You can define your model and attributes depending on your requirements. If you are in a multinational company the model can be configured different for each country. The hability to integrate outbound and inbound interfaces allows flexibility to the design because you can receive easily information from every existing system in your Company and return the Golden records created. there are a lot of protocols to communicate with your systems. and the best of all is that the match and merge algorithm to generate the Golden records is completely configurable. Cons There are some restrictions in the versión implemented i.e. the number format for a currency field can not be configured, the field does not displays decimal numbers unless you forcé it with a formula. Maybe this feauture will be released in the next versión.
