### "Good collaboration tool for an Internet SMO"

We use the tool for collaborating on projects and synchronizing our teams working around the world. Once the departments within your company are created, you can assign people to them and start making tasks, calendar events etc. The flexibility of the tool is great and its usage is pretty simple and makes use of modern cloud technologies to allow efficient collaboration within our company. Bottom line, we're pretty happy with the tool and are eager to see it grow. We didn't look into the CRM features but they seem to complement the tool quite well.

Pros

\- Shared company and personal drives - Mobile app - Integrated voice and video conference - Tasks dashboard - Tasks can be assigned, supervised and followed within a given department of the company - Customizable activity stream with smart follow mode

Cons

\- Only a few apps are available in the marketplace and most of them do not add value to the tool - Push notifications on the mobile app can be slow and the app takes some time to load on our devices. I think the overall performance of the app can be improved

Cons

E' una buona piattaforma e c'è tutto quello che serve per il lavoro collaborativo di un team di lavoro. Andrebbero semplificate alcune maschere un pò troppo lunghe.

For business consultants like me, it is a great tool to recommend as well as offer it as a service to our clients, especially if their Customer Service department is not automated. However, there are deficiencies and also there is no coaching/customer support available live at all hours (we operate in a different time zone GMT+2). Overall, its free version does not give many major benefits, not even on trial. The reports' issue is a major drawback. I still recommend it to clients, but when i mention the drawbacks, they are reluctant to go to the paid packages.

Pros

1\. Its connectivity with other platforms, software and social media - TIME SAVING 2. The ability to assign jobs (even in the free version) 3. Seeing the progress of a lead to becoming a client, as well as having total sale amount per client

Cons

1) Very time consuming to learn 2) Cannot answer privately to a lead coming from Facebook (have to return back to the page) 3) Does not connect to other major social media 4) Its first paid package is still costly (from the small business person's point of view) 5) No reports or download of data availability (at least in the free version) 6) The free version allows only 100 entries so for heavy Facebook traffic of leads, we cannot access beyond one week!

Pros

A lot of feature, but also a lot of bugs so that it never worked, too complicate for the users

Cons

Absolutely no customer service even for the affordable version like that! Many bugs that made our customer database bank so wrong that we could not use it anymore. I've never written a response to Customer Service when you're contacted by Technical Service or we're on vacation. That's why we have to change the CRM of a company can not weeks, months to get an answer. I have informed you that we want to leave you and want the money back, but even after months still no answer I call the fraud.

Pros

It has project management. It has call management. It allows for creating custom fields (but not key values). It has an option to self-host.

Cons

Their cloud server is slow, enough so that worker productivity suffers. Their customer service is poor. The user interface is ugly. The learning curve is steep with poor documentation. Their self-hosting option is very expensive. You must connect to access the CRM; i.e., there's no offline access, no ability to lock and batch process.

Pros

In this CRM, there is an open-line widget that connects all the clients' calling channels and it's free-no extra service like jivochat or callibri is needed, which is very encouraging. Developers also took care of the possibility of integrating the system with other services, mail clients, etc.

Cons

It is difficult to master CRM without the assistance of a third-party specialist, especially since developers offer two options: a boxed version of the product and a cloud version.

Pros

Not a lot of things that I liked about it. They had a lot of features that would have been very useful if it was packaged in a better way.

Cons

The design was unsettling. There were too many things happening on the screen and it was difficult to know how to customize the project to your liking. Onboarding experience was bad as well and it was hard to get teams to commit to a software that looked and felt uncomfortable to work with.

The tool has significantly improved the efficiency and organization of my work team, which has translated into greater productivity and better results in some projects.

Pros

Its ability to manage team tasks effectively and easily is great, but also the tool allows me to create unlimited teams and assign unlimited tasks at no cost, which is great for my budget.

Cons

The only thing I would say is that the user interface design is not very modern and attractive, but this is just a personal preference and does not affect the functionality of the tool.

Nearly perfect solution for retail teams in different places (cities, countries,...). Also, a web contact page is a fantastic feature, for on-line shop.

Pros

This on-line platform have several options that can be used for on-line and standard retail shop. Also can be used for sales from the vehicle. There is option for a customized web-page for orders or questions. Automatic billing is also a nice touch.

Cons

One crucial feature that is missing is a good CRM module with history of contacts and offers for different clients. If You have standard clients this is a must have.

Pros

Lots of features and modules that can be switch on or off. Unbeatable pricing. The issue with is perhaps the fact that the tool pretends to be everything for an Intranet but then all feature are average and if you are running a big company it starts to lack advanced functionalities and fine-tunning configurations. It is a great tool to start an Intranet project but if you need something more serious and advanced look other tools. We ended choosing Intranet Connections for our selves

There are a huge number of free services available at that allow us to communicate with each other, exchange information and respond to emails. The system works fine on multiple platforms.

Cons

Long have to wait for a response from the support service. Periodically, there are problems with setting the start-up time, and for some employees it was a little difficult to learn how to use it.

Pros

This software can manage projects , event organizing and much more. It allows us to make agendas and plans that needs to be executed and assign them to appropriate people. Also it allows the users to socialize and chat within the software to resolve any issues they have.

Cons

The interface on the application can be little overwhelming at times and confusing. And the mobile application of the software has some issues with data syncing with main software.

Pros

offers a nice platform for business owners and employees to manage their leads and ongoing projects. Its your standard CRM system with customization options. You can easily keep track of modes and times of contact between the business and the clients/customers in your system.

Cons

While it has many useful features, I felt it wasn't very competitive to other CRM options out there. Definitely do your own research. Nothing stood out as a unique or exclusive feature. Forms/questionnaires sent to clients also feature the logo, my company is looking for more 'white label' options. They also removed the feature of two way email syncing from free account users, heads up for those considering this option.

### "Best Free CRM On The Market"

I've tested a bunch of 'free' CRM options and found that only two ( and Hubspot) are really free. All others (Zoho, Insightly) severely limit their free versions. The number of features you get in Bitrix24 is truly astounding.

Pros

I love that the free version includes everything - telephony, email marketing, quotes, invoices, web forms, tasks projects and documents

Cons

All features are bundled together. There's no way to get CRM or project management separately.
