Pros: User friendly, Comprehensive, and Simple.
Meets of requirement of managing customer complaints efficently.
more importantly has helped communicate with our field staff effectively and improved their productivity

Cons: looks simple , can be made more attractive.

Overall: An efficient software for effective field force and customer complaint handling.

Pros: Simple and user friendly
Practical and detailed
Covers pain points of my operations
Reasonably priced
Combines ERP and CRM
Web access - hence i am always aware of my service operations
Mobile applications helps me give access to all my staff as well
customisable

Cons: Plain text based - sometimes looks boring
Not an established brand. Has only about 25 customers
Geographic limitation - does not have set up apart from India

Overall: Good product. Would certainly recommend.
