I have been using for over 6 months now and I am more than impressed with its features. From collaboration to project management, it has everything I need to manage my projects with ease. The dashboard is incredibly user friendly and the support team is always there to help me with any problems that arise. Overall, Bitrix24 is an amazing tool that makes collaboration and project management so much easier!

Cons

I have not encountered any downsides or negatives while using .

est un bon outil tout en 1, je vous le recommande en tant que logiciel CRM.

Pros

\- un outil permettant la gestion de projets collaboratifs c'est la raison principale pour laquelle j'utilise l'outil.- Une messagerie est intégrée ainsi qu'un espace de stockage et un système de gestion RH, Bitrix rassemble et combine différents outils ce qui est un de ses points forts.- Le CRM permet aussi le création de site web sans connaissances en code.

Cons

\- Une option est gratuite mais pour plus de de stockage ou d'utilisateurs il faudra passer par un abonnement payant allant jusqu'à 199€ par mois pour les professionnels.- Avec toutes les fonctionnalités il peut être assez compliqué de prendre en mains l'outil.

good , easy, many features, I like this product

Pros

I've traed many many project management options and this is the less expensive for teams I've found, for unlimited users (Enterprise plan) is nothing, (less features on the professional plan), great tools, time management, you can do almost everthing with this, the also offer an CRM for extra, if you look for a tool for a team of 10-50 people and not need portfolio management or advanced budget analysis all in one tool you can use this is a bargain.

Cons

No budget or purchases management, no risk analysis, just any advance PPM PMO features, I am not saying this is bad just that lac of the most pro features all in one, may project teams use multiple tools to have all done but for those that want all in one platform this has almost all but not all

I would highly recommend this tool. If anyone wands to bring his business on perfect place then go ahead. You will know your business will be running effectively.

Pros

one place offers lots of solutions Project management, customer relationship management, time management project and task manager. Is not it perfect? yes of course. This tool is completely featured. Its functionality is no doubt powerful. Great way of communication among team. The interface and ease of use are wonderful and perfect.

Cons

If i write something about the least thing in this software I would say the features of permission are look limited. For a new user it is a little difficult to be used to as an excel person works with it.

I loved this time tracking software while working with my company. The task allotment is very easy and you can easily monitor your progress. On other hand, it can also be useful for attendance management.

Cons

One thing that i dislike about is that it offers very few features for non-paid members. we need to buy their plan to access their useful features.

could not add a user using the first email provided after multiple attempts, had to use personal email. Too many features but none are top-notch, just barely satisfactory. interface could be nicer

Pros

I have been working with for 2 years now. Mastering the platform is not difficult, but I had to spend a lot of time. The biggest plus of the software complex is the availability of a special tariff for small businesses. The functionality of it is limited, but for a small company or an individual entrepreneur is enough.

Cons

Unfortunately, there are more disadvantages than advantages. Support answers for a long time and does not always do it, sometimes it takes 3-4 days to resolve issues. Notifications are late. Few instructions for setting up, so you have to pay money to other people, and so it would be possible to do everything yourself and for free.

I can make phone and video calls, send text messages, set up recurring tasks, reminders and make group posts. I can't think of anything that Bitrix doesn't do. It's very useful for the work I do.

Cons

The software is sometimes slow and I don't like that fact that I have to update it so often.

Pros

helps me maintain a customer base. Each client has a card with information. When there are many customers, I can use dynamic search. It takes into account keywords, so the card can be found even if I do not remember the name and surname of the client.

Cons

Cross-cutting analytics still does not work fine, although several years have passed since its release. Call records sometimes go to the trash themselves. But the main minus is that passwords in the SIP PBX are stored in the clear.

Pros

I can assign tasks, set deadlines, track progress, and collaborate seamlessly with my team. Also, I can see at a glance the status of each task and make quick adjustments if necessary.

Cons

One of my least favorite things is the initial learning curve. At first, it can be a bit overwhelming to get familiar with all the functions and features.

We tried it for some time and we were happy with overall results but the bugs and other issues kept us busy with support system.

Pros

The most interesting thing was that the free trial had enough features to try and feel the difference. We used bitrix for trail for our Kanban board, Gantt chart, messenger, video calls, file storage usages. We were using couple of other integrations for each of these activities. Bitrix made it easy with just one app.

Cons

Not so friendly support system, lots of bugs and show-stoppers in the application. The user interface too seems very old. Features hidden deep under sub-menus are really tough to reach.

Pros

My title summarizes how we have been using (and evaluating) in the last few months. We've run our Project Management work within the app for projects needing 24/7 attention, and Bitrix24 has not let us down one bit. It has been up (with no downtimes) and is fast/responsive. The activity stream keeps us up to date with the latest events and reminders. And the communication features are up to par with some of the best out there. Notifications (e.g., via email) can be an irritation but I can say is effective. Group messages is simple and calendars can be synchronized and shared.

Cons

For a beginner, I find it a bit complicated to get used to. Maybe it's just that there can be too many options on the page which can be daunting up front.

Is really usefull but, comparing with other company chats that I've used, I'd recommend others first

Pros

I like the chatting functionality. Is really usefull to have an office chat on the screen, instead of Whatsapp, for example. Also the cloud/social net functionality is nice. Is like a Facebook company Wall.

Cons

The software may have some bugs. It doesn't work properly some times. Delay in the chat, and connectivity problems

I had seen advertised first time on Tube, at night 1st January 2021, and started working, by posting a project of mine for a while, typing with Time Tracker, also had posted 100 photos, with customized price, and got paid from STRIPE, within two months, exact amount of invoice, in April 2021. Then I left for a while, due some problems, and got back lately, wishing to keep working and paying fees montly, in the (near future)

Pros

Variety of things to do, from photo posting, until task creation with time tracker, sales report, flexible invoicing, sales funnel to track any time your sales, a list of channels-sites to connect to make sales as passive income, many payment methods automatically connected to site

Cons

Nothing actually bad! Ideal place for those who love creation and innovation, and want to help others, directly or indirectly

I appreciated 's adaptability. It offers characteristics that are useful for companies of all sizes and can be applied to a number of different tasks. Also, it includes a lot of features that are simple to use and configure. In addition, I discovered that the customer service staff was quite accommodating and quick to respond to my questions.

Cons

The difficulty in navigating the interface and figuring out how to carry out specific operations is one of the least liked features of . However, several functions of the software are only accessible in the commercial editions, which can be rather expensive.
