Pros

It is very well suited to consulting firms. It implies the complete management of the sale of your clients as well as the management of quotations, invoices, databases, control of projects and monitoring of them. Something I liked is that you have access to a user manual so you can learn how it works quickly and as a support for this, you also have an explanatory video. It is a collaborative system for what makes it special for consulting processes. It is an easily accessible platform.

Cons

I do not have any situation that could report as negative on this system, on the contrary I like it a lot.

Pros

Free but even more powerful than many CRM systems out there. Multi-user and multi-channel communication. There are many robust features.

Cons

Too many options made it hard to set it up. Better onboarding and video for each usecase are needed.

We ultimately went in another direction after testing Bitrix24. I'm sure that it works well for other users, but we liked Zoho CRM a lot better and felt a lot more comfortable with the documentation and support.

Pros

The software is extremely inexpensive. There is a fair amount of functionality at all levels of the membership plans.

Cons

I didn't like the interface very much. It seemed a bit ugly and dated throughout, and it didn't fully do what we needed to do regarding pipelines, etc.

Pros

There is everything you need and even more: leads, contacts, counterparts, sales, orders, bills, documents, products. Everything is accessible from the main menu, at hand there is all that is necessary for the sales manager. In the lists of entities there is an analyst (funnel sales, comparison funnels, key indicators, etc.) and filters, which is quite convenient.

Cons

In order to understand the system and configure everything in the best way, you have to spend a lot of time or hire a separate specialist.

The complete set of tools that you get in the free version used to be more than enough to support little companies.

Cons

The CRM part could be so good as the other parts of the solution. The interface is not intuitive and maybe you'll need to dig it to find what you want.

The user interface is too full of text, which is why its study lasted quite a long period of time. I would like it to be simplified in the following updates.

Pros

I loved the Google inbox feel. The UI team here did an awesome job of using a layout that will be familiar for most people but also making it unique to Bitrix. I was able to get comfortable relatively quickly and without much training. Most actions are common sense and easy to figure out on your own - such as creating a client, and easily dragging them across the Kanban board, or dragging them down to the Deal Lost bucket.

Cons

The software is lacking training segments. There's no real onboarding walkthroughs or anything, so you really have to take some time to figure out how to set up your CRM.

Pros

We have used Bitrix24 for 3 years. The functionality was simply excellent: sales management, tasks, support for additional software and many other functions. But I had to switch to another service because of the constant problems with stability.

Cons

Despite all the benefits of Bitrix24, I do not recommend it. Problems with access to the service occur every week. And if this happens at the weekend, you have to wait until Monday, since the support does not work around the clock.

I would still recommend anyone that might be getting their first CRM/intranet to have a look at Bitrix. The free version (which has great value) can get you up and running quickly and with no strain on your finances.

Pros

Great for team communications Great intranet Allows you to place a chat widget on your website Great value for the money

Cons

Bringing up the menu can look like you are sitting in an airplane with tons of options and setting. The CRM part could be a bit user friendly.

Cons

The UI is fairly good, however it can be better when it comes to organizing projects. There is also a limitation for customization.

I had been looking at a bunch of options that would suit the needs of my company, which is small, new, and operating on a small budget. I began by looking for file sharing alternatives that could also sync to my hard drive. When I discovered Bitrix24, I was delighted. File sharing and sync are just the beginning. Most of my company work can be done within this environment - text and video chat, task lists, time tracking, calendar, and even CRM. I have not yet managed to use all of the features - and I may not need all of the features - but so far I like what I see. This is exactly the type of program that I was hoping to find.

Pros

Many options, and they seem to work great! I had been using 365 for Windows, but had so many issues with sharing and syncing of files that I began to look for alternatives. Bitrix24 has been a relief. There are a lot of helpful videos and training options that can help to familiarize with how to get things set up and how to use various features.

Cons

It would be nice if there was an online chat support option. I never seem to find the help I need in the community forums.

Pros

It has almost all the features most companies would require of their software. The benefit to this program is it acts as a full service solution, and can replace most software in a smb. An entire company can be structured around this program.

Cons

Very convoluted, and information has several places it can be. There are too many databases and features could flow together better. This program requires extensive training to new employees, often requiring a specialist. There also needs to be a way of communicating information from tasks with clients without inviting them to the program.
