Pros: They offer a mobile app that you can download of your phone or tablet which make it easy to manage my projects on the go as i am always travelling.

Cons: They should add more features to the free plan so that people can test it well before deciding to buy the premium plan.

Comments: This software is FREE. And nothing can beat that. It just requires manual entry of lead generations.

Pros: All media actions can be tracked on one platform. It is great for those with multiple media platforms. This company has been around for a long time. While free is not always free this is indeed free. You can pay for advanced options which will make your experience much easier.

Cons: It may be a little too advanced for beginners, but with the tutorials they should be fine with this program.

Pros: We used Bitrix24 for internal communications, project management, file sharing, social messaging and much more.

Cons: The UI is fairly good, however it can be better when it comes to organizing projects. There is also a limitation for customization.

Pros: I personally use this for collaborating with other Designers on projects, It has great conferencing features and other ways to share files and ideas. The plus is that it has a free trial and very low fees if you wish to subscribe. (And trust me, you will).

Cons: So far, I cannot complain about Bitrix24, I still use it so I would be a hypocrite. You can't beat the price and quality.

Overall: Slack is great, Bitrix24 is better.

Offers a lot. Fails on the delivery though.

Pros: It has project management.
It has call management.
It allows for creating custom fields (but not key values).
It has an option to self-host.

Cons: Their cloud server is slow, enough so that worker productivity suffers.
Their customer service is poor.
The user interface is ugly.
The learning curve is steep with poor documentation.
Their self-hosting option is very expensive.
You must connect to access the CRM; i.e., there's no offline access, no ability to lock and batch process.

A regular experience, I think it needs a lot to improve.

One of the things that called my attention to this system is that it links the functionality of several systems in one system, and if it worked well it would be a very useful tool.

Cons:
One of its disadvantages is that being a system that covers many functions is a bit slow and its learning curve is not very simple.

Pros: They have a good CRM system with good email marketing integration. Also they got a mobile application which makes bitrix24 a good solution for people like me who are always on a hurry. You can try the free version as it allows up to 12 users before purchasing a premium plan.

Cons: Their user interface is a bit complex and needs tutorials to get used to it and i don't like the social integrations that they have as they are limited.

Pros: It is a pretty simple, yet very nice system for management Teams and orders. I used it not for a very long time, but liked the simple design and proper email notification features, which doesn't SPAM you, but provides proper information. I know recently they have added video calls, which is a great addition!

Cons: We turned away from this product, since we were not able to adjust our processes to the flows it offered, but other then that it is a proper product

Pros: A good and secure tool for effective communication, collaboration, lead and client management. It's searching tool is powerful and great, provides easy integration with other systems to optimize and automate marketing campaigns. Have lot of other features like streamlining etc. Qualitative CRM , E-mail marketing and feature like telephony provide it a good stand against any other software in the segments, but again this is not my best when compared to sales force.

Cons: User interfaces are too complex in some area, as all the feature are bundled in one so no way to get CRM or project management separately. Tutorials can be improved. slow on window OS and spell check is not upto the mark.

Its an easy to use set of solution with the best User interface and Reporting design,its suitable for SMEs.

We have a chat there, can work with deals, create schedules, assign tasks with ease and track progress on specific work with history and recent actions taken by the responsible person *Ad-dons Bitrix24 has its own marketplace where you can set integration with many services, like mail chimp or a certain work process optimizer. *UI Since I started working in Bitrix24, their UI has changed a lot and has become more user friendly. At first it was a bit complicated, but the team is working a lot to make it user-friendly. I can see the work *Customization Even in a free plan, bitrix24 leaves a lot of space for adjusting the platform to the companies approach. you can create teams and spaces and plan sales and development processes

Cons: *updates I also don't believe that their approach to upgrades is comfortable. Even though it does not take much time, but once in a while, the whole service goes down displaying that it is updating and you need to wait. This sometimes can slow work of the department and cause problems *slow Being a power house CRM system, bitrix24 is sometimes slow, although I can see that bitrix team is working to improve it.

Pros: Absolutely nothing. The only good thing about this software is that you don't have to spend any money on it before you try it.

Cons: This is a long list - First, their customer service is horrible. God forbid a new user is confused with their HORRIBLE user interface. But whatever you do, don't ask them for help. They say they are located in VA, but there support is either so bad that it takes 24 hours to answer simple questions or they are really based in India and just use the US "base" to fool customers into thinking they are a real US company.

