I had to learn only for few days. It has no complaint during working. I recommend to all business companies. Pros One positive impression I have about it by far its ability to provide good information the time spent on different projects. Cons Bitrix 24 cliams to be the best alternative for Ringcentral and other tools yet, they are not straight forward. I mean, the information this company displays on their homepage tends to completely bias what I got the first time I signed up with them. Apart from the fact that the customer service took long to reply back, they came in with a different pricing catalog totally different from what I saw on the company's homepage. I can't really recommend this company, however, you can try them out yourself. A business that offers misleading pricing information shouldn't be trusted( it's my opinion). After sticking around for 3 months, I also discovered that some of their functions do not really work as expected, making functionality Vs value for money very poor. Pros This is a useful tool to assign projects to employees and to track the work done by them, using Bitrix24 we can give a specific timeline to the employees to finish the task and monitor the day to day task done by the employees and day to day man hours spend for a specific task. The managers would be able to monitor the status of the Ongoing Projects and analyse the reasons behind certain delays. It also a useful tool to calculate the cost involved by calculating the hours spent on the work. It is easy to transfer it in to an Excel sheet and view the overall summary. Cons Sometimes if there Internet Problems the task will not Capture. If there are finished Projects they should be able to classified as successfully completed projects Instead of deleting them all together. sometime there is problems in setting the start time. Pros We used Bitrix24 for almost a year, before deciding a few weeks ago to develop our own intranet area in house. Bitrix24 had an abundance of features that proved to be very valuable, but at times, for certain users, a lot of this features seemed to be too complex or not easy to work around. The features, though, were well thought out and could definitely be adapted to any type of business or organization, and that’s definitely the best thing about the software. Cons The thing I liked least was that Bitrix24 was entirely too sophisticated for plenty of our end users, and for myself at times (and I’m the IT developer for my organization). Also, Bitrix24 could be more reasonably priced and if the price were lower and the ability to customize the software was easier, the software would have definitely not been shown the door. Cons Before completing any integration, I would advise signing up and getting familiar with Bitrix24, especially with the Kanban board layout (Projects and Tasks), so you can determine whether it is a suitable fit for you or not. The software helped us to have an overview of the sales processes and thus correct the errors, today we can control the sales of the internal team, representatives, and end customers who buy directly from the website. The sales processes were automated, and I have greater control over my company and my employees and thus extract better performance from my team. Pros What I like most about this software is that despite providing total control over projects, sales, inventory, contacts, and prospects, it is extremely simple to use the software, another differential is the automation of processes it provides, customer support to it is excellent. A chat system, Kanban boards and task-management, work-time management, and even a cloud service that is a boon for any enterprise use. It's hard to imagine working without it. Cons ...But it's not perfect, and is not the end-all-be-all when it comes to CRMs. For example, its application could use some improvement, considering -- despite its desktop installation -- it still requires you to sign in with your web-browser to use many of its features besides chat and sync. Its "Knowledge Base" also isn't a good alternative to Nuclino or even a custom setup of MediaWiki / XWiki. Its Automation is also lack-lustre and not easy to use. Its worktime management is also pretty buggy, so we just ended up replacing it with a fingerprint scanner to manage it. Ultimately we end up making very few uses out of thing service, such as for chat and cloud, despite its many offerings. Even though we end up relying on those few uses. Pros When my husband introduced me to Bitrix24, it made my work a lot easier as it comes with a built in CRM and with all the bells and whistles of a PAID software suite for small businesses. It even now has its own SITES integrated with the CRM and with other external apps. The best part is that it is FREE to start with as the business expands. Cons Maybe the least liked about the software is the ease of navigation in its myriad of menus which is ever expanding.
