I love how easy it is to setup and use, the arrangement of information and the interface is perfect

Cons

it is considered a little bit on the pricey side for the professional version but this is due to the inflation we currently have in my country "Egypt"

Pros

I like that I can manage my own sales groups, create email marketing campaigns, easy scheduling and video conferences.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say about this sofa rather I recommend it to all users very practical and useful when doing a good team work.

Pros

In Bitrix24, the user interface looks very attractive. Using the chat of this system, it is convenient for me to communicate with members of my team, and its many functions provide easy project management.

Cons

We had to wait for a response from the support service for several days and had to solve the problem on our own. I did not like the application for a mobile phone.

Pros

Bitrix24 helps my team members solve most of our daily tasks and it’s convenient for me to manage project management. It connects freely to social networking platforms, and is regularly updated.

Cons

Inefficient support service, the answer from which comes with a significant delay. Some features do not work. Periodically there are difficulties with setting the start time.

We are a small company. We research A LOT of project management solutions before setling on one. We choose Bitrix because of it´s features and value.

Pros

\- The value (features compared to price by user) - The chat it´s great. - The calendar it´s great. - The task creation and configuration can be a little intimidating, but it´s very powerfull when you grab the hang of it. - The CRM seems good (we did´t use it).

Cons

It isn´t for everyone. Some people of the team (a minority) just coulnd´t use it on daily basis. We used the version before some recent design changes, so that may be different now.

The biggest plus of the platform is the support of high-quality IP-telephony. For many people, there is no CRM for some reason, or there is, but with a bad connection. I like working with Bitrix24.

Cons

Frustrated in this service only technical support. Often, formal replies come from her instead of solving problems. Tech support leaves its customers alone with problems.

Pros

When we were a small company, our specialists easily processed applications that were received by phone, Skype, e-mail, but as soon as the number of customers exceeded 100, we had problems: the employee forgot to fill out the report, urgently to master CRM. It was Bitrix24. We have set up accepting applications, we can monitor employees who are now much less likely to "forget" to do some work.

Cons

Not all the functionality of the system works perfectly, and the tech support does not work in the evening and on weekends, this creates certain inconveniences.

You can basically have everything in Bitrix24 to run your business. It is something that I think will help you grown and achieve more sales.

Pros

Bitrix24 has gone above and beyond delivering the tools to have communications, CRM and integrating your business. It is not a joke, it is not a simple task to impress me and to make me feel that there is just a lot of things offered... well Bitrix24 has done just that. You can get started with the free parts and grow from there. The next level is a 39 USD with doesn't feel very cheap but for what you are getting it is absolutely not bad. It is CRM, Chat, Online Files, Online Colaboration, Calendars, everything!!

Cons

This actually can be a bit of "too much" at the beginning, you are starting with everyting on the get go. So you have to understand and setup everything so it will work for your company.

Pros

Previously, our managers searched for customers and entered their data into their database. But after leaving the company, the base was often lost. Now we have adjusted this process. All contacts are stored on Bitrix, where any of our managers can view them.

Cons

The platform is quite complicated, you have to train new employees for a long time. Usually our senior managers are engaged in this, but they no longer cope with the load. Soon it will be necessary to hire an individual for this work and pay him a bet.

Overall, Bitrix24 FREE plan would suffice any small business needs. It is a very generous offering and perhaps the most generous of all. However with the not so modern user interface, Bitrix can only take the passenger seat in the CRM arena.

Pros

I was looking for a cloud CRM for one of the smaller companies I manage and Bitrix24 just hits the spot in terms of the functionalities of a full featured CRM and it does so much more than that. Recently they have introduced Sites, and an Online store so they are already targetting eCommerce companies who would most probably be other well-known CRM in the market.

Cons

What I least liked about Bitrix24 is that the software is quite overwhelming with all its features. The UI is extremely full of text and does not conform to the modern interfaces of today's applications. If they have a revamp planned, the user interface would definitely my recommended one to start with.

Pros

A good and secure tool for effective communication, collaboration, lead and client management. It's searching tool is powerful and great, provides easy integration with other systems to optimize and automate marketing campaigns. Have lot of other features like streamlining etc. Qualitative CRM , E-mail marketing and feature like telephony provide it a good stand against any other software in the segments, but again this is not my best when compared to sales force.

Cons

User interfaces are too complex in some area, as all the feature are bundled in one so no way to get CRM or project management separately. Tutorials can be improved. slow on window OS and spell check is not upto the mark.

Pros

At Bitrix24, I liked the large number of features for working with colleagues. I especially liked IP telephony. Most CRMs either do not have it at all or are hard to configure. I also liked the custom kanban boards. They can be completely redone for the tasks of the business.

Cons

In Bitrix24, only IP telephony works well. Other functions do not work well. For example, our passwords in the SIP PBX are stored in the clear. This is a clear mistake, but support did not want to deal with this problem.

Pros

Good project management system, honed under Kanban. Everything is collected in one program - the collection of customer data, and the management of transactions and tasks. Internal social network allows you to share ideas among employees.

Cons

Their technical support is better not to remember: it answers for several days, it does not help with the solution of the problem. Easier to do everything yourself. Sometimes the data is lost - the same contacts. On the phone, the application I did not like.

Pros

It is a pretty simple, yet very nice system for management Teams and orders. I used it not for a very long time, but liked the simple design and proper email notification features, which doesn't SPAM you, but provides proper information. I know recently they have added video calls, which is a great addition!

Cons

We turned away from this product, since we were not able to adjust our processes to the flows it offered, but other then that it is a proper product

I can integrate my social media account, and above all, their email service is one of it's kind and it's helped my business drastically in collaboration.

Pros

Bitrix24 is a complete Workspace software and Customer Relation Mangement software to organize and manage all your work in one place including collaboration and live streaming to social media. Bitrix helps to integrate your social media accounts and helps you manage them within as well.

Cons

Bitrix24 can be somehow complicated for the beginning, but with time, you get used to it and can work almost with little or no supervision.

Reason for choosing Bitrix24

I saw the adverts on YouTube, and I searched for the reviews and got some positive reviews from users then i decided to move to it.

The fact that it could be a hub for all operations, with contact lists, project management capability and knowledge center

It was quite confusing, and I needed something a bit more flexible so that I could trim what was not necessary and keep the solution lean

### "My experience with Bitrix24"

It's great! I recommend using this especially if you are using call and email marketing. They also offer a trial so you can try it yourself before you invest in it.

Pros

What I like about bitrix24 is we can use it as a team, we can make a call, we can do an email blast and everything that a company is using.

Cons

What I like least is that anytime soon you need to add space for your team to continue using it. Especially if all the team's email were sync and it will cost more space for them.
