Pros: WebRezPro is incredibly well managed. Their customer service and tech support is incredible, responding to e-mailed questions sometimes within minutes, and always willing to talk something through on the phone.

Several times, I have e-mailed suggestions, some of which were implemented within days. The few glitches we have found were fixed within hours.

I have worked with other hotel systems that were run by programmers. It's obvious that WRP is run by people who know the hotel business.

Overall: Extremely efficient running of a resort.

Pros: Webrez Pro has been a great asset to our business, the ease of set up and wonderful customer support is an added bonus. The reservation system is relatively easy to use. Processing payments is a breeze and it is a great value for everything it provides.

Cons: The cons are the limited accounting functions, the templates for setting up emails aren't as customizable with all the HTML parameters and setting up the pricing can be daunting, especially if you have a lot of unit types and varying rates throughout the year.

Comments: Even though I am a small (14 unit) establishment, the time I save using this product is amazing. Going from paper to WRP has relieved the stress of possible overbookings and forgotten reservations. A reservation that involved emailing a contract and getting it back in the mail with deposit sometimes weeks later is now reduced to an email with a cc deposit attached.

Pros: This program is very user friendly I received Great support from the tech staff I get professional results from using this product It is an incredible time saver. Compaired to other programs I reviewed it is very affordable

Pros: Great reporting, such as their pace report, little to 0 downtime, redundancy built in. Scalable from small to larger properties. A solid workhorse!

Cons: The cost of additional interfaces and setup can mount up.

Overall: I started with Webrezpro back in 2005, when "the Cloud" was still a major dream for most hospitality pms software firms. They are and were innovators from the start and have grown accordingly. Highly recommend for their reporting and ease of use.

Cons: Group folios and rates might be easier to manipulate

Overall: This software is easy to use, the support is excellent. If you could add a component that would process the funds to the bank in one easy step and eliminate the need for Chase type payment services that would be even better.

Pros: Easy revenue management

Cons: Not able to make reservations for two nights with different packages on each night.
No day use function.

Overall: The team behind the software is great and they are always there to support us. It is a Canadian product and having it in french was easy.

Comments: As a small business with just a couple of handfuls of cabins, I didn't need the same software as a large hotel firm. WebRezPro has broken things down so even my few cabins can be managed.

Comments: at first, it was all too overwhelming. Too much to read and watch videos. But as we were learning the process it started to get quite easy to follow and within a week we were able to do it without support.

Pros: Calendar and reservations are easy to follow. At first, it took us a while to get to know and learn the whole system but in no time our staff got the hang of it.

Cons: Updating housekeeping report. At times it does not work. And applying refunds is a bit tricky we had to learn by trial and error. Plus also calling the customer service to help with the problem.

Pros: Easy to work with, integration with other systems (Maitre D', Expedia and other 3rd party booking systems). Customer service is the best that I have seen.

Cons: the integration with 3rd party booking sites is not complete- certain important booking options are left out of the booking leaving us to pick up the slack and have to contact the guest directly. there is talk that emails may not be integrated between expedia and webrezpro....and really hope this does not happen.

Overall: We have been with webrez pro for 2 years and have seen a huge increase on our room sales. Not only is the system easy to implement but efficient and user friendly to all who use this to make reservations. The customer support is the best that I have seen - quick response, easy to understand and more importantly helpful. I highly recommend this product to any business who is considering online reservations.

Overall: We are new "hoteliers" and needed as much help as we could get when we took back our family owned hotel property in Santa Barbara. The family has owned the property since 1977 but leased it out in the early 1990's where it was abused in both structure and reputation. We needed to have the best reservation system we could find to help our new guests have the best experience when coming to the book with us. WebRezPro has been easy to learn (although I don't think we are using it to it's fullest YET... so many more features we need to learn).... it has integrated with our OTA partners and our email confirmation partner. We opened in April 2016 as ranked 52 of 52 hotels on TripAdvisor, we have now been Number 1 of 52 for 2 months straight! We strongly believe this is because of having the best partners...WebRezPro's software and support services have been excellent and patient in helping us repair our reputation...and keep it great! Thank you!