Pros: The break-in is fantastic. The user interface is relatively intuitive and best of all, you can get multiple people on one account from the get go instead of paying to get access. Up to a dozen can start, so if you have a small business this is a fantastic low cost option to try out of the gate.

Cons: Some of the add-ons and changes come with little to no direction, but I have found that the company does its best to keep FAQ material relatively handy. This is not for the faint of heart.

Overall: The affordability and the robust nature of what you can do with Bitrix make it a must for small businesses look to save a few bucks.

Pros: The best thing about Bitrix is its easy to use. Setting up Bitrix needs some time but once installed any user can handle it quite easily.

Pros: This is the best free project management and CRM tool I've used to date. Intuitive, multiple ways to send notifications, track projects, assign tasks, etc. Roles and management are easy. Good support documentation.

Cons: UX could be sleeker, a bit old school. The versatility can translate to complexity which may be more than simple projects need, but for complex ongoing project management, you'll find yourself using the tools in new ways.

Pros: The main advantage of this CMS is the possibility of free use. The interface is complex. It takes time to sort out. The program has a large set of functions, there are plenty to choose from. Created sites are well indexed by search engines.

Cons: The speed of work leaves much to be desired. The program is very slow, it is difficult to fully work. Tech support is slow, questions are being addressed badly. Beginners in Bitrix will work hard.

Comments: NOTHING! Its sounds amazing but when you actually want to try to work it it's awful! Customer service was no help what so ever!

Cons: Dreadful customer service. Wasted 2 days on this and literally achieved nothing! Tried to upload our existing database with a couple of customer fields and just kept coming back as an error. Contacted customer services and got no where! Just wasted by time for 2 days! Like switching CRM's isn't complicated enough!

Pros: Bitrix24 works best for small businesses: it is intuitive, sleek and easy to onboard new members. It helps keep everyone posted about any tasks to be done and helps to control the progress easily

Cons: I wish it had more ticket types and more customization in terms of fields, text formatting and swim lanes. Other than that it works great

Pros: User interface is quite friendly. The features are useful but will need some more development, specially with workflow.

Cons: When using this software, the user will likely have to learn how to use it themselves. The training materials are not adequate and not easy to understand. There is live chat support available, but employees seem do not have adequate technical knowledge. Response time may take up to a few days (may not get good answer though). Sometimes clients' inquiries got closed without answers. If this software is paired up with a supportive technical support team, this would be a great software that deserves an overall 4 to 5 stars. Another small point, there are many distracting ads on the platform too.

Overall: Not really. I must use this software as per our client's request.

Pros: CMS Bitrix24 has almost all the necessary functions. A distinctive feature is that this software is universal and can replace most of the other software solutions.

Comments: I love the platform. because it allows you to start with a free account and let you have almost all the necessary features.

Pros: It is a good platform for all of the cooperates to see how they can optimize their operation. It was interesting for us to see how we can improve our overall performance of the staff. It is good to start for free and see if it is something you want to do OR lacking in your organization.

Cons: Lack of guidance for staters. It can be improved by the organization if they can have an optional full demo for all customer.

Bitrix has a program with a lot of features and comes at an affordable price.

Pros: It has almost all the features most companies would require of their software. The benefit to this program is it acts as a full service solution, and can replace most software in a smb. An entire company can be structured around this program.

Cons: Very convoluted, and information has several places it can be. There are too many databases and features could flow together better. This program requires extensive training to new employees, often requiring a specialist. There also needs to be a way of communicating information from tasks with clients without inviting them to the program.

Pros: I long chose CMS, comparing different options. In the end, I stopped at this one. There were many good reviews. In appearance everything seemed not bad, but I regretted my decision in a few days, when it became necessary to first contact the support services.

Cons: Technical support is trimmed with standard, apparently pre-prepared phrases, they are not even trying to solve problems and are actively advised to use search engines. And then why are they needed?

Pros: I fully agree with the negative evaluation of this system. No support. Constant malfunctions, servers are constantly hanging, just worn out completely. How can you keep such incompetent specialists?

Cons: The support has not solved any of my problems yet. Up to all it is necessary to reach most. Servers constantly hang or, in general, are inaccessible.

