Pros What I enjoy most about ADP is the personal they have in most departments. They get to know you. Cons It's not easy to get a manager or supervisor in the phone when there is an issue. Peace of Mind. Pros simplicity of new hires, total turnkey of HR. Cons can't really think of any, sometimes getting ahold of HR department can be hard, no one answers the phone. Switched from [ezLaborManager](https://www.capterra.com/p/212443/EzLaborManager/) at the time, I was able to lower my medical deduction from 5K to 1K with the same coverage. this was the main reason. Pros Access to medical and dental benefits for our small company. Cons The portal is difficult to navigate. Adding on new employees is difficult for someone who does not have HR experience. Our payroll specialist often doens't respond and we were overcharged delivery fees which have not yet been resolved.
