I've really liked it. It's user friendly, helpful for my customers, overall cost-effective, and I've had really good experiences with customer service. I appreciate the way you all do business.

Pros

It's ease of use. I'm able to get an event posted and ready to sell in minutes. That, plus being able to put a widget on my website makes it super easy to keep folks focused on my work, while also giving them an easeful checkout experience.

Cons

I'd love to be able to afford to put the widget on my webpage without the branding, but it's just too costly - between the TT fees and cc fees, it's just too much for me.

I’ve been using TT for almost a year now and it’s made creating my business and selling tickets so easy.

Pros

Instant amendments live on website. 24 hour chat service. Idiot proof!! Personalisation is great. And all the info you need is there whenever you need it.

Cons

The mobile site sometimes doesn’t like quick scrolling if you’re trying to make changes. Won’t let you amend easily.

Been with TT for years and plan on staying for years as long as they continue to improve the platform and ease of operating!

Pros

Smooth. Clean and easily customizable layouts and pages. Connecting to Stripe keeps payments clean as well. Also, able to add dates and customizable confirmations for date location based events.

Cons

Would like better and instant texting features. Texting is the future and clients want this as well.

Pros

For our events, has been easy to setup, edit, and keep track of our sales. We can quickly filter orders and find information we need.

Cons

We have not experienced any issues that created a negative experience with . We have been pleased with the services and value.

While we continue to look at other platforms, we continue to return to TT as a platform that is right for our business model.

Pros

It’s an adaptable platform where we can message in our own style, use our signature identify for consistent messaging. Great links to payment systems

Cons

Performance and trend analysis quite limited, unable to compare purchase trends over time from one event with another. We have to do a lot of the leg work ourselves.

I've loved it since we started using it and recommend it whenever I can. Compared to other platforms it just makes ticket sales easy! No I can spend more time on organising the event and less time faffing with tickets.

Pros

Really intuitive to use and has made ticket selling a pleasure! Easy to use and competitively priced!

Cons

I'd like more reporting options e.g. tracking sales versus previous year, full door list for the whole event rather than session by session.

I love it... it makes supplying and managing tickets for your events easy and I have 100% faith in it leading up to and on the night of the event.

Pros

is easy to use, very comprehensive in it's options and services. Easy to create tickets for our events and to embed onto your own website. The app to scan in tickets at events is superb. It's also great value for money.

Cons

Nothing bad to say at all! It delivers on every front. Usability, comprehensiveness, presentation on our website and cost.

Really impressed - it's our second year using them for large events, and we have no plans to change!

Pros

The platform is very user friendly, versatile, perfect for student unions like ours. We also really appreciate the value, with a non-profits discount. Our security mention that the system is easy to use and gives us good data on the event ticketing.

Cons

The integration with payment services can be a bit clunky. The email broadcast facilities could also with an upgrade, as they only support basic HTML at the moment.

Amazing! Very easy to use and makes me not stressed out that anything will go wrong. Also easy to delegate ticket check in during shows with the ticket check in app.

Pros

So easy to use and very straight forward with low costs. No surprises and everything looks pretty. I like the ability to customize everything too.

Cons

The login does not stay logged in even when I click it at login, but I guess that makes things safer :)

I liked how easy it is to set up events. Customer service are always very helpful. My clients say that it’s easy to use.

Cons

I’d like to be about to sell bundle options in tickets, this is something I have struggled with in the past.

Good value for money, easy to use, and hugely helpful in terms of supporting marketing and sales. I have no issues with event ticketing since I began using

nothing as yet. the system is easy to use and works well on multiple platforms. the only thing I can think of is that the payments are inconvenient as not a lump sum.

9/10. Love it, and would recommend to any other event organizer. By far the best ticketing service I've used.

Pros

The ability to prepay for service fees is a game changer. We care about keeping our events affordable and seems to be the only ticketing company out there that shares that priority.

Cons

We have a season ticket model for our events and 's functionality, while robust, doesn't chime well with our ideal situation. But despite the shortcomings in that one area, we still stick with TT.

Pros

Seamless flexible and one-shop solution. Good for small to medium events. Easy to learn; quick to master. Good team tools.

Cons

The issue images not being within schedules when added as HTML code. Scaleable pricing of tickets. The need for more design options and a branded space. Better integration with Elementor Pro

Cons

Add-on costs for useful features keep us from using them. No other issues, and no bugs or issues encountered to date

A very good cost effective platform that is easy to use, clearly laid out. Ability to see event page views advantageous.

Cons

The way the ticket protection is calculated/charged can be hard to reconcile. We've since disabled it.

Pros

Easy to use for events! I can go into detail, make sure my costs are covered plus easy to send links to customers and put on my website.

Cons

It can feel slightly pricey for what you’re being given but there’s not many out there that’s cheaper to be honest.

Generally - for the kind of low level events we’re organising (raising money for good causes), the platform has been great.

Pros

Simple to use. Easy to integrate with Stripe for payments. Perfect for what our irregular community organised events need.

Cons

There is little that I would say I don’t like. The analytics and tracking are helpful. The interface is simple and intuitive. So I’m happy.

has been a great tool for our nonprofit organization. We have been using it for the past two years and are very happy.

Sometimes the site is a little hard to navigate on a phone so often it is inconvenient if I don’t have a computer nearby.

Very good. The system does what we want and includes some valuable functionality that competitors lack, e.g. memberships and the ability to create associated products. The cons are relatively minor and can be worked around.

Pros

Ease of use, flexibility and good support (prompt responses and issues addressed satisfactorily). Lower price compared to competition. Easy to integrate on our website.

Cons

Not easy to review past support requests though this can be finagled using the chat system. Doesn't support creation of event tags in Mailchimp: only updates to a custom field with the last event name. Global order confirmation email currently not customisable.
