We had to collect information from different sources and prepare reports manually. Now, managers can access much of this information themselves. The biggest benefit for IT has been reducing repetitive administrative work and having a system that is easy to maintain. Pros From an IT perspective, what I value most is that the platform does not create a lot of maintenance work after deployment. The setup was straightforward, and our team did not spend much time troubleshooting or supporting users. The admin interface is also easy to understand, so managers can find the information they need without always involving IT. Once everything was configured, the day to day management became simple and routine. Cons The initial setup took a little longer than expected because we wanted to organize everything properly before rolling it out. Once that was done, managing it became straightforward.
