Overall: Can login from anywhere in the world 24 hours a day 365 days a year and all I need is a web browser. When I login I'm taken exactly where I need to be and see only the things I need to work with. My landing page is a high-level view of my metrics so I can see what needs my attention and drill down straight to it. Easy to use spreadsheet-like interface which I can sort through with filters and such and export data if I choose.
