Less Creative Dashboards and Reports which can be improved with todays standard

We haven't gotten the best of its solutions. Personally, My experience with Bitrix has been very poor

What is really enjoy about Bitrix is its customer support experience. The company has dedicated customer service agents spread almost around the world. I remember, one of their customer service used to follow up with me and provided a lot of advice as to how to use their services.This approach was remarkable as I know just a few companies who are able to work this way.

Cons

Here are some of the reasons why I don't really like Bitrix:-The company is very diversified, they offer just too many services, and at a point, it's hard to actually determine what they are good at doing.-Very poor user interface with too many features-The subscription plans are very high and there are just too many limitations.-Its website builder still lacks many advanced components of a good website builder.-Task management feature is below average and needs improvements.

Bitrix24 has been amazing. I have been able to experience most of its features and an is a software I can recommend.

Pros

Bitrix24 can automate your sales and marketing for instants Bitrix24 notifies your teammates by sending a reminder of what action they need to take to interact with a client. It also creates an email template that can be sent to your potential client and it schedules a sale call task automatically, whenever a client is captured.

Cons

Bitrix24 is difficult to set up because of the way that it accompanies a ton of extra elements, programming, and specialized instruments. need a manual to sort out some way to introduce it on your framework and to utilize a venture the executive's instrument these additional elements will simply occupy rooms on your framework and customer support system is very poor. Even with the premium versions.

### "Warning! They will delete your data for inactivity with barely any warning."

Pros

It was a fairly good system until they deleted the entire account while I was out on extended leave. Support was OK, functionality was reasonable.

Cons

The fact that over a year's worth of data was deleted by the company. They only notified the administrator & not the other 5 users on the account. Nothing is perfect, but deleting 18 months of data after 6 weeks of "inactivity" is absurd. People go away on sabbatical, maternity leave, have extended medical leave or bereavement. The emails they did say hid the warning messaging so far in the subject & email, that you wouldn't have been able to tell them from marketing emails from the company. Their customer support was RUDE, unapologetic, and defensive.

It's all-encompassing nature and generous pricing plan make it attractive for start ups. Once you have started using it you are hooked!

Cons

There are often too many places to file, communicate and store information which can make it difficult to find information unless you are disciplined.

Pros

Solid email marketing integration and other popular tools. centralized communications and collaboration Has an option to automatically record phone calls. Open channels feature is really good.

Cons

UI can be improved. Apart from that I don’t see any issues with this tool.

It is some time ago but I remember: I loved the personalization of the system: we could easily spread tasks throughout the team, keeping track of all the problems or great things appearing!

Cons

Every once in awhile the server had a problem. That was kind of annoying but did not happen too often.

All the features related to documents are very important to us such as Document Generation, Document Management and Document Storage. We have a lot of "paper" work and a very little time. The software really make a difference here.

Cons

However, It lacks No-Code Development, File Storage and Document Coding & Control.

It's an awesome CRM a lot of different features, have many integrations with SMS, phone, etc. Sure, an option to be considered.

Cons

I use the free version, and has a lot of limitations, of course make sense to pay for more functionality, but we should be able to test before buy.

I think Bitrix24 is suited for any size of organisation, hence i definitely recommend it.

Pros

We have been using Bitrix for its CRM features. We use it to track all the leads in a single dashboard. Its a collaborative tool where multiple stakeholders can post and comment about their activity. My experience with Support has been superb. They are welcoming and are always available.

Cons

I think perhaps the pricing could be a challenge. They could consider coming up with a cost effective plan

Cons

Could be improved is the integration with other external tools, such as social networks or third-party applications. Although Bitrix24 has many built-in features, in some cases it might be useful to be able to connect with other tools for greater efficiency in certain tasks.

The CRM framework is so loaded with bugs and awful little subtleties they havent even contemplated. Their webmail is the most terrible truly thing I have seen.

Just like my title, this is indeed the BEST CRM you didn't know about!!!! Free or paid!!!

Pros

It has more to offer than most CRMs out there, especially more than paid ones like Salesforce. You get your customer base tracking, CPQ, intranet, project and task management, and more. The best part is that most companies can use the free version to do everything. I used it with my last business which I had for 5 years, at which I had 8 employees, with 5 affiliates in other countries, and never needed to upgrade to paid version.

Cons

If you run into any issue with their app, they will make you upgrade, even though the very basic notion of installing and logging in shouldn't be a $39/mo cost for life. I feel this should be most basic working need.

We have discontinued from using the platform as some integration is not supported by this platform and the free features is simply not feature rich enough to running a complex project.

Pros

Bitrix offer a clean and minimalist user interface that is easy to navigate around it. It can be used to managing task and acted as a CRM to smoothing the customer support tools related.

Cons

It can be access both from a stand-alone platform also from cloud base browser and smartphone, but the mobile version is too clunky unlike the stand-alone platform.