Pros: It is a complete solution for a medium-sized company and it has everything - it is basically mini-ERP system. If you manage to force your people to use it, you'll have "everything in one place": internal and external processes.

Cons: For us, it is a bit of overkill: I was looking for CRM, and Bitrix24 has everything - it's a curse and a blessing. CRM has advanced features, but they are very hard t find. Interface is nice, but a bit cluttered.

Pros: We chose CMS Bitrix24, and regretted it the next day. Bought immediately paid version, hoped the support will be at the level, but where there. Answer only the next day. Do you think solve the problem? As it were not so, just an answer with some stupid question. And you wait another day. It is impossible to work.

Cons: Quite often failures occur, the server hangs. The interface is not very friendly, it will take time to sort it out. Support responds very long and does not solve the problems.

Pros: - The value (features compared to price by user)
- The chat it´s great.
- The calendar it´s great.
- The task creation and configuration can be a little intimidating, but it´s very powerfull when you grab the hang of it.
- The CRM seems good (we did´t use it).

Cons: It isn´t for everyone. Some people of the team (a minority) just coulnd´t use it on daily basis. We used the version before some recent design changes, so that may be different now.

Overall: We are a small company. We research A LOT of project management solutions before setling on one. We choose Bitrix because of it´s features and value.

Pros: There is everything you need and even more: leads, contacts, counterparts, sales, orders, bills, documents, products. Everything is accessible from the main menu, at hand there is all that is necessary for the sales manager. In the lists of entities there is an analyst (funnel sales, comparison funnels, key indicators, etc.) and filters, which is quite convenient.

Pros: I've traed many many project management options and this is the less expensive for teams I've found, for unlimited users (Enterprise plan) is nothing, (less features on the professional plan), great tools, time management, you can do almost everthing with this, the also offer an CRM for extra, if you look for a tool for a team of 10-50 people and not need portfolio management or advanced budget analysis all in one tool you can use this is a bargain.

Cons: No budget or purchases management, no risk analysis, just any advance PPM PMO features, I am not saying this is bad just that lac of the most pro features all in one, may project teams use multiple tools to have all done but for those that want all in one platform this has almost all but not all

Pros: The problems began with the fact that we downloaded the database of our contacts for permanent work in the system and even liked everything at first, but it turned out that not all information about our leads can be obtained back, but not even this was the last straw. For 4 days of work, there was no access to the system at all for 2 days (half a day) (the server was unavailable).

Cons: Poor technical support, lack of access to all services for a long time, there is no guarantee of system recovery if data is lost.

Pros: Bitrix24 has gone above and beyond delivering the tools to have communications, CRM and integrating your business.
It is not a joke, it is not a simple task to impress me and to make me feel that there is just a lot of things offered... well Bitrix24 has done just that.

You can get started with the free parts and grow from there. The next level is a 39 USD with doesn't feel very cheap but for what you are getting it is absolutely not bad.

It is CRM, Chat, Online Files, Online Colaboration, Calendars, everything!!

Cons: This actually can be a bit of "too much" at the beginning, you are starting with everyting on the get go. So you have to understand and setup everything so it will work for your company.

Overall: You can basically have everything in Bitrix24 to run your business.
It is something that I think will help you grown and achieve more sales.

Pros: It is nice interface and it give us ability to run our sales processes without a single charge. It can show you sales pipeline and you can any information about your client. Most of the pages are very flexibe as you can configure what to show.

Pros: One platform for many solutions - CRM, project management, time management Project and TASK management tool really good.

Cons: On paper all looks fine, but when you begin to work, then lot of problems appears almost in every tool, except Project management. For example, in CRM under Company history you not see any activity, even there are lot of activities with Companies staff that are linked with current company. If you plan new activity and want this activity link to new Contact, Company, Opportunity, it is not possible - you need at first create company, contact or opportunity - with almost all other CRM systems - Pipedrive, Pipeliner, GoldMine you can do this on the fly. Also lot of problems with Time management and Work time reports, where shows unrealistic times - for example - time worked per day - more as 44 hours!!! Looks that Bitrix different modules created separately and common features not links between modules and works as separate units and then is question - is it really one platform? Another words are for Bitrix support - worst what I seen - even we have Proffesional subscription plan. Our support tickets waiting for reaction more as 3 days, sometimes no answers. Bitrix deskto app have direct connection to Bitrix support, but sometimes no response for weeks. Also many answers are from point - we give answer for just answer, but no solving problem. Bad!

