is one of the best free software and cloud hosted ticketing system. You simply set it up, add events and let it do the rest. The check in feature for apps is very useful for knowing who is in the venue or not, and the ability for online tickets too.

Pros

Ability to hide tickets and use a specific code to access the codes.

Cons

You have to pay for a seating chart; however would be worth paying for.

Very positive indeed, no long term contracts, and happy with pay as you go for what we do. Worked out much cheaper than some other systems.

Pros

So easy to use and looks professional for your customers

Cons

Mostly very good, clearer instructions maybe if you want to transfer tickets for customers.

Pros

The platform is super easy to use for just about any event. The pricing is generally fair, and customer service works well.

Cons

Sometimes special ticket combinations can be tricky or impossible to set up. I also wish it were possible to add more photos to events.

Very impressed. We needed a new ticketing system for our classes as the current one we use has been shoe horned into doing what we want. I'm confident that the staff who will be taking on it's regular use will find it very easy to use and that it will quickly improve their work flow and lessen their admin.

Pros

It's easy to navigate from start to finish, and the availablity of tech support is brilliant! The chairty discount is greatly appreciated, and that there is no charge for free ticketed events, which we do a number of as a charity.

Cons

That gift vouchers get charged a fee for both when they are bought and when they are redeemed if though the site, hence we won't be using them.

Now we're set up it will be a doddle to keep using!

Pros

This worked brilliantly for our film night at a community centre. It was easy to add a donation option for our chosen charity and to add trailers and film images to show off what we were screening. We were able to offer two different ticket prices. Lots of functionality here that we didn't even need e.g. seat plans/numbers.

Cons

Took a couple of hours to get up and running, but once that was done and connected to stripe we had no issues. It was a little bit glitchy with text formatting at times, but nothing we couldn't work around, no worse than other online text editors.

My overall experience with is 5 out to 5. From set -up, publishing and event over; excellent process.

Pros

I liked most the user friendly platform , pay-out system and ticket check in. I was impressed with the emails from the \[sensitive content hidden\] too.

Cons

The brand colors but each to its own. lol The confirmation page from one event to the other overlaps.

Pros

Excellent customer support for the system which is generally reliable and straightforward to use. Good integration with Stripe for payments. Free events are fee free and the fees for paid events are fair.

Cons

The waitlist functionality needs improvement.

Pros

I made the switch from Eventbrite to for selling tickets for my forest bathing walks (Soft Earth Forest Therapy), and I'm so glad I did. Not only is Ticket Tailor B Corp certified, they donate a portion of each ticket sold to one of their climate charity partners. Their services are seamless and easy to use, their support is fast, kind, and helpful, and I feel really good knowing that a portion of the fees I pay for are supporting an awesome business doing important work for small entrepreneurs like me, as well as our planet.

Cons

I can't think of anything at the moment.

Was looking for a service to do tiered tickets with a simple pricing structure. Everything was super simple from start to finish

Pros

Super easy to use, their tiered system works better than others! All information easy to see at a glance and frequent payments. Spot on!

Cons

That no one else i know is using it yet! I do wonder if some customers are put off by a service that isnt the norm (ticket master, eventbrite etc) but no doubt they'll see how legit it is and that wont be a problem after all

Very good experience. I've arranged paid and unpaid events. There is definitely functionality I haven't used, and some elements I would like built in, but all in all it's a very usable, affordable platform.

Pros

is easy to use. Very easy to set up events and create ticket types, and the unbelievable thing is that you can do a lot of this for free if your event does not have paid tickets. I've done a comparison and for use case & functionality, Ticket Tailor is the most affordable. My favourite feature is that registered event attendees get confirmation email in which they can 'Add to calendar'. This is a surprisingly rare feature. I have not really used the check in app apart from to check names, and that is really useful.

Cons

There are some nuances that one has to get used to. For example: 1. If you set up discount codes, those are like a set feature, and the list shows in full for each event. This could be my misunderstanding functionality. 2. You can't delete tickets, you can only void them, so they remain in your tally of issued tickets, and you need to be careful when exporting the doorlist to make sure you include only valid tickets. 3. You can't export the doorlist with the first name and last name separated, so you have to do a little delimiting in Excel to separate them.

It's been nice so far. I've used it for two events, and am about to set up the third. Using this to expand my personal offerings has been a nice change of pace from eventbrite.

Pros

It's super simple and intuitive, makes using the website and app a breeze. As someone who's new to hosting my own events, I'm glad to have been referred to this platform.

Cons

I think I had a mild issue finding how to edit my event the first couple times I logged on, but it didn't take long at all to figure it out.

Generally good for everything we needed it for however I spent £48 on credits to get started so should have priced the tickets £1 more to cover costs but was too late as I had already told people prices. Feel that fund raising events should be free tickets or just part of the fee as I had to but credits and also customers pay fee too.

Having to buy credits initially which I personally paid as I’m just an organiser. Didn’t realise this as I thought it was all done through fees so I am £48 less myself.

Really pleased, customer service has been impeccable, I had a few questions when setting up the page and the webchat was always quick and easy to use, with helpful advice from a real person, not a robot! And all the users reported how quick and easy it was - we're thrilled to have started online ticket sales for our school events and won't be going back!

Pros

It was so easy to adjust settings behind the scenes, the people purchasing found the process very simple and easy to use and the notifications were really helpful via email. We used the data of types of tickets sold and money raised to help us calculate how many people coming etc.

Cons

Nothing bad to report from using it for this event!

Overall I am loving . The service is so easy to use and when I had to contact customer service to inquire about sending emails, they responded quickly and were lovely to interact with and solved my problem quickly.

Pros

It's so easy to use and I love the added "advanced" ticket features.

Cons

I had to put in my credit card to be able to send reminder emails to my ticket holders.

Really good so far, support team are very responsive.

Pros

It's very easy to use and emails deliver with ease and we hardly ever have people say they're missing the link to online webinars.

Cons

That email broadcasts are limited and you have to ask for more. I am yet to use the scanner on the app so it will be interesting to see how that works at our in person events.
