The integration of a merchant processor was what drew me to this software solution. I am very pleased with the software and should help me reduce the time cost. Cons No SSL/https on the homepage. Google now requires SSL https links or it will downgrade a website on the organic rankings, would be nice to have this. No ability to link customers to a certain unit on the sitemap. I searched for well-reviewed and competitively priced options. Easy Storage was easy to set up. We're still learning more of what the software can do, but so far it's been great. Best part is someone is always available for my questions via email or phone. Pros Ease of set-up. We were able to use our own credit card processor, who we already had an established relationship with. Cons The late fee, lien and auction rules were a little bit confusing to set up. December 8, 2016 4.0 I have had some difficulty transferring the data from my old software onto the new. When we finally found a way to do it, it only transferred some of the information. For a fee, Easy Software said they would put someone on data entry to "fill in the blanks". Things are going pretty smoothly now but I have to wait for their part to be done before I can start entering my daily transactions. I'm backed up about 2 weeks but I have a good feeling about the software after all of the details are ironed out. Pros I love that the website is tied in with the software and it is easy for me to do updates so I don't have to pay someone else to do it for me. All of the guys are accommodating and quick to respond to calls or emails. I am completely satisfied that we selected Easy Storage Solutions. By using Easy Storage Solutions Software, we have eliminated the task of monthly billing and collection, and we have decreased the time spent in the office waiting for customers to arrive. It has created an ability for the customer to go online, select their unit, and book it 24/7. By offering customers the option to pay with credit card or ACH, it has reduced our collection effort and made the process easier for the customer. We let the guys help us get set up with an access control company, which they integrated with their software. Cons I cannot think of anything that I am unhappy with at this time. April 10, 2015 5.0 Easy Storage Solutions has allowed both of us to Invest in a Self Storage Business on the side My Wife and I both maintain full time jobs. I'm in Outside Sales and Patsy is a PARA at the local Elementary School. Since managing our first facility with Easy Storage we completed a second location with new building in a nearby town. Completed the Building October 1st 2014 and by February 1st 2015 we were at 90% Occupancy. Customers can go to the website and fill out a profile with credit and debit card and request a unit number. We get a email notification and with just a couple of screens on our smart phone can approve them and bill their card and they can be moved in before we return home from work that day. I would recommend this software to any existing or start up facility that wants to be able to manage their site without having to be onsite at an office all day to check in new customers. The user interface was very straightforward, and daily/monthly web operations are easy and very functional. Cons I have no complaints; my rep at Easy Storage has always been responsive and helpful. I checked out a demo, and thought it would be worth trying. I used both systems for a few months, but have now switched completely to the Easy Storage Solutions software. Pros Easy to set up and get going, easy to get a graphical representation of the facility. The staff at Easy solutions are always eager to help you if you ever need it. The price is very reasonable and the software is compatible with credit card use. Our collections have been better since we started using this software. I would welcome any further satisfaction inquiries. Pros You just know when you have made the right decision when you talk with their staff and you see the ease of operation of the software and what it will do. November 5, 2015 4.5 Pros We were looking for a simple, affordable system. We do not need a lot of bells and whistles. Easy Storage pricing is the best we have found. We haven't needed much support, but when we did need support, it was excellent. They are very responsive. There are a few improvements I hope they make as the system develops, but, all-in-all, a great system for our needs. We have only been using this system for a month, so still learning. They have several short training videos on-line which are very good for getting started and providing most of what is needed to get up and running. We did not have to spend very much time in learning the basics of how to use the system. Cons We have only been using this for a short time so may not be aware of all the good and bad points. The main thing I would like to see improved is screen navigation. I prefer a quicker way to backup to the previous screen…although this may just be a case of my not quite understanding the system yet. Review Source Anne B. I have another business and I'm able to work with renters in a quick and sufficient manner. I log in and can pull rental and payment info while still being at my main business. The ease of being able to bill electronically and send receipts and billing automatically is a great time saver. I have several renters set on reoccurring billing that I never have contact with. The system just bills, collects, posts, and accounts automatically. Support with Ken or James is quick. They always have been very helpful. When an opportunity came up at year-end they were able to set me up in a short amount of time and I was ready on Jan 1 to transition renters into the system. If your into or going into the storage business, this software is a cost-efficient way to keep on top of things and save yourself a lot of work and headaches. I highly recommend it. Really good for a small business - especially since in my case this is a side business and I have a full-time job, so I can't spend a lot of time trying to figure a complicated software package. Really good customer support as well. Cons There are lots of features and it's not always clear how to navigate through all of them. Not sure how I would stay on top of the rent roll without Easy Storage software. Pros The software takes the manual work out of managing tenants for a 120+ unit self storage facility and proactively manages the rent roll and allows for payment electronically. In addition, provides all sorts of analytics & reporting as well the ability to rent right on line. Easy to set up and support is readily available. Cons There is manual work to do for the initial set up and transferring of tenants from paper to the system. This takes some time.
