Spot on. No problem is too big. And to be honest, every problem was resolved asap.

Pros

From start to finish of implemtation, it was an absolute dream. \[sensitive content hidden\] gives the demo. \[sensitive content hidden\] helps implement. Absolutley ZERO problems. Ok, teething issues, but thats not a problem. It's overcome instantly, without fuss.

Cons

As its mandatory, I have to give one thing. The fact I cannot link actions to deals in the actions menu.

Pros

Dante has provided us with a platform to take our business to the next level. We provide dangerous goods training, offering courses online and in the classroom, using Dante's platform to manage those courses from booking through to certification. Since implementing two years ago, we've been able to get a better view of our courses, automate our booking and other processes, and provide our trainers with ease of access to their training schedules. Training office staff is simple and getting them up to speed with the platform quick and easy. The most recent change we've made is integrated Dante with our new website - which has improved our booking procedures and provided customers with better visibility of available dates and locations. When we do have a problem, query or if something isn't quite working, the Dante team are always on hand to help. They've added buttons for us, and are always keen to help us use their automation functions. With other software we use, we need to raise a ticket and wait a few days for a response. We really appreciate that the Dante team are just a phone call or email away.

Cons

We reviewed several providers before settling on Dante - and only wish we'd found them sooner, as would have saved us a lot of time! We were not convinced by others on the market. The others didn't really tick all our boxes, required six months of setup, or offered vast services we didn't need. Dante solves straight forward problems for the training industry - and we wish we'd found them sooner!

The area that you mentioned has been completely redesigned since this review, to allow for seamless entry of multiple delegates across courses multiple courses at once.

Before signing up with Dante, we looked at a couple of alternative bookings systems, Arlo, Administrate but we were impressed by the simplicity of the pricing system with Dante and also the amount of support that was available. We have been hand-held in person every step of the way which has been a big plus point for us. With other systems, it was a case of reading the online manual and only contacting Support when necessary. Now we know our way around the system, the functionality is pretty straightforward and easy to work out. The automated system has saved us an enormous amount of time processing our course bookings and we no longer rely on duplicated spreadsheets, calendars, diaries, etc. Everything is in one place and looks really professional. We have had the facility to completely customise our course Joining Instructions and additional information and everything goes out in our corporate colours and looks really professional.

Pros

Their Customer Service is outstanding. We deal with \[sensitive content hidden\] and he is knows the system inside out. He can provide a solution for all scenarios and he has really made the transition from our manual system to the new automated system so smooth and seamless. Nothing is too much trouble and he has gone above and beyond to onboard us and treat us as a valued customer. When some of our questions have been more of a technical nature, he has put us in touch with the Dante Support Team who have also been fantastic.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind as we have had such a positive experience from start to finish.

As an SME we looked far and wide for a TMS that would be advantageous but also not break the bank - Dante is exactly that. Their responsiveness when a problem arises is admirable and you can tell that, like us, they care about their customers and their experience. They were great in assisting us in getting the most out of the system and reduced our administration workload massively! It captures everything in great detail while being easy to use, we honestly could not recommend them more and intend to stay with Dante for many years to come!

Pros

The customer service is unparalleled and they are always happy to help, we have ran into very few issues but when we do they are solved almost immediately. They are extremely understanding when it comes to explaining how certain things work if you end up confused or stuck. The system is really easy to use and it helps create a clear about the workings of your business.

Cons

There is truly nothing we dislike about Dante, if we had to nitpick I would say I wish a dashboard was implemented that shows you overall summaries such as your cashflow for the month.

None were suitable for an SME of our scale due to the astronomical set up fees plus the tendency of these companies to add extra costs should you go over what they deem a delegate/training limit.

From the initial contact with Dante they have been supportive, professional and prompt in all their communication. We have some complexities that we couldn't get our hear around but the support team were quick to find a solution. It has actually done more than we ever expected and we feel totally in control of the multiple courses, tutors, venues, payments, certificates etc. Very intuitive and so pleased we found you and engaged - Best time saving system for us ever.

Pros

It has revolutionised our training booking processes from fully manual written on paper, spreadsheets, calendars into fully digital with not a piece of paper in sight! How EASY it is - once you get your head round Courses-->Schedules --> Delegates etc It is SO flexible allowing you to create extra fields around the various pages to help with your needs. Support is second to none - we are on Essential and will be moving to Professional in 2025 - then we will have full website functionality and automation of reminders and certificates. It has reduced our ADMIN time by about 75% - literally can create a course/schedule within a few clicks and are then guided by the ACTIONS set up automatically.

Cons

I think there could be a few more videos or "Scribes" on HOW TO - we did find our own way via self discovery - and there were many features we were not aware of for a good while - then when we were introduced to them we thought WOW! That is so much better. A suite of detailed HOW TO would be really beneficial so new users get the best out of the system from early on. However, the support form Dante is prompt and helpful.

I loved that it was a UK based company and their story of how they built the business. When I called/emailed them I got an immediate response. I also contacted current clients of Dante and spoke to them and they ALL rated them very highly. We even had a Zoom with one of their users who showed us around the system and how it worked for them - this sealed the deal!! Hearing first hand from a user on how flexible it is was what we needed.

I have been using Dante for one year now and any time i have a problem or reach out for advise someone in the team is always there to help and really do make you feel like they care about making your time on the system as straightforward and easy to use!

