So, it saved time and saved energy and provided organization. It also facilitated with other tasks such as scheduled emails, recording phone calls and communication between team members. Pros You can take advantage of this software without paying for anything. When you do find the need for something that costs money, it won't break the bank. The software integrates with a lot of other things like Twilio for SIP phone connections, gmail, dropbox, mailchimp and a lot more. Cons The platform is not very intuitive. The service is well suited for managing business processes and tasks, and you can also store documents and photos on its server. But the minuses still overshadowed the pros, and we switched to another service. Cons Technical support works only from 9 to 18 and only on weekdays. If something breaks on a non-working day, and your company works seven days a week, you will have to wait until Monday. Cons At first, the user interface turned out to be a bit confusing, and when contacting support, we did not receive full-fledged help. No synchronization with Active Directory - this is very inconvenient. The functionality is brilliant but I think it's aimed more at corporate businesses as in an intranet. Still enjoyed playing around it, I think if my business was larger than it would be perfect. Pros Brilliant for corporate businesses, that want a company internal intranet. Multi-Device friendly, Mac, Desktop, OS, Android. Fab. Internal chat system, brilliant, Lots of workspaces for different departments, loved the CRM inside, really nice and tracks everything. Extra applications can be installed but they would require testing first before installation. Cons Bit too complicated for my liking, or for a small start-up like mine. Admin functions, very limited, didn't really want to use everything. Found it tricky to hide and minimise all workspaces. Too much for one person to run on their own, would be best for a designated team. Applications, not all of them are created by Bitrix24, so trial and error with the apps. Review Source RC Ryan C. Gamification made a huge impact on my teams overall sales. Cons Lack of administrative controls was pretty bad. I as the admin, had no control over what the users could and couldn't do. They basically had all the same application permissions i had with the exception of the ability to add or remove users from the platform. i would recommend adding more admin controls to restrict what access or parts of the platform they can use. Pros I loved that you had everything in one place: company and customer calls, website inquiries, chatting with other company members or respond to clients. It was very easy and useful. You can forward calls to other company members easily, talk to clients and it all gets recorded for later review. It's great! Cons I have no complaints. However, ours was not attached to the company email account which made us always have to go somewhere else for that. Pros This platform offers an excellent capacity for data categorization, and allows importing them to a large extent from external database creation tools. Bitrix is very good at handling documents, and its FAQ section is really informative about the use of the service. Cons The discussion table system of bitrix24 is very slow and poorly organized, and does not allow to correctly track the expenses of each employee in the department. Mostly for the team (time tracking) and task management. Pros We successfully managing more than 10 clients with CRM+ plan (6 users with 50GB space). Free trial, easy to use CRM.
