Gute Dokumentation die einfach zu Handhaben ist. Neue Mitarbeiter sind von der tollen Bedienung begeistert. Bei Fragen oder Problemen gibt es eine tolle Hotline.

Pros

Einfach zu bedienen, ist sehr logisch aufgebaut. Es nicht nur Bunt, sondern klar strukturiert. So das es eigentlich selbst erklärend ist.

Cons

Dazu kann ich nichts sagen, da es für mich eigentlich keine Kritik Punkte gibt. Wenn was nicht stimmt ist der Support für Kritik dankbar.

The experience with CareCloud has been pleasant overall. I love how practical is.

Pros

How user friendly it is. I also like the customer service. I like that you can organize the providers in a specific order as some systems only give the option of the providers being in alphabetical order.

Cons

I dislike that the system seems to kick you off if you have more than one page open.

Pros

CareCloud was a joy to use and very easy to navigate. It does a great job showing you where to go.

Cons

There aren't many cons to CareCloud but if i had one, its that it crashed on me ONCE but never again.

Really poor customer service. They are based in India and can not speak English. They will never solve a problem passed on to someone else and goes into a black hole. Very very high turn over of their staff, so no one knows anything there. All new employees constantly!!

Pros

The easy of use and the color coding. Not much else that I like.

Cons

The claims are slowly handled. No one speaks English and can not understand customer service. They do not solve problems but put it back on you. Exhort money…. When you ask for billing details you can not get them. You will lose so much money with this company. We are leaving due to loss of revenue! So sorry i stayed with this company for so many years. Many glitches with the program and frequently freezes up.

Overall, we found it to be a very useful EHR for our needs. Providers and administrative team members enjoyed the user-friendliness and different functionalities.

Pros

User friendly interface, intuitive to follow, has different functionalities desired of an EHR/EMR, cost-effective, customer service is great, RCM service is excellent, practice analytics tools are very helpful, cloud based, suitable for small as well as mid-size practices. Met our Rheumatology discipline-specific needs very well.

Visually easy to navigate and the app was easier to use than other systems.

As opposed to other platforms this one has been the easiest to learn and train with, there is easy options for receiving help also.

Pros

It is easy to navigate and give clear instructions for teaching new staff how to use.

Beware your EHR choices - your practice may depend on it. My experience was not good with TalkEHR/CareCloud. Due to not having access to vital medical information due to their negligence and errors, I am researching which agencies to contact and file formal complaints. Good luck to those researching EHRs.

Pros

For a number of years, they offered the EMR for free.

Cons

The support. When CC started charging for EMR, I had to transfer to another EMR/EHR due to downsizing of my practice and going into semi-retirement. They were of very little help in gathering my data for that transition. Their data was flawed in some way and could not be uploaded and put in appropriate areas of the new EHR. When asked to correct their flaws but, in the meantime, allow the doctor to have read-only access to the data, they went silent. They would not allow the access, denying the doctor to see the notes necessary for patient care. This went on for a month and continues to this day. Approximately 10 attempts at customer service contact have been attempted in the last week and they have NOT responded at all.

Pros

The look and feel is the best thing about it.

Cons

Features are broken and they refuse to fix until you threaten to leave. Then they will try and hold you to an auto renewal clause imbedded in a MSA. Be very careful before you sign anything.
