free or low cost.

Cons

Ticket Buyer Messaging only arrives via an email, it needs to be integrated into the back office too so that it can be checked by team members other than the one linked email address.

Great. It’s just makes me feel comfortable about my admin. I no longer mix up bookings. I can see them improving it all the time.

Pros

It takes the admin hassle out of running workshops. Takes payments, keeps the attendees in order and there is no disputes about who has booked. Refunds are even easy. It also seemed the best value for money that I could find.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. No harder to learn than other online systems. Anything I wanted to know I looked up Google.

Pros

Simple pricing structure which is fantastic around fees for ticket buyers too. The full process of setting up an event and selling tickets is really simple and the internal dashboard is really useful to get a snapshot overview on all of my events and ticket sales. The ability to add 'Add-ons' and upsells is really fantastic too.

Cons

Learning curve was a TINY bit challenging due to all of the different features and functions within the platform, but once you get it, it's really easy to set up and use.

Its been Great over all. Been using it for years and wouldn't switch back to another service again.

Pros

It was easier to use than other platforms. Better price for service per ticket. The layout just makes sense. fast loading. Easy to set up email notifications and to send out updates to customers. No problems with service or money issues. refunds are easy.

Cons

Sometimes on mobile it loaded slow, but dont have much to complain about. Its been a great service to have.
