Pros

Easy to use, has every feature that the competition is missing, all that at a lower cost!

Cons

The mobile website is great, however i would like to have a downloadable app for my phone.

WE Controlio provides an advance monitoring infrastructure that helps tracking the working hours of the remote team.

Cons

WE Controlio does not offer a direct integration option to our existing infrastructure.

Thank you for your feedback! We noticed in your comments in the review that you believe that direct integration of Controlio to your infrastructure is not possible. Did you know that Controlio has an API integration feature? API integration can be accessed from Account Settings - API Tokens.

### "Just what we needed"

Pros

Comprehensive representation of the activities of the user specifically the timeline view as well as snapshots.

Cons

We deployed Controlio to our end users via intunes which required us to reach out to Support. They were helpful but will be good to have more resources available for deployment via intune.

### "Really helps monitoring employee work habits."

Productive employees

Pros

I can monitor internet usage and/or programs that employees are using during the work day. It gives me the amount of time spent on each site or program and the time of day. Very detailed and very pleased with this software. Before I had this software I had a problem employee who would surf the web and even watch streamed tv shows. Once I was able to review her works habits with her she straightened right up and no more problems.

Pros

Monitoring employee's screens . Facilitates screen checks on videos.

Cons

Too much analysis . Sometimes difficult to analyze and use most features.

Pros

The tool is very easy to use and the interface is very intuitive. It allows quickly monitor what kind of acitivities employees are doing during the day. The tool also can block certain social media sites, programs and sites to increase working productivity. There are other good features like keylogger, instant messages monitoring, screenshot capture, but I didn't check them .

Cons

The tool is available only for PC. It will be better to get the tool for mobile and track activities from mobile phones remotely.

Pros

We did a thorough analysis of all software packages; we have tested and tried each of them. We use the cloud version of Work Examiner (Controlio) and we immediately were convinced. It does \*exactly\* what we need in a seamless way.

Cons

No Mac version available. But we were informed they are working on this !
