Pros

Great pricing structure for a very solid tool. It is clear they have vision for the future as well with a fluid pipeline of upcoming implementations

Cons

UI for users seems a bit lacking. Would be nice to have at least control to rename to "Clock In" Clock Out vs just getting tracked/etc. The public facing UI is still too subliminal

A superb experience using the We Controlio app. Best value for money, with easy access that does not require monitoring on very high-end specs.

Pros

Ease of use and monitoring for all users' activities are very achievable in the application. Not requiring much of a High-End device in order to run the application.

Cons

I cannot find anything that I may not like about We Controlio app. Because comparing with other app of the same purpose, We Controlio provides the very easy way to access and secure the workflow of the company at a reasonable price.

I’d say my experience is good. The setup took a little learning, but once it was customised, it worked smoothly.

Pros

I like how easy it is to track productivity without having to dig through complicated menus. The dashboard gives me a clear picture right away.

Cons

Sometimes the reports need tweaking before they show exactly what I’m looking for. The amount of detail can feel overwhelming at first until you get used to it.

Its Great to have a software like this, but I only tried for one server and 2 computer. I have not see if this software can split the report according to our need, anyway thank you

its easy to use, easy to install and uninstall. Could see the last capture at the dashboard. Dashboard is faster compare to similar software.

Cons

time tracking always good to make sure the employee is productive. And to see who is access the Server and what he/she access.

We use Controlio primarily for project management and to streamline our daily operations, for tracking project progress, managing logs, scheduling, requesting change orders and follow up inspections.

Pros

I like the document management and centralized information, also the project scheduling and time management helped our productivity with the daily logs management

Cons

At first navigating was hard but after contacting the customer support everything was sorted at the appropriate time

Controlio has made end of month reporting much quicker. Since it already logs work hours and application or website usage, I can spend more time reviewing trends and less time compiling data.

Pros

The automated time tracking for active, idle, and total hours, plus attendance and working session start and stop, removes a lot of manual work. It reliably captures the essentials, so I can focus on analysis instead of data gathering.

Cons

A bit more flexibility in customizing certain reports would be useful. The built‑in options cover most day‑to‑day needs.

Tracking accurate times for any app that was difficult before and it doesn't slow down our systems and the alerts for unauthorized access keep our data secure.

Pros

Customizing the distracting site list took some trial and error at first, but once we nailed it, everything ran fine.

It does not have direct edit links but copy paste works fine once we got the hang of it and more sorting options would be nice

It has been going well and the use of it is very simple for anybody. It takes less than a week to get a good feel for all of the settings.

Pros

The simplicity of setting it up and getting it implemented quickly across company devices. The data is also very simple.

Cons

There was an issue with a firewall that slowed down devices until we determined the issue. The firewall application was impacted after the download of Controlio until we figured out the origin of the problem and deleted the application.

This tool helps you understand what your employee really do when you absent in the office. It shows you: \* what webpages do employee navigate, \* captures keys that user pressed (logs keys) \* large amount of detailed statistcs/charts/reports by apps/pages and so on \* captures Chats/IM traffic \* captures files usage/downloads/uploads/online searches/emails \* and so on It's not a simply useful app. This is the app that real business MUST HAVE!

Cons

For now Work Examiner cannot make you a cup of coffee, but I guess this will be available in the future updates (it's joke, but who knows...)

We had internal leaks / accidental sharing of sensitive files; now we can detect and trace who accessed/shared what. Previously, we couldn’t tell if someone was working during off hours (or just had computer on); now idle vs active tracking clarifies that. Reduced exposure risk. More confidence when sharing sensitive documents or files that there is oversight. Employees are more careful, and processes become cleaner/safer.

Pros

The snapshot feature (takes screen captures every few minutes) combined with video snippets is very helpful. I love that one can pause monitoring (or turn off tracking) for non-work time so employees’ privacy is somewhat respected. The logging of file operations and print actions is a bonus for sensitive environments.

Cons

More integration with other tools (project management, HR systems) would be nice to reduce switching between dashboards.

However, this is not a major inconvenience, and it becomes unnoticeable once filters are set which can sometimes also improve the software's overall responsiveness.

I like everything about this software. Price is acceptable for small companies like our, number of licences is acceptable. I like video and screenshots, chart. This software is best thing i did for my company to know what is happening. My recomendation: THIS IS MUST HAVE FOR ANY COMPANY

Pros

I like that i can see everything with in real time, very detailed, and with chart what is most consumed distractions. I can replay video for all day and check for everything.

Cons

I did not find yet something that I would not like. Everything is very simple and easy to use.
