I’m infatuated with this lead generation tool. I love having a single system that has all of the functions to bring me leads, such as marketing, sales, funnel management, project supervision, call conferences, customer communication, customer feedback, and social media integrations.

After setting a couple configurations, I can see where they need to improve their marketing automation.

is very friendly user overall and the basic features are really useful that help teams collaborate and follow up on one another's role. The advanced features require further training.

Pros

Team chats and task management is really good. It has a Kanban view now and that makes workflow easier for visual team members.

Cons

Video calls and file transfers inside the chats are not that great. I have tried some advanced features around client management and they are really confusing to figure out.

Pros

I really like the ability to create projects, assign tasks and set deadlines in an efficient and orderly way, it has allowed me to keep a clear track of all activities and make sure everyone is aware of their responsibilities.

Cons

Easy to use and visually appealing, there are so many options and settings available that it can be overwhelming for less experienced users at first. This took me extra time to familiarize myself with the platform and take advantage of all its features.

I am overall not pleased with this CRM but for a small company in it's first few years, it is cheap and good for small projects. Do not use this is you have a prospects list over 1000.

Pros

It is very customizable and can get hard data turned into a spreadsheet.

Cons

Everything is manual input. Even the custom options do no have ease of use. There are glitches all the time to make you need to re-input data. All the extra applications they have are impossible to navigate. Customer Service was terrible at helping up recover our lost address for prospects and customers. You basically have to code to get what you want from this CRM.

No ha funcionado para gestionar mejor los datos, organizarlos, enviar algunas automatizaciones. en general sirve pero las falencias que tienen son grandes. En todo caso mi mayor queja es el soporte, la verdad es algo lamentable, o le pagas a un partnert los cuales cobran al rededor de USD200 por una hora o tu CRM no va a funcionar.

Pros

Es una plataforma que tiene un diseño atractivo, no muy funcional eso si.

Cons

Tengo varios puntos: 1. El soporte es pésimo, pesímo es pésimo. Básicamente los asesores te responden, revise el helpdesk o contrate un partner que le ayude con la implementación. Aparte es supremamente demorada la respuesta. 2. El CRM no es sencillo de implementar y le faltan muchas cosas básicas. En nuestro caso como partners hemos enviado al menos 50 tickets los cuales nunca han sido solucionado y son funcionalidades básicas de cualquier plataforma.

I used as an experiment and fell in love with it immediately. I am a software buyer for a company and using it on my own when I work from home keeps me organized.

Pros

It's free and indispensable for my daily life. I tried it and became hooked. I made it the software that controls my day. I love the intuitive GUI.

Cons

The free drive space is limited to 5MB and a low amount of free space in comparison to similar products. I wish I could integrate my instant messenger with the chat feature. I also wish I could port my Google Voice number into bitrix24 for use.

I believe it can improve the layout, fix some small bugs and make the layout open to be completely changed depending on the usage.

So far it has been great and I'm sure we will continue working with it for a while. has helped us streamline processes, crease out issues and delegate tasks to the team very efficiently while giving the opportunity to track progress and be at the top of things.

Pros

offers a range of functions and extraordinary tools to help businesses and teams for managing projects. It is a unified platform that encourages collaborative use through the Activity Stream, wherein each member added in the team can track tasks, their progress and update any issues highlighted. Love the report generation feature and daily planning tools, without the need of multiple applications. I am happy with it being available on a range of devices and operating systems (iOS and android), so it is accessible even when I'm on the move.

Cons

No. delivers what it promises, nothing more nothing less. I am sure future upgrades will be even better.

We love the as we just adopted this tool as CRM but then we explored the more features and started using them. Thanks for Bitrix24 team for making this brilliant tool.

Pros

We choose Bitrix for our compnay's CRM solution but I found that there are many more features which are useful for us. I love how we can manage leads from different sources on same platform. We have used the custom contact forms in our landing pages which works perfectly to collect the leads in . It's not just a tool Bitrix24 is a whole new world in crm industry.

Cons

We are still learning how to use the tool and found it little bit complicated in start to deploy but I think after learning how to use it properly it will be easy for us.

is an amazing tool for effective workflow, especially when working in a team remotely. It offers communication as if we were in an office and we can chat, schedule meetings and manage tasks all in one tool. Unfortunately, I had a chance to work on for several years. It was a real torture. I understand that here you need to talk about the benefits of the service, but it's hard for me to find them. Is that the presence of telephony can be attributed to the benefits.

Cons

Bitrix has great functionality, but nothing works fine. Technical support for this closes his eyes. I can not fix anything myself, but the management requires me to do the work. I was very happy when I left the company and forgot about Bitrix, I hope forever. I do not advise anyone to work with this platform.

We got a great deal on Black Friday and they have so many integrations and so many products that you will never end discovering new features. It was easy to learn how to use, they have multiple tutorials available for helping you understand and make a better use of the tools. We use the CRM, Contact Center, Project Management and Marketing tools and they all work perfectly together and have made our work so much easier.

Easy to set up, user-friendly, many integrations, tutorials available, have make work so much easier

Cons

Sometimes it's not easy to get a quick response from customer service, and we never had a proper training but it was easy to learn how to use.
