I feel comfortable with bitrix24. It can fit 50% of my requirements.

Pros

Easy to create tasks by projects and control time for each tasks. It also provide calendar and giant chart to help me control the status of each task.

Cons

Limit of reports and dashboard in bitrix24. I would like to have more report informations to help me take an overview about project.

### "A Complete Toolkit For Small business"

In my quest for free marketing software, I came across Bitrix24, and as always I was impressed by the features… and the Price. So, I signed up and BAM I was met with a dashboard field with features and details and that chat box at the right-hand corner. I got overwhelmed and closed the tab. A week later I was ready to give it another try so I came back and took the time to go through the features but it was still too daunting. So, I closed the tab again. Not ready to give up on a free CRM, I downloaded the software thinking the clusters were only in the online version. I was wrong. Bitrix24 is packed with features I would normally be excited about but the interface is messy and the user experience made it hard to come back a fourth time, and even though I did, I still wish the dashboard was less overwhelming. Despite all the cons, Bitrix24 IS an amazing software. The CRM features are just as amazing as Hubspot CRM, I loved the workgroup segmentations as well as the “My Workspace” segmentation. The telephony feature and the webmail feature is amazing. The applications “Marketplace” offer lots of free tools that make Bitrix24 even better. The dashboard is less cluttered now, which is great as I am now able to play with all the features that attracted me in the first place, they still have a lot of work to do, as while the left side has been arranged to nice “pockets”, the right side of the dashboard still needs some work.

Pros

The CRM and email marketing features are amazing so is the tasks, work mail, and the telephony feature.

Cons

There has been a major improvement in the interface, it is less cluttered than it used to be. Bit the right side of the dashboard is still a bit cluttered.

Overall I thought it was interesting tool and love the layouts.

Pros

1\. I personally like the part were you can add your own personal touch and decorate the background with a picture that reflects your mood or just a style you like similar to what you would do in your email. 2. The layout of the different heading tabs makes it a bit easier to find what you are looking for. 3. You get up to 12 users to use this tool for free compared to some other management tools that only gives you option of 5 persons.

Cons

1\. This was not the tool for my team as we found it a bit difficult at first to navigate through this tool even for the administrator. 2. Works best for those who are more tech savvy.

I am still on my trial experience but Its has been quite a productive software.

Pros

Bitrix24 has a beautiful and elegant User Interface. A good software as a social network for organizations. Organizations can easily manage projects among teams. It has reduced the amount of email sending in the organization because of its messaging and chat system.

Cons

As a Nigerian organization, Its expensive for us here. It would have been very useful to many organizations if the price was a bit cheaper for us. As an Admin you cannot make too much customization, its a WYSIWYG. Improvement needs to be done on the grammarly plugin. It works poorly on Bitrix24. Its unable to synchronize with Active Directory.

Pros

Good software to manage your leads. Reminder for follow ups is the best part.

Cons

The interface design does not look so attractive as far as other softwares of this kind are concerned.

We used Bitrix24 to help with task management for our team, worked wonders whenever we uploaded files within that specific task.

Pros

I think the most useful thing we use with Bitrix24 are the task management tools that it has, allowing for a variety of states and commentaries that really work well within the app.

Cons

I think the free version could have a lot more tools available to test within the app, maybe restrict and apply some different limits rather than blocking accessing a place with a premium feature.

Pros

With Bitrix21 projects are handled easily and quickly, the free option has been enough for us who are a small company, twelve users in free mode! you can integrate social networks, has chat, you can share documents, deploy projects graphically, in short a tool that looks like a Swiss army knife.

Cons

As I said is a Swiss army knife, the learning curve, is a little pronounced if you want to use all functions, for example permissions for users, the administrator needs to configure everything perfectly to work properly or the other members of the team are limited in some of its functions, you need a button that does everything automatic, otherwise everything ok.

Simple UI, easy for users to enter in data.

Cons

Lots of features lacking, custom field options aren't great, hard to migrate things, API leaves a lot to be desired in terms of functionality. Support team takes forever to reply & misinterprets a lot of issues - they're also way too eager to close the support requests.

I set off to find the one CRM that would hold many aspects of our business under one umbrella and remove the need for a variety of apps. It offers decent CRM and lead management capabilities and it gets very close to substituting our other team collaboration tool. There is a lot to take in, so I dove in taking a big breath. I’ve heard about Britix24 from other sources and users so I was informed beforehand. My highlights: Workflow automation -- automatically triggered rules or actions Email integration Whenever someone interacts with a record, the creator of that record gets notified of any activity on it Timetracking and users’ timesheets Customizable workflow processes Complex sales funnel You can use web forms for lead management You can choose between a Kanban view or a traditional view Integration with a good range of third party apps

Cons

I’m in two minds about the UI – on one hand I like that Britix24 has so much to offer and I need to remind myself that the ultimate goal is a one-stop CRM, but there’s a lot to take in and it can feel overwhelming; however the settings are not pushed upon you as Britix24 gives you choices all the way through though the customization options could be more accommodating.

Pros

This CRM is packed full of options and functionality even at the FREE level. After looking at and using numerous CRM's for my side freelance business, I decided to go with Bitrix 24 and I am impressed (maybe a little overwhelmed) with how much it encompasses. The other thing that really impressed me was the client services. I''m using the free version and the customer support is fantastic. I'm looking forward to learning a lot more over the coming weeks.

Cons

I really don't have any cons. As I mentioned a little overwhelming just how much content there seems to be but once I know my way around I'm sure this will be a pro not a con.

Pros

It is very well suited to consulting firms. It implies the complete management of the sale of your clients as well as the management of quotations, invoices, databases, control of projects and monitoring of them. Something I liked is that you have access to a user manual so you can learn how it works quickly and as a support for this, you also have an explanatory video. It is a collaborative system for what makes it special for consulting processes. It is an easily accessible platform.

Cons

I do not have any situation that could report as negative on this system, on the contrary I like it a lot.