Pros

The team are always very helpful and willing to try and make the processes smoother. Special mention to \[sensitive content hidden\] who has just very recently taken the time to change what was a very time consuming manual process into a simple export task which has saved me so much time and made life a lot simpler!!

Cons

I think some data can be in various places in the system instead of being in one place. I feel you often have to come out of where you were to get information that could just be in the one place and often use many tabs at the one time due to this.

Brilliant customer service on a product which is both easy to familiarise yourself with at a fair price. I'd recommend.

Pros

Customer service is one of the best I've ever had, faultless support with people who really do want to help as much as they can. The software is also easy to learn/to use for both beginners and experienced users.

Cons

If I had to pick at anything, the design of the interface seems a bit dated, still entirely usable, and I believe it is under construction to be freshened up a bit.

I can honestly say that implementing Dante has been the best business decision we have made in the past year. The ease and functionality is fantastic and the platform itself is very easy to navigate. Customer service has been excellent, the whole Dante team are always happy to help, not only in setting up our account but but also offering ongoing support when needed.

Cons

We have been using this platform for approximately 8 months and as yet I haven't come across any cons to this system. It's been a positive experience to date.

Pros

The flexibility offered with Dante in order to deliver a good customer experience is important and the Dante support team have offered guidance and completed more complicated tasks on our behalf in order to make Dante work for us as a training provider. I am sure there is much more to Dante that we have yet to explore!

As with all software packages, the user has to get used to it, but there is plenty of assistance on offer.

Our line of business comes with certain circumstances the system had to be able to deal with: being able to limit the number of candidates per day; allow course only/exam only attendance and even allow someone from a different sector and level of expertise be booked onto the same day as others from a particular group. The software IS scalable and flexible as promised!

Pros

From the minute I contacted Dante with my initial query the team has been super professional and keen to work with my given parameters. They did not drop their focus and helpful attitude even when I asked another 100 complicated questions and got close to launch.

Cons

Nothing! So far so good! We are about to go live so I am yet to experience the system to its full potential and I am yet to do automation.

Excellent. It has enabled us to grow without adding significant personnel resource to manually do tasks that Dante can automate

Pros

The customer support is second to none. Whilst the software is very intuitive, we have created a lot of templates and applied automation rules, which has required a lot of support. \[sensitive content hidden\] and the team have been in support the whole way and enabled us a return on the investment before projections. The customisable automations have improved our efficiencies exactly as promised.

Cons

Acknowledging that no system is perfect, the only regret I have is that we didn't have it sooner

From our sales team account manager to the development and support team, we have been supported incredibly well throughout. Kept up-to-date with all changes, if we have ran into difficulties we have contact the team at Dante and they have resolved our issue very quickly. Helping us think of alternatives to temporary work-arounds to showing us how to use the system more efficiently.

Pros

We had a very manual process tallying up lots of spreadsheets into Xero, the software has not only streamlined our processes, it has has been great at saving admin time for our staff. We have managed to progress with other projects because we have been able to implement a much smoother booking system, whilst maintaining an incredibly useful crm package. This really is a great customisable tool that has been an asset to us, we love this product in the office, and have just upgraded our package.

Dante have provided a very diligent and professional service. They provide the help and support needed when required.

Pros

It's so easy to schedule a course and see it in the calendar and online immediately.Delegates or Co-ordinators can view courses online and book with ease.Discounts can be applied to individual companies.Each tutor has their own colour-coded line in the calendar and each course category has it's own colour for ease of reference.Having Joining Instructions, Certificates etc automated.

Cons

We'd like to see more involvement from Dante when it comes to setting up processes such as automation. If you work in this field then it's easy to configure but if you've never done this before it can be quite daunting. It was also a presumption that the set-up side would be within the costs initially charged so, as a company, we could hit the ground running when we moved from our old system.

We chose Dante as it was the best fit with our training business and it did what we needed it to do.

Previously everything was on Excel and very manual. Having imported the delegate data into the system and written templates, everything is consistent. This is great for reporting and generally is quicker and more efficient for everything. There are help buttons along the way but I have found Customer Service are quick to respond if i have a query or idea. Overall, I love this system and would highly recommend to other users.

Pros

The system is easy to use and adaptable to our needs and it saves so much time on a day to day basis. We used Excel previously which allowed for easy upload into the system which made set up a breeze. From creating templates, reporting, data consistency and loads more, it really has been a game changer.

Cons

I can't really think of anything to put as a con.

We approached Dante with a requirement for a training booking system in the Spring of 2021. From the very start we found that they were very easy to engage with and were very attentive to our requirements. Our needs were quite bespoke compared to standard training providers. Given that the system centres on our client base, data protection was paramount, and Dante were very accommodating with our requirements in this area. They gave consistently high quality advice during our scoping phase and when it came to their system demonstration they had clearly taken care to consider our functionality requirements. They quickly put together a highly competitive bid and were duly shortlisted, before being formally selected as preferred supplier. In the run up to launch, Dante made some swift and important changes to the system which meant that on launch day itself everything went as smoothly as could be expected!

Pros

Easy deployment, slick graphical user interface. Ease-of-use.

Cons

I cannot think of anything we don't like about the Dante solution.

We particularly like the ease of use, ease of navigating around but also it’s flexibility.

Digging hard to find a criticism- visually it could be improved.
