Pros: I love myvrms. I live 500-miles away from my property and the only thing I have to manage is my cleaners on change over days. I also have to leave the country for work quite a bit; if I didn't have the software, I would have to be up at all different hours of the night (due to time zones differences), not to mention the arduous duty of replying to all emails and coordinating payment.

The customer service is excellent too. Any questions (I think that I have asked 100 questions via email) that I have are answered very quickly.

Cons: Only a couple of small issues. I have some lingering bookings that I can't manually delete, so my 'bookings' page is cluttered.

The rental agreement that is uploaded can't be viewed. You simply have to remember specifically what it was you uploaded.

Not a big pain, but you have to upload silverlight to make the site run.


I would have never gotten into the rental business if it wasn't for myvrms. I tell all my friends about it.