Pros: Cloud-based, easy to use, integrates well with other products. Out integration between WebRezPro and Siteminder was a big step for us as a small business. The real-time two-way interface between the two software programs allows us to seamlessly manage rates and inventory with all our OTAs without having to actually manage each OTA in their respective extranet.

Cons: Wish the interactive calendar would load faster and you could see more of it on the screen. It works well and is the main screen we reference when on the phone with guests looking at availability. It is a large calendar and we understand it takes the time to load but any speed up would be helpful.

Would also like to have more flexibility in adding of our own design elements to the booking engine. Sometimes guest gets a little confused on the process. If there was any way to simplify the process to be more like what you experience on an OTA, it would be a welcome modification.

Overall: We have had WebRezPro implemented for 3+ years. It is so far superior to our prior property management systems. Being cloud-based makes it so much easier for our entire staff to be online and in touch with what is happening across the property. Everyone uses the software from the front desk, housekeeping, facilities, and management. I often check status on my phone when I am away from the property and not near a computer. It is awesome.

The Support organization is always willing to help with the most simple to the most complex questions. We have a big time zone difference between Hawaii and Calgary. Even when Support is closed, we send emails to them and in most cases, they are back to us in "after hours" mode very quickly to assist us with any issue. I was just on the phone with a rep earlier today asking about how to use a feature we have never used. The answer and guidance were quick and easy. In almost all cases, whoever answers the phone can handle your call or will get you an answer quickly. It is a pleasure working with competent and attentive support teams.

Recommendations to other buyers: The best advice I can give anyone is make sure you plan appropriately before you start to implement. Have it all lined up. Do your homework first. Watch all the videos. They are really helpful. It will save you a lot of time and make future usage and changes much easier in the future.

Comments: We were looking for a solid, reputable software package for online bookings for a small hotel operating in a small Ontario town. After going through all of the big enterprise offerings, the start-ups, and the stale offerings from other companies, WebRez pro was a breath of fresh air on every point. The customer service and experience is top notch. Appreciated this company on all accounts.

Pros: Online, fast, simple, implementation and instruction with ease.

Cons: Although it lacks some of the minor features of the larger systems it is bar far the best product out there for the majority of hotel/motel/boutique operations.

Recommendations to other buyers: Spend the time and have a conversation with them, all to often we discount things without actually speaking to somebody and investing some time.

Pros: Ease of reservation management, including interfaces to OTA's

Overall: I've been using the software for almost four years. I love it. We manage an 18 room Inn, and we have interfaces to Expedia, Booking.com, and Inntopia. I don't have a single complaint about the product. It's well designed, and 100% reliable. The Support is exemplary.

Pros: Canadian based company, great customer service - willing to help anytime you have questions and concerns.

Cons: Billing, not seeing it all in one screen. When an invoice is produced it comes up as a pdf file.

Pros: I love how easy it is to work with specially when using the new reservation tab - we can easily see all our available rooms and how much is the total stay in one glance

Cons: The only thing we do not like is we keep getting overbooking and we cannot afford to have it all teh time. The system does not refrest quick enough so we can avoid it. We only have 20 rooms to sell and they sell quick.

Comments: We have been using WebRezPro since 2009 and are thoroughly satisfied with the program. In 2011 we added a tour division to our company, and after days of searching for an online booking system that would meet all of our needs, we gave up and called webrezpro to see if they had anything that might serve our needs. The excellent employees at webrezpro proceeded to create a system specific to our needs. This company is wonderful to deal with, quick to help answer questions, and solve any issues with the system. After six years with this company, we have never felt the need to look elsewhere for our online booking systems.

Comments: We have been using WebRezPro for a year now and we are absolutely delighted! In this time we have never had any downtime, no errors and nothing going wrong! I also like to mention that their customer service is excellent, I think I only called in twice to ask about 2 specific problems, on both occasions the support staff went beyond what I expected, giving me step by step instructions on how to achieve my goal and in another instance the person on the phone logged in and made the necessary changes for me, than called me back to explained what he had done.

