Pros I love how responsive support is and how they are always making updates based off feedback. Our clients mention ease of use on their end and I appreciate that so much! The admin end is always very straightforward and easy to use, whether adding in bookings manually or adjusting pricing on our end. The system reminders are perfect for clients and being able to customize not only the front end wording, but emails and so many other things, it can definitely fit whatever your transportation business needs. They are always making updates and tweaking things to make quality of life improvements. Cons Could use a more extensive / customizable driver app, a flat rate point to point system as opposed to mileage, and integrated flight tracking. Pricing system initial setting is a little tricky. But after setting has many ways to change rates. Like very much the instant quote. Overall is a good and friendly app. Pros Easy and friendly. I like the most the instant quote. No other app is so easy for the customers to get a quote. Cons Missing steps on the driver app. Ergo: on site, customer drop.. So the dispatcher can be advice. The gps system is not so friendly for drivers. They suppose that dispatcher will be traking always. Or the just dont open the app . The fares needs to be set by distance and as is set, but letting the system choose both. So if the city the customer is trying to get a quote is not set. The system will use the distance and calculate the fare by distance. For our reservations team, it is just as easy to book over the phone for those with special booking needs. Changes in the control panel can be made fast and while on the phone with a customer. We are also able to make custom and location changes right away. You can even book a reservation for a customer while you have them on speakerphone on the go, this has been helpful more than once. Pros Several of our customers have commented on how easy it was to book with us. Testing other companies booking programs we have found that they are often difficult to figure out, the Booking Tool is user-friendly and because of this, our company receives far more online bookings than ever. Customer service is fast and friendly and in all the years of using the Booking Tool, I can count on one hand any issues we have had and they were corrected super fast. Cons Honestly, there are no Cons to this software. There is nothing I can think of that I do not like about this software, it works and makes our life so much easier. It had to be user-friendly, especially on the front end, and easy to integrate with our website. We needed a system that was versatile across all elements, from pricing to reservation, driver, route, and vehicle management. We researched multiple services and ultimately decided that Booking Tool checked all the boxes. The free demo account was critical in allowing us to properly evaluate the system. Online video tutorials have been very helpful, too. Best of all, and confirmation that we made the right choice, is that the owner, Neil, has been incredible to work with. He has proven himself to be responsive and helpful with the many questions we've had as we've gotten up to speed.
