"No Refund and little support Competitors offer deals "

"Customer experience "

**Overall:** When I first started I loved it. As of the last few months I feel like something has changed or they have been bought out and the customer service has went down due to new restrictions in place.

**Pros:** Software is decent and works for the most part for my needs.

**Cons:** I have had issues with several things in the past few months with bad customer experience with the represenatitives. I am supposed to have credits on my account but for some reason my card keeps getting charged for the software.