Comments: For business consultants like me, it is a great tool to recommend as well as offer it as a service to our clients, especially if their Customer Service department is not automated. However, there are deficiencies and also there is no coaching/customer support available live at all hours (we operate in a different time zone GMT+2). Overall, its free version does not give many major benefits, not even on trial. The reports' issue is a major drawback. I still recommend it to clients, but when i mention the drawbacks, they are reluctant to go to the paid packages.

Pros: 1. Its connectivity with other platforms, software and social media - TIME SAVING 2. The ability to assign jobs (even in the free version) 3. Seeing the progress of a lead to becoming a client, as well as having total sale amount per client

Cons: 1) Very time consuming to learn 2) Cannot answer privately to a lead coming from Facebook (have to return back to the page) 3) Does not connect to other major social media 4) Its first paid package is still costly (from the small business person's point of view) 5) No reports or download of data availability (at least in the free version) 6) The free version allows only 100 entries so for heavy Facebook traffic of leads, we cannot access beyond one week!

Pros: I love how self contained it is. Each client can get their own workgroup with folder repository, tasking system, message board.

Cons: Their customer support is based out of Russia, and the time difference can make it difficult to communicate. I have also run into a lot of issues with dates in exported task reports don't match what is actually showing in the system (they will be off by a day because of some time zone setting that I can't figure out).

Overall: It's a good hub for a remote work

Pros: We've been working with Free plan Bitrix for a few years. The free plan is one of the best in the market for small business like mine. We work in shifts and its important to easily communicate between all our team. Bitrix has saved us lots of time and has been keeping everything organized and error free. It's very complete for a free plan. I love it.

Cons: This is a free plan so of course there are some features missing, however that's expectable. I think it could be more user friendly do Administrator.

Overall: Time saving; wonderfull tool to keep my business organized; easy communication between teams and task creating.

Cons: The fact that over a year's worth of data was deleted by the company. They only notified the administrator & not the other 5 users on the account. Nothing is perfect, but deleting 18 months of data after 6 weeks of "inactivity" is absurd. People go away on sabbatical, maternity leave, have extended medical leave or bereavement. The emails they did say hid the warning messaging so far in the subject & email, that you wouldn't have been able to tell them from marketing emails from the company. Their customer support was RUDE, unapologetic, and defensive.

Pros: This on-line platform have several options that can be used for on-line and standard retail shop. Also can be used for sales from the vehicle. There is option for a customized web-page for orders or questions. Automatic billing is also a nice touch.

Cons: One crucial feature that is missing is a good CRM module with history of contacts and offers for different clients. If You have standard clients this is a must have.

Overall: Nearly perfect solution for retail teams in different places (cities, countries,...). Also, a web contact page is a fantastic feature, for on-line shop.

Pros: Bitrix24 has a large assortment of features and collaboration opportunities. The built in CRM feature is great. Bitrix24 also has a built in web mail service which I tried but found that send email from Bitrix24 to my regular email was easier. The task sharing is easy and is inclusive fro everyone on the team. There are different levels for access which is great for separating different levels of the project.

Cons: There is so many features which makes it difficult to learn and it takes some time. I prefer Projects rather than work groups but I have learned to understand the Bitrix24 setup. I would like to be able to click a button to add a new project.

Overall: I like the collaboration and the overall grade of this software. I also like the free account so we could try out the software on a small project and upgrade as needed.

Pros: Highly configurable. One stop solution for entire company from team communication to project management. I was mainly using free version but was able to many stuff even in free vesion.

Cons: Brower loading is quite high. Takes time to load system. Also, lots of configuration required. Hard for small size company like me to pick and use.

Overall: Team communication and project management under one roof.

Comments: bitrix24 is good for medium small company, because they have all that company need on that time. but for large company that need more spesific hr task, sometime functionality is not there.

Comments: This is a MAJOR solution for our faith based NPO. We are just getting set up and started in the digital database world, communicating with leaders all living 3 hours apart on separate campuses and setting up professional looking mass emails to internal and external key stakeholders. LOVE that I can manage all of this from any computer anywhere in the world!

