Pros

I liked the fact that Bitrix24 is designed to work with large teams. The interface has a bunch of modules for integration with social networks, instant messengers and other applications. There are even tools for creating a chat bot.

Cons

Dealing with Bitrix24 without prompts is not possible. I kind of understand how a function works, but the platform throws an error. In order to work properly, we would have to hire a Bitrix24 consultant to the team. Easier to find another platform.

Me permite administrar eficazmente multiples procesos a la hora de manejar mi negocio de una manera mas limpia y eficaz, permitiendome tener una perspectiva distinta de como funcionan las cosas en torno a mi negocio.

Cons

Su soporte tecnico suele ser aveces bastante tedioso a la hora de acceder al mismo, es el unico problema a lo cual tampoco suele ser siempre asi.

### "Couldn't even make it in the app"

Pros

The concept of the app seems helpful, and the promise of what we should be able to do seems like it would solve a business need for us.

Cons

However, I couldn't even get into the app. Every time I tried to log in it made me list my email address, but I hadn't even created an account yet. It was zoomed into the email screen, so I couldn't zoom out to select options of logging in using other avenues such as Google or Facebook. But if I wrote something wrong then clicked Next, I could get to the next screen then back to see the social options and try from there. But when I clicked the social icons, and selected my account, it just routed me back to the main screen without even error messages explaining whether it was successful or not or why. So after multiple attempts, I never actually made it into the app.

Ha sido buena, de hecho me ha sorprendido la integración que tiene con otras aplicaciones.

Pros

Es fácil poder migrar los datos de esa app a otra y viceversa, y lo mejor de todo que se integra a zoom, zapier, instagram, whatsapp.

Cons

hasta 5gb es gratuito, aunque no hay cantidad limite de usuarios.

Pros

The system has a free tariff for up to 12 employees, but for telephony you have to pay (if there is no widget from the operator) and connect either Bitrix24 or sip connector, a system is conveniently arranged to help generate a variety of reports.

Cons

First, when working with Bitrix24, I was shocked by the fact that it's hard to navigate in the system: everywhere everything flickers, some counters, a hint fly, chat bots write in chat rooms. But I quickly managed to figure it out and everything is OK.

Bitrix24 is an excellent platform in almost every way, which can be recommended for the management of work groups at the communicative level, as it includes internal tools for the execution of individual and group chats, and telephone calls.

Pros

It is fascinating to be able to send messages, or create tasks directly from the main page of bitrix24. In addition to this, the user has the possibility to create surveys when working with other people. Your internal search engine is easily manageable.

Cons

The interface of the page makes it confusing to work if you do not have a suitable background for it, because although it can be customized, there are sections in which the text does not read well because of the textures or colors that may be behind, without the possibility of changing the configuration of this (the text).

Cons

Risulta molto complesso l'interfacciamento con altri gestionali. Bisoggna conoscere approfonditamente la logica di programmazione del crm.

### "Difficult to Get used to and use"

We used the software in a test environment for 3 months and had problems all along the way. Adoption from our team was minimal as the software was clunky to use.

Pros

Initially, we liked how we were able to set up deals and monitor the progress of the deals. It allowed us to manage the process and do customer follow-up.

Cons

When setting up the software we imported the raw data from an old accounting program. However, when we imported the data, it was imported incorrectly and had to be imported again. This created duplicates that needed to be cleaned up. There was no easy way to fix the issues that were there. Many customers were not able to be seen by all the agents until the companies were modified to allow for this action. It was cumbersome and we ended up switching due to non-use.

You could solve many problems with Bitrix24, but for me, it just was not the right solution, no matter how many times I tried. I would say to definitely give it try via a trial of some sort, and if it does not feel right even though it definitely ticks so many boxes in terms of total software solutions all on offer, take a long hard look at if you and your team using this tool on a daily basis are going to find it a positive going forward or a negative.

Liked the fact of All the solutions that were offered all in one place On the outside looking in looked like the perfect all-round software solution A Great Product If You Can Get Past The U/I

Cons

Just so difficult for me to get a sense of having the software work as I wanted it to Found very clunky and cumbersome Tried Bitrix24 on a total of 4/5 separate occasions and just could never get to like using

Pros

It is packed with useful functionalities and gets regular updates. It great to know they are working so hard at getting better. And it is VERY affordable.

Cons

It is still a little limited when it comes to 3rd party integration, for example when running an eCommerce. At least having Zapier integration would be great. There are options to develop it ourselves but not an option for most small companies.

It's a good hub for a remote work

Pros

I love how self contained it is. Each client can get their own workgroup with folder repository, tasking system, message board.

Cons

Their customer support is based out of Russia, and the time difference can make it difficult to communicate. I have also run into a lot of issues with dates in exported task reports don't match what is actually showing in the system (they will be off by a day because of some time zone setting that I can't figure out).

The affordability and the robust nature of what you can do with Bitrix make it a must for small businesses look to save a few bucks.

Pros

The break-in is fantastic. The user interface is relatively intuitive and best of all, you can get multiple people on one account from the get go instead of paying to get access. Up to a dozen can start, so if you have a small business this is a fantastic low cost option to try out of the gate.

Cons

Some of the add-ons and changes come with little to no direction, but I have found that the company does its best to keep FAQ material relatively handy. This is not for the faint of heart.

I love all in one approach. It does not stop you in any way, use its free or paid plan. All you are restricted to is per user basic, with 12 free user limit its good for new startup or freelancer. I would highly recomendade to use it.

Pros

I was using lots of services before using this for my freelancer work. This is all in one place to manage my company and time in one place. Free package support upto 12 user which is grate for small company. I use CRM, report, messages, tasks , taks reporting , time management and work flow. bitrix has so many features that using/experimenting all will definately make my work more easy.

Cons

Sometime it is too much visual and get comfused what to do with it. The ui is populated with so much data that I dont need them. Ui lags and gives "No connection" error after sometime or middle of an asignment.
