I recommend the product for every company looking for a cost-effective software to streamline internal communications and collaboration. It contains a set of features that covered a whole range of our requirements including employee directory, task management, blogs and social networking, e-learning, and document management. There are still a number of features we don't use but plan to implement in the future: business process management and helpdesk. Importantly, we managed to deploy it in VMWare environment to share the physical server with our e-mail gateway and domain services. As a result we saved on hardware and management. In fact this software reminds me a swiss army knife concentrating functionality from various niche products on a single platform.

Cons

\- Telephone support billed extra - Product customization requires PHP knowledge - Updates and tech support renewal will cost 22% of the license acquisition

A usable IT solution, not the best.

Pros

Always an easy way to access the teams chat.

Cons

Extremely confusing UI. Plays sounds on any event. Teams don't understand the tool and mostly just use the chat. Doesn't reconnect on network loss and recovery.

Overall it's quite good for crm of its price comparing to its competitors. Aparts from its customer support everything is top notch

The feature of creating anything from scratch. The entire front end is so easy to navigate. Its function and feature of connecting various managements through one platform is very good.

Cons

Lot of features make the software clumsy and hard too look on and the customer support is very poor

Not really. I must use this software as per our client's request.

Pros

User interface is quite friendly. The features are useful but will need some more development, specially with workflow.

Cons

When using this software, the user will likely have to learn how to use it themselves. The training materials are not adequate and not easy to understand. There is live chat support available, but employees seem do not have adequate technical knowledge. Response time may take up to a few days (may not get good answer though). Sometimes clients' inquiries got closed without answers. If this software is paired up with a supportive technical support team, this would be a great software that deserves an overall 4 to 5 stars. Another small point, there are many distracting ads on the platform too.

I wasted a lot of time building up this product, to find out the reporting for customized fields basically doesn't work, only default reporting (completely unacceptable).

Pros

Cheap, that's all there is to like………...

Cons

Etremely lacking as a CRM, reporting is terrible, customizations are so basic, and customer support is the worst I have ever seen. Even with the premium versions.

I'm a complete newbie when it comes to CRM's so when I found I had a need for one I had some very specific requirements: 1. Simple enough to use for a beginner 2. Powerful enough to do what I need 3. Scalable solution that can keep up with changing needs as my knowledge grows 4. Entry level price point that didn't put it out of reach for smaller operations shines on all counts even had some extras that I wasn't expecting to find. Most notably built in telephony. I love that there is an option to rent a phone number from within the interface which allows for multiple extensions assigned to multiple users. What really impressed me though was the ability to have the phone system automatically direct calls from specific customers to the reps they have already been assigned to. I've only just started using the software so I haven't dug really deep into what it can do yet but so far so good. Of course there is a free version which allows access for up to 12 users so by the time I decide to upgrade to a paid subscription I will have no doubt whatsoever whether or not I'm willing to invest any money. Great job guys. Keep up the good work!

Pros

I have a lot of things to do, and in order not to forget anything, I use and a few more programs. Many people do not like this service, since most of the functions are implemented in it somehow. However, I only need software for time management - here I make to-do lists. Deadlines and notifications are attached.

Cons

I tried a couple of times to use advanced tools - and there are a lot of them here - they really work strangely. The interface and the view of the service are not the most exemplary - sometimes it seems to me that our students could do better.

Pros

The free version does a really good job and helping you get an idea whether can be useful for you or not . The interface is beautiful and easy to work with . The program is really sensitive to calendar changes and is a good way to manage your schedule .

Cons

The desktop client is a lot poorer in features as opposed to accessing online . Overall it is hard to add email templates and also export files directly to be emailed .

Pros

is one of the best CRM / Project Management tools in my opinion, with simple and elegant User Interface. The simple design makes everyone on the team, regardless of their technical skills, to contribute and do their parts easily. I can’t think of any modern team that doesn’t like Bitrix24’s nice designs.

Cons

As far as I know, the price for is understandingly higher than other CRM software (eg ZOHO). To make it more affordable for smaller companies, hopefully the price can go down a bit.

Actually, Zoho is a lot more expensive, since Zoho charges $20-$65 per each CRM user. Compare that to flat $99 pricing that Bitrix24 offers. This gives you up to 50 CRM users, which is $2 per user. You can easily save 90% by switching from Zoho to Bitrix24.

Pros

This CRM offers many things, but the main features for me in this type of software: communications (chats, messaging, e-mail) and projects (task management) in the same environment and related to each other, make it almost perfect. I found it easy to use and it allows to maintain a fluid and constant communication both with the team and with potential customers. It should be noted that I have been a user of the free version

Cons

For the user unfamiliar with this type of platform, it can be a bit confusing to navigate between tasks and projects.

Pros

I love this application because I have everything in one place: lead management, task management, employee management, contact with clients on a regular basis, reminders, the ability to configure custom functions specially tailored to my needs etc. In addition, a lot of other functionalities that I have not even had before to test, but I know that I will definitely use them in the future!

Cons

I do not see any special disadvantages of this application. Maybe the only thing is that if I have two accounts, I can not use them at the same time.

I was looking for an easy, affordable CRM to manage my sales leads and funnel. fit the bill nicely. The free version was a great start, did all I needed and more (handling email was a bonus for me).

Pros

was pretty easy to understand and get set up. Having CRM contacts and info in the cloud is a great way to go. The Free version is feature rich.

Cons

It's a little quirky but once you get used to it it works well. They could add more flexibility to the contact info it allows you to store.

This is a MAJOR solution for our faith based NPO. We are just getting set up and started in the digital database world, communicating with leaders all living 3 hours apart on separate campuses and setting up professional looking mass emails to internal and external key stakeholders. LOVE that I can manage all of this from any computer anywhere in the world!

Pros

Ease in importing contacts, customizable database fields, social links, the mobile app, and much more all in the FREE version.

Cons

Not all the videos fully answer my questions, however, I went to the email support and got GREAT answers and in 2 days time at the longest. I would like a list of people using who live nearby me or to know about meet ups with other users. There is a map that showed me nearby users - but I can't contact them.