Pros: Ease in importing contacts, customizable database fields, social links, the mobile app, and much more all in the FREE version.

Cons: Not all the videos fully answer my questions, however, I went to the email support and got GREAT answers and in 2 days time at the longest. I would like a list of people using Bitrix24 who live nearby me or to know about meet ups with other users. There is a map that showed me nearby users - but I can't contact them.

Comments: It so happened that a separate group of employees works with VIP-clients in our company. In order to facilitate their communication and interaction, we use the "Extranet Group" module. Due to this, customers are able to independently set the task of the company directly from Bitrix24 and monitor every progress of any process according to their tasks. Comments: When a client sets a task for several months, there is always the risk of losing the history of communication and the agreements that have been reached over time. All this can lead to misunderstanding or even conflict with the customer. These risks are very well understood by our company. Therefore, it was decided to transfer communication with customers to a new level and exclude any preconditions for misunderstanding with the help of Bitrix24. Comments: I would still recommend anyone that might be getting their first CRM/intranet to have a look at Bitrix. The free version (which has great value) can get you up and running quickly and with no strain on your finances.

Pros: Great for team communications Great intranet Allows you to place a chat widget on your website Great value for the money

Cons: Bringing up the menu can look like you are sitting in an airplane with tons of options and setting. The CRM part could be a bit user friendly.

Pros: The ability to scale into different functional areas as companies grow. The product is very extensible, well thought out and lends itself extremely well to smaller growing companies as well as mid-sized established companies.

Cons: Just too much to chew for smaller shops or start-up companies. Very difficult for small co's to take on even when they can see the advantage of having a tool they can grow in to.

Overall: This is a stellar tool for mid-size companies or smaller shops on the rise and growing. It fits neatly in that space where you have a little money to spend on worthwhile products but not the ludicrous amounts of money you'd have to spend for "enterprise class" tools such as those from Oracle and SAP. That said, for smaller companies or start-ups it is way too complex and has far too great a learning curve. Small shops simply don't have the time and resources to dedicate to learning a tool as feature rich and comprehensive as Bitrix. All in all though, if you are keen to get value for your money, you'd be hard pressed to find more value for money than that offered by Bitrix 24.

Recommendations to other buyers: The same for all software: 1) Make sure you are solving the right problem before making a buying decision. E.g., If your HR team can't seem to figure out how to add value in your company's recruiting process, the problem probably isn't the tool their using... 2) Make sure the tool fits your needs, abilities to implement and support and your budget.

Comments: What a fun and effective CRM product. This software is easy to use. It has kept me focused and driven for the last two years. All of my clients, contacts and notes are in one place. I love being able to schedule the next "to-do" for each client account. When I log in each day, I have a list of calls, meeting and follow-ups already planned. This software helps me stay in-touch with clients and potential clients. I would be lost without it!

Cons: Not for real project management. Probably fine for freelancers and graphic designer types.

Overall: I've looked everywhere for information on how to manage projects and how to include resources. From what I can tell, projects only exist as workgroups, and resources that are not human users are not possible. So, unless you only do work on your own computer, this won't work. Need to schedule the use of a conference room, a truck? Need to include a contractor in a task without giving them access to the platform? Not going to happen. Also, doesn't seem to work for identifying clients associated with a project or task. So, I wonder, who at Capterra actually tested this? Have you ever actually managed a project? I just wasted three hours trying to figure this one out.

Pros: Robust. Can integrate a lot of smart automation. Streamline. Fairly easy to use.

Cons: We hired someone familiar with the tool to implement it into our team. I think that it would have been hard for our team of creatives to learn all the cool tricks of the tool without someone experienced showing us how. There's some set up on the front end, but once you get it going, it'll save a lot of time.

Overall: It does a lot for us for organizing where clients and potential clients are in the pipeline. It does a great job with assigning tasks to staff as well as you can building workflow funnels and have task assignment automated when someone else completes a task.

Recommendations to other buyers: Hire someone who knows the tools well to set up, train, and implement it into your team.

Comments: Using the CRM on an individual basis was extremely helpful (and free). There is a lot of functions that most other free CRMs don't offer - an ROI calculator, a won/lost funnel, a work in progress toolbar, and more. It even offers email tracking -- the only thing that is a (very, very) slight inconvenience is the emails that you send through Bitrix will have a signature on the bottom saying it was sent with a free CRM.

