My overall experience with has been a mix of strong capability and a bit of a learning curve. It’s a powerful platform that genuinely helps centralize work, especially for managing leads, tracking activities, and staying on top of follow-ups without needing multiple tools. Once I got used to it, it became a reliable part of my daily workflow and definitely improved how organized and consistent I am with outreach. That said, it’s not the most beginner-friendly system, and getting comfortable with all its features takes time and patience. Some areas can feel overly complex for simple tasks, but once you push past that stage, the value becomes clear. Overall, it’s a solid tool if you’re willing to invest the time to learn it properly.

Pros

What I like most about is how it brings everything into one place without forcing me to juggle multiple tools. From leads to follow-ups and tasks, it’s all right there, which makes daily work feel more organized and less scattered. The ease of use stood out to me after spending some time on it. At first it feels loaded, but once you get familiar, moving between leads, activities, and different views like Kanban or List becomes pretty natural. Another thing I appreciate is the level of customization. You’re not stuck with a rigid system, you can adjust pipelines, fields, and workflows to match how you actually work, which makes a big difference in real-life usage. On the productivity side, the built-in automation helps cut down repetitive work like setting reminders or follow-ups, so you can focus more on actual outreach. The user interface also does a solid job of keeping everything visible in one place, like contact details and activity history, without needing to open multiple tabs, which speeds things up during busy work sessions.

What I liked least about is that it can feel overwhelming, especially at the beginning. ### "best app to use "

Our company was looking for a solution to automate the transfer of leads from the Indiamart marketplace to the CRM in order to get rid of manual transfer of applications. As a result, viasocket turned out to be the most suitable tool for our tasks. Separately, I would like to note the work of the support service — at the start, the application for connecting to Bitrix24 did not work correctly, but experts quickly suggested an alternative option with direct connection via client\_id. In the future, any issues were resolved very quickly, usually within an hour. I was also pleased with the interface: if you have previously worked with Zapier or Make, it will be very easy to get used to it — the logic of scripts and steps is almost identical. It took only a few minutes to set up the integration we needed. An additional advantage is the ability to make arbitrary requests to Bitrix24 via the API. Despite the lack of the necessary ready-made node, using the Custom API Request, it was possible to fully implement the necessary logic for transferring data from Indiamart. We can recommend viasocket as a convenient and flexible no/low-code solution for configuring integrations between business applications.

All in all the experience with the software is amazing, doesnt have to leave the app. It handles everything from Collaboration, communication, CRM, task management, inventory etc

Pros

The most cost-effective CRM + Project Management tool available in the market right now. The level of customisation it offers is unmatched. Being an SME, I have had the privilege of working with the product team and many clients for implementation.

Cons

All at one place sometimes can feels overwhelming as it has a learning curve. Need to reduce the menu items in case I want to keep it clean.

Es una solución muy versátil que permite personalización para distintas industrias y negocios con un tiempo de implementación no muy largo.

Cons

1- La versión desktop no se actualiza automáticamente y se debe descargar las actualizaciones de manera manual lo que hace engorroso el uso de la aplicación. 2- Se debería permitir mayor alcance de automatización para el plan Standard. Está muy limitado.

is a very powerful platform with a wide range of features, but in India a few improvements would make it even better. The inventory management option is highly welcomed here, as many businesses are actively looking for reliable inventory solutions. It would also be very useful if Bitrix24 could support UPI payment automation (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, etc.) since UPI is the most common payment method in India. In addition, WhatsApp integration without depending on third-party apps would be a great advantage, especially with support for Indian payment platforms.

Pros

I really like the clean UI design and the wide range of options provides to manage different business processes. It is also value for money, with good customer support (though sometimes a little slow). Bitrix24 offers amazing customization options and has strong documentation, which makes it easier to use. The calendar feature is also excellent, and I enjoy how well it syncs with my Apple and Gmail calendars. One improvement that would be very helpful is if the number-to-words converter for currency could work directly inside Bitrix, as this would save a lot of time in invoice, quotation and other documents.

Cons

Some features are not fully localized for India. For example, UPI payment automation and native WhatsApp integration are missing, and these are very important for businesses here. Inventory is good, but it can be further improved for the Indian market.

La interfaz es hermosa. NO es un excel digitalizado, es realmente una plataforma buena, bonita y barata.

Naar eigen inzicht je eigen website met professionele tools free kunnen bouwen en ook free publiceren.

Cons

misleid de consument door te adverteren met een volledig free account. Vervolgens blijkt nadat je een account hebt aangemaakt dat je je website helemaal niet kunt publiceren.

Lo uso tutti i giorni per mantenere organizzate tutte le mie task list e appuntamenti,nlonuso anche come rubrica e primo ricordatorio delle cose da fare. Molto intuitivo e compatibile con qualsiasi mia richiesta.