I have used many other PMS software throughout the years and always I found that one piece of software did something really well but than lacked another feature. Most of the time we would only realise a feature didn't work or didn't exist after switching, forcing us to adapt new working practices around the software and not the other way round. I can honestly say we have never had this issue with WebRezPro. The system is very light, it loads quick, is very easy to use and has many great features like a mobile friendly version, paperless check-in, electronic signature an ID capture (important for us as we manage holiday lets in different locations) which can all be accessed from a smartphone. The software also come with a built in accounting package that actually works and is very simple to use. I cannot fault this software at all, for our needs and requirements, WebRezPro does everything and more!

Pros: I like the channel management. It make my reservations so much easier to keep up with than our old system. I don't have to constantly monitor all of the incoming reservations, so it frees my time up to do other things.

Cons: There is a fee for everything we want to integrate into the system, such as credit card integration. It may be normal, but it seems a little high to me.

Recommendations to other buyers: Compare them with other rated software, and ask for a free trial. Then actually use the free trial like it was your reservation system. That way, when you buy it, you know exactly what you are working with. Then, hopefully, there won't be too many unexpected issues.

Pros: It is easy to use. The system often prompts the user along the process. What I really like best is how easy and quick it is to compile motel data, such as our historical occupancy rate, average daily room rate, never overbooking, etc.

Cons: Not much, maybe just quicken the time to check in a guest.

Recommendations to other buyers: Be sure to evaluate the ease of use and what tools and reports are provided to operate the business.

Pros: I love that I can get a booking anytime and I don't have to do anything!

Cons: Being a property manager, I have certain requirements and if I need to fall back on something, I have no manual.

Recommendations to other buyers: It will save you a lot of money over and over for every online booking that comes in automatically.

Comments: We are an IT provider in Quebec, we looked for a PMS solution to deliver the most economical/powerfull system to our customers

Because in Quebec there are a lot of french speakers, we need to have bilingual platform.

WebRezPro was the best solution for us, it's very easy to use, the interface is sleek, and our customers love it!

Comments: We looked at 6 or 7 different hotel management systems over a month's period, and after checking out all the features, settled on WebRezPro.

At first WebRezPro(WRP) was a little daunting, the scope of the program seemed so vast, but with all the instructional videos accessible from inside the program, it became increasingly easier to navigate. It was completely customizable to our 10 room Hotel Colonial and I was able to add features I never thought possible, Spanish language module, integrated waiting list, multiple currency feature - I could go on and on - really, they have thought of everything.

The booking engine integrates perfectly with our website. We had wanted credit card processing in a different currency, but with the multiple currency display option, that turned out to be unnecessary. Now I can't imagine operating our hotel without it.

WebRezPro technical support is always there, little or no waiting, friendly and knowledgable.
There are a variety of add-on modules that are really useful, like the waiting list manager feature. There are editable templates for most client contact emails.

CONS: only supports credit card processing in US currency.

PROS: Easy to use, lots of great features, totally customizable, booking engine integrates totally with client website. Easy to navigate availability calendar. Accounting module included. They have a really terrific support staff.

Pros: It's very easy to use and understand the software.

Cons: I wish you could see an entire month of bookings at one time instead of a week-by-week view.

Recommendations to other buyers: The scheduler tool is very easy to use, as well as the search engine, when searching for a previous client.

Pros: It's pretty easy to use and reliable.

Cons: The interface is outdated and could be more intuitive. For example, if you are trying to look up dates on the calendar, it doesn't change just by clicking on the date.

Recommendations to other buyers: Get a demo and see if it would work for you. It most likely will.

Pros: It's easy to use/learn. The have great service support. It's relatively foolproof.

Cons: We're unable to include a package on the reservation without adding a separate reservation.

Recommendations to other buyers: Make sure that it fits your needs. Some services may not be able to use WebRez if they require specific needs.

Pros: World Web Technologies puts out a great software with WebRezPro, but more important than that is the quality of service the company delivers. From the first sales call, to the training, to the day-to-day support (hardly ever needed), the company has been very easy to work with.

Cons: As a property that sells packages as well as nightly rates and allows guest to mix and match as needed, the process to mix and match rates through the booking engine is slightly complicated for the customer. Overall, however, our guests' experiences with the software have been quite good.

Recommendations to other buyers: I would recommend getting a good feel for the company as well as the product. It's one thing to start with a system with lots of whistles and bells, but what kind of people will you have to deal with when something goes wrong three years down the road?

Great solution for our small independent property.