Great features, I'd it's what you need.

Comments: In my quest for free marketing software, I came across Bitrix24, and as always I was impressed by the features¿ and the Price. So, I signed up and BAM I was met with a dashboard field with features and details and that chat box at the right-hand corner. I got overwhelmed and closed the tab. A week later I was ready to give it another try so I came back and took the time to go through the features but it was still too daunting. So, I closed the tab again. Not ready to give up on a free CRM, I downloaded the software thinking the clusters were only in the online version. I was wrong. Bitrix24 is packed with features I would normally be excited about but the interface is messy and the user experience made it hard to come back a fourth time, and even though I did, I still wish the dashboard was less overwhelming. Despite all the cons, Bitrix24 IS an amazing software. The CRM features are just as amazing as Hubspot CRM, I loved the workgroup segmentations as well as the ¿My Workspace¿ segmentation. The telephony feature and the webmail feature is amazing. The applications ¿Marketplace¿ offer lots of free tools that make Bitrix24 even better. The dashboard is less cluttered now, which is great as I am now able to play with all the features that attracted me in the first place, they still have a lot of work to do, as while the left side has been arranged to nice ¿pockets¿, the right side of the dashboard still needs some work.

Pros: The CRM and email marketing features are amazing so is the tasks, work mail, and the telephony feature.

Cons: There has been a major improvement in the interface, it is less cluttered than it used to be. Bit the right side of the dashboard is still a bit cluttered.

Recommendations to other buyers: Bitrix is full of features for small businesses, the free plan is amazing, however, the interface might take a while to get used to.

Pros: I love that the free version includes everything - telephony, email marketing, quotes, invoices, web forms, tasks projects and documents

Cons: All features are bundled together. There's no way to get CRM or project management separately.

Overall: I've tested a bunch of 'free' CRM options and found that only two (Bitrix24 and Hubspot) are really free. All others (Zoho, Insightly) severely limit their free versions. The number of features you get in Bitrix24 is truly astounding.

Overall: I'm a complete newbie when it comes to CRM's so when I found I had a need for one I had some very specific requirements:

1. Simple enough to use for a beginner
2. Powerful enough to do what I need
3. Scalable solution that can keep up with changing needs as my knowledge grows
4. Entry level price point that didn't put it out of reach for smaller operations

Bitrix24 shines on all counts even had some extras that I wasn't expecting to find. Most notably built in telephony.

I love that there is an option to rent a phone number from within the interface which allows for multiple extensions assigned to multiple users. What really impressed me though was the ability to have the phone system automatically direct calls from specific customers to the reps they have already been assigned to.

I've only just started using the software so I haven't dug really deep into what it can do yet but so far so good.

Of course there is a free version which allows access for up to 12 users so by the time I decide to upgrade to a paid subscription I will have no doubt whatsoever whether or not I'm willing to invest any money.

Comments: I wanted a small business crm , where I get a contact ,input a contact call contact and schedule a meeting and have it show up on the calendar. Along with me and contact receive confirming email. I have contacted the support and all I get is send a screen shot. Maybe it's way too complicated for me.

Pros: Sync with google, this a must for me. Lot of options to choose from in the free version.

Cons: Just too much on page, need to be able to hide modules I don't need. The calendar is buggy first events where 8 hrs off and the only way to get an event is to click on add event , wanted to add event straight from contacts or company. Need to have a template module. Seems I have to have a gmail draft temple wont help with mail merge. when adding a new events it don't send an email invite.

Recommendations to other buyers: Before roll out test it for a couple of days. Create a few fake accounts and try to invite yourself and and email etc. and see if it fits.

Pros: I really like the following features: companies, contacts, timeline for social interactions, internal search tool and the groups structure for segmentation of data. The software is user friendly and you can start using it quickly (free until 12 active users). Mobile App works fine.

Cons: Ongoing changes in the product for limiting features that were available before (loss of registered data). Reporting could be improved, mostly for sales forecasts (we gave up using this feature).

Recommendations to other buyers: This kind of product is basic in terms of registering companies and contacts. Be aware about how it may be used to respect your sales processes / funnel analysis with flexibility and productivity. Evaluate reports.