Eccellente piattaforma con tanti strumenti a disposizione. Perfetta per mantenere in ordine tutti gli appuntamenti e compiti da fare. Tante funzionalità, molto intuitiva e veloce.

Cons

La versione vista dallo smartphone è un po' piccola e non tanto facile da vedere come nel PC, ma tutto sommato non ha particolari negativi che fanno deludere

My overall experience was positive. The platform met our needs for remote work connection, CRM, documentation, and more.

Pros

It was a versatile platform with lots of functionality. The user interace was mostly intuitive and easy to use.

Cons

I didn't find the CRM as functional as other CRMs I have used, but it was still sufficient for what we needed it for.

Mitlerweilen zu umfangreiche, Prio liegt bei Aufgaben und Projektmanagement. Zu viele Fehler, die der Support nicht lösen kann.

Pros

Flexible Handhabung, Preis/Leistungsverhältnis verspricht viel. Der online-Support reagiert sehr schnell.

Cons

Die CRM-Funktionalitäten sind abgrotten schlecht. Mit Einbindung der Email-Konten unzählige, Dupletten und neue Leads, die sich laut Support nicht abstellen lassen. Keine Weiterentwickung im Bereich Segmente für Kampagnen im Marketing. Keine übergreifende Filterung von Unternehmen dann Kontakte. Bitrix ist im Bereich Marketing und Vertriebs-CRM sehr schlecht aufgestellt und fehlerbehaftet.

Pros

works well when the objective is centralizing CRM, team collaboration, tasks and client communication in one workspace. I particularly appreciated CRM plus collaboration, because it makes the process more structured and reduces the need to manage information manually through spreadsheets or emails.

Cons

What could be improved is that learning curve. The tool remains useful, but once workflows become specific, configuration choices and governance become important to avoid unnecessary complexity.

I like to use Betrix24 to get data of employees. I don't need to save everyone's contacts it just syncs the contacts. All the informations is at one place make it useful.

Pros

Management of employees is good. Profiles are well devided into only needed information.

Cons

Sometimes when internet is slow, it doesn't apply previous actions to it.

### "Good for a small business that does not use a ton of app integration"

The app was helpful but still a bit dated and clunky to use. We did not ultimately end up using this program and subscribing due to some technical errors with the program. It needs more work on their integration being seamless for the users.

Pros

Task automation makes daily work flow easier and in return saves my time to do more meaningful tasks with my time. You can integrate many other apps as well to make this even more efficient for your business, however some of them do not work or are out of date.

Cons

The app sometimes crashes and forces a log out which can interrupt work flow. I have yet to contact customer support to have this resolved. Support can be limited with the app and they often guide you to their FAQ or support pages rather than having tailored support.

There is not much to like as their service is pathetic, lots of miscommunication, and no higher authority to resolve this.

Cons

I am writing this post as official feedback regarding the highly unprofessional and unsatisfactory experience we have had with Intreface and their AllCAD Services Private Limited. Post making the full payment to implement CRM in our company on the 28th of March 2025. As these services were offered by AllCAD Services Private Limited and here we are on the 23rd of April 2025, without the CRM being fully functional. Repeated escalations to associates, superiors, and \[sensitive content hidden\] have fallen on deaf ears. Reasons for not going live till date is: 1. They have other meetings lined up with other customers, 2. We have to be available as per their calendar slots, 3. They do not book your calendar for meets, 4. Pre sales associate is doing implementation without any sound technical knowledge. 5. Expert Technical assoicate is mosltly busy with other customers. 6. Superiors are busy travelling and ignoring escalations in the whatsapp group chats. We have invested more than 30 hours of our time to ensure the process implementations is not delayed. Moreover, we are surprised that an escalation email to \[sensitive content hidden\] has been ignored completely. I just hope they are aware of their services in one of the most competitive market of CRM solutions. Salesforce Zoho Odoo HubSpot Hope you are not providing a similar service like them!!!

Ottimo software per la gestione CRM con tante funzionalità e risorse molto intuitiva e facile da usare.

Pros

Facilità di uso, tutto in un unica piattaforma per quanto riguarda la organizzazione dei clienti. Ottimo CRM con tante opzioni.

Cons

Non ho riscontrato qualcosa che non mi abbia piaciuto. In linea generale tutte le sue parti sono disegnate e progettate molto bene per chi l'ho usa.

Too many videos to look over in tutorials Not knowing how customer support is rated. Didn't find it very convenient

Pros

good collaboration amongst coworkers for project management. easy customization has user interface workflow can be efficient

Cons

Not a value for the money. not very easy to use. can be complicated in organizing tasks to get efficiency going.
