I usually work in live venues, and get paid directly from customers, due to restrictions in place from Covid 19, I have been unable to do so, I moved my business online, and Ticket Tailor became the ideal platform for me to monetise my business.

Pros

I found the functionality, and the ability to customise each event an absolute bonus. Being able to change details, quickly essential. Maintaining contact with customers easily.

Cons

After a few teething problems, but with help from customer service, no issues.

Pros

It's really easy to use - we can now take bookings direct from our website and add different ticket types, discounts and voucher codes without any hassle.

Cons

Ticket Tailor's pricing structure makes it uneconomic for our company to add more than five events at once

Ticket Tailor has been an absolute godsend in having an easy way for people to sign up for my paint night events! The live updates to my email when someone signs up keeps me well-informed and organized. The website is incredibly easy to navigate and create new events! HIGHLY recommend!

Cons

At this time, there is nothing I have run into that would be a "con".

I love the way that ticket tailor is so simple to use, I rarely have to look up where to find a feature or how to use it, because it is so intuitive to use and has a well designed UI. The pricing is flexible, which is amazing and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

Cons

I think it would be nice if it could be integrated with other payment services like payoneer.

We implanted ticket tailor with our Winter Gala because it seems as though people like to purchase online. It really helped with our ticket sales as well as keeping track of our guests utilizing the guest list export. I am also pleased that you offer a discount for non profit 501c3 charities like ours.

Pros

It is very easy to use/ duplicate and update my event each year.

Cons

I really don't have anything I completely dislike.

My son, Nicholas our organization's graphic designer searched for options and he was the one who selected ticket tailor. I am not sure what others he had searched or why he decided on ticket tailor.

Pros

Easy to set-up events. I love the integration into my own site with copy and paste of pre-prepared code which means that clients don't need to leave my site to make a booking​.

The software is simple to use for the most part and has easy to reach help that answers very quickly.

Cons

Eventbrite was a little more intuitive on the sections and flow of things. But overall this is great

Pleasant, we've stuck with it and have not had a reason to change.

Pros

Great price point, easy to use. Painless to upgrade, turn on or off, and utilize. Easy to edit, friendly interface.

Cons

Insertion onto our website was not useful. So we have to send to a direct link for online purchase. Accounting on the back end is slightly unclear relative to fees. But that's extremely minor.

Really positive experience. Easy to just get started and start selling tickets.

Pros

I’ve recently started using Ticket Tailor for my dog training workshops and classes. It’s simplified everything! I no longer need to spend time emailing clients, trying to match bank payments, chasing for payment. Tickets are bought, money comes in! Easier to use than others I’ve tried, I like that I can personalise the booking form, clients emails and add my terms and conditions.

Cons

At the moment I’ve not found a any cons.

Ticket Tailor has enabled us to go away almost completely from paper tickets. As people become more comfortable with purchasing online using this system has enabled us to move with the times and in doing so made the whole process of buying a ticket and redeeming it at the gate easier for us and our customers. it also means we cut down on waste & expense in not having to print paper tickets

Pros

For someone like me who's an IT dullard its intuitive, easy to understand, set up & operate. makes selling events like ours so much easier and less wasteful & expensive

Cons

I really cant find fault with it. Does everything and more that we need of such a system

The system is reliable and the charges are fair - definitely the most competitive for what my needs are. I would certainly recommend Ticket Tailor and I would use them again for any future events.

Pros

As someone who is not very IT literate I found this really easy to use and navigate around. Help was always on hand if I needed it and no question was treated as stupid.

Cons

The orders download doesn’t seem to be ideal for what I need but it may be that I haven’t figured it out properly yet.

Extremely easy to set up and customize. Also, the savings compared to other ticketing platforms has been invaluable.

Cons

The only thing I would ask is being able to set up personal event ids and passwords for the app. Really, other than that it is really straightforward and no complaints.

The response of customer support is fantastic. They answer my questions quickly and thoroughly every time I use the software. They’re genuinely happy to help and make your experience stress free.

I suppose if the event reports were formatted better but this is not a big issue for me.

Pros

It is very easy to set up events using Ticket Tailor - and the pricing feels fair and is flexible too. I love that you can pause your membership to suit you.

although there is great cross platform support some of the editing systems are not available for my Ipad Pro on IOS.

It has absolutely simplified our workflow relative to putting on events and collecting the admission fees. We love it.

Pros

Ease of use. Ability to easily create coupon codes. The Box Office that lists all of our events on one page. Easy to understand and use Dashboard. There's a lot that we love.

Cons

Not much to say here. It would be nice if there was a bit more in terms of options for how pages look as far as design is concerned. Meaning the ability to make the Box Office look and operate more like a lead page for example.

Ticket Tailor is easy to use, cost-effective, customizable, and professional. Customer service is superb and the software is fun and easy to use. Our end-users find it so easy to purchase event tickets and stay updated on any event notifications. We love it and have use it for several years.

Pros

Ticket Tailor has proven to fill a void that large event management software has failed to fill: the need of a small business/venue. They have pricing plans that are not out of reach and are appropriate for the size and type of event that is being promoted. The customer service is top-notch as well, which adds the icing on the cake!

Cons

So far, there isn't anything that I dislike.

Overall it was a quick way for us to allow clients to reserve their seat and submit payment for attending one of our sessions.

Pros

We leveraged Ticket Tailor for our new paint and sip studio. It was very easy to setup and integrated with Wix seamlessly. Our clients have had positive feedback on the end user experience.

Cons

Ticket tailor may end up being a bit overkill for our business model, and we may move to a different reservation platform. The biggest con for us is being limited to Stripe or Paypal. We have a different merchant service provider that we'd prefer to use so that we have a single payment processor involved. The cost per ticket is probably more warranted for larger events (we have a 40 seat max). It would also be nice if the event page could be organized in a monthly calendar look.

We use this on several of our websites for selling tickets to festivals and concerts. Always works well and the backend is great for management of the sales and events.

Pros

I really like the fact that I can dip in and out of this for them times I need it.

Nothing major really. Costs went up a bit a while ago, but still great value.