Pros: WebRezPro's best attribute is their customer service. Their product is what I expected, but the company is more than I had hoped for.

Cons: We are in a different time zone, so I sometimes miss connections with my rep.

Recommendations to other buyers: Go through as many demos as the various companies will let you. Find the look and feel that matches the personality of your property.

Pros: We've used the PMS system for about four months now for a 24-unit seasonal property in the Ozarks. We switched from a book to computer reservations, and we don't lose reservations anymore. It's very simple to set up and use. There are lots of reports to help analyze data and income to compare from year to year. One thing that I really like is that I can export guest data to Excel to use with mail merge and email marketing. We haven't tried the interface with booking.com yet, but it's in our future.

Cons: I haven't found anything about the product that I really dislike.

Recommendations to other buyers: I would recommend contacting properties that use this system. Like us. That way, you can get unbiased recommendations.

Comments: We specifically chose this product for ease of use, quick staff training and because it is cloud based allowing access from anywhere. For small hotels it is an unbeatable value and I continue to recommend it to all who ask.

Comments: We went live with WebRezPro this past spring. I had compared and test many systems before trying WebRezPro. I saw it on "Hotel Impossible" and thought, if Anthony likes it, it must be good and I was right. I was impressed that we could "test" the system ahead, see how it looked, what it could do, etc. Their videos and documentation are awesome. Our system is more complicated that most, with different minimum number of nights, houses that can hold 18 people and rent only Sunday-Sunday, extra person charges, etc. but WRP could do all of that and more. They were there every step of the way, answering my many questions along the way, and always with a pleasant response. When things needed to get adjusted to fit our property, they would take care it quickly. It is easy to use and I highly recommend it. Thank you WebRezPro!

Comments: We have been using webrezpro since 2008 and it has allowed our management to see our information quickly and easily at all times. We using this platform from remote locations and have had no problems with booking errors. tech support acts quickly when we need them.
The software offers much more than we use but we expert to grow and will count on the continuing versions each year.

Comments: Our properties have been using Web Rez Pro for several years, and we are very pleased with the product. It is very easy to use and meets all of the needs for both of our hotel properties. We find it extremely easy to train staff on the system, and love how easy it is to pull detailed reports. We highly recommend their product!

Comments: We started with Web Rez Pro in 2007 after switching from another PMS. We have absolutely nothing but high praise for this company. Tech support, ease of use from both admin and public side are stellar.

They are always open to new ideas and have worked with us to implement ideas and actually listen to what the customers want.

We have referred our friends to WEB REZ PRO and can't say enough about Jean!

Comments: Our hotel has been using WeRezPro since 2005. It is a great management reservation system and very easy to use. Customer service is very quick to respond and correct any issue that may come up. In my mind it is the only system to use. Great Company!

Comments: The Kings Ransom Sedona Hotel is a 95 room "motel type" property and the Kings Ransom Inn is a 53 room "hotel type" property. We have been owned by the same family since 1973 and were formerly part of Choice Hotels. We went independent with the Hotel in 2006 and needed a good PMS system at a good cost and found WebRezPro. When we went independent with the Inn in 2010, we of course chose WebRezPro. It is easy to learn and easy to use and has improved constantly over the last 6 years. Any problems with the function of the system have been addressed and resolved very quickly. The support is phenomenal and whenever we needed a change or implementation that made our use easier, the technical team got it done! The price is right, the service fast and personal and I would highly recommend WebRezPro!

Pros: We installed WRP in March and were trained over the phone by Jennifer who did a wonderful job. Very professional, knowledgable and friendly to work with. Blaine handled the various interface installations for us and also did a great job. He demonstrated patience and understanding, not to mention being very capable.

Cons: none, but then again we did not yet lose our internet connection.

Overall: I absolutely recommend WEBREZPRO 100%

Pros: Very intuitive user interface...features and menus are available to access in many different ways ie. menu item icon, search functions. Great reporting capabilities and completely customizable to our facility.

Cons: loading rates is a bit tedious in the system however, it is straight forward. Because it is a internet hosted system (which we love) it can be limited in speed by our internet connection.

Overall: Overall, we are very pleased with our WebRez Pro system and look forward continuing our relationship with the company.
