Previously, we couldn’t tell if someone was working during off hours (or just had computer on); now idle vs active tracking clarifies that. Reduced exposure risk. More confidence when sharing sensitive documents or files that there is oversight. Employees are more careful, and processes become cleaner/safer. Pros The snapshot feature (takes screen captures every few minutes) combined with video snippets is very helpful. I love that one can pause monitoring (or turn off tracking) for non-work time so employees’ privacy is somewhat respected. The logging of file operations and print actions is a bonus for sensitive environments. Cons More integration with other tools (project management, HR systems) would be nice to reduce switching between dashboards.
